They were very helpful and I was only there for about 40 minutes. Happy with my new tires and the service
Had 4 tires replaced fairly quick considering its FCFS. They were very nice, friendly and considerate. I was called as soon as my car was ready. I will use them again.

I have never had a good experience here. Im not surprised that it is already rated one star. It all started when my wife had her tires changed. They told her that it would take an hour to an hour and a half, so she was really surprised when she was there nearly 3 hours. When I brought this up to a manager at the auto center I was met with a smart Alec response. Basically he said sorry they dont have enough manpower to get us out in time. I simply replied your manpower is not my responsibility, and you shouldnt take on additional business if you do not have the labors to meet the need. Since then I have tried to give them another opportunity. I called and said I want to basic oil change the guys simply laughed, and said well you were talking a good hour to two hours before we could even start on it. This is only an hour after they have open. Its not that the time is out of control, but everybody back there just laughs and is highly unprofessional. If you want to deal with stupid rednecks, who have half an idea of what theyre actually doing go here. You will wait forever, and possibly not even receive the services you requested. I forgot to mention they forgot to replace my wifes hubcap covers when they changed her tires, and simply threw them away.
Absolutely terrible service. I have come to this walmart 3 times over the course of a year to get my oil changed. I like it because I can get my groceries while they do my oil change. Each time they say they did not work on my car last or mess up my drain plug. Unfortunately for them I keep all maintenance paperwork in my car. I will never use this place again due to them being so unprofessional and uneducated on their tasks. Went to another place to get my oil done I was in and out in 15min with no issues even asked about my drain plug they looked at me crazy and said nothing was wrong with it
Stopped by to get an oil change because there was no wait and only 1 car in the bay. Well it still took 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change. I also bought tires from here about 2 years ago which I do not recommend to anyone. The warranty is worthless. I had to repurchase 2 tires in the first year because they said that the tire was too worn down, which was not the case since my car only had 44,000 miles on it and I bought the tires at 38,000 miles. And they wanted me to purchase another warranty on the new tire that I had to buy to replace the one that should have been covered under the first warranty. What is the point of the warranty when they make you pay for the replacement tire anyways... I will buy my tires elsewhere and I will also get my oil changed elsewhere. Slowly getting away from Wal-Mart altogether... Disappointing and frustrating. How do they keep this automotive area open...

Came in for tires. 2 1/2 hrs in, my car is still sitting outside. 2 mechanics working the garage on a week day? One harried kid working the desk?Buy tires here if need be, but I strongly advise you take them anywhere else to have them put on.
Went in on Friday the 25 to get a tire changed out. Was told there was an hour and a half wait at 8:15. I agreed to it. At the time of writing this review. I have been waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes. They are just now getting to my vehicle....... when I got here there was one car ahead of me getting tires and a gentleman that had dropped off a rim for a tire replacement. I was ok with the hour and a half wait but at this point I am angry as they have made me late for work. What a horrible place to come to get a tire. I will not be returning!
Front desk woman and the man that took my keys were helpful and polite. Mechanic however was no help and hostile towards other workers. I came out needing more repairs than i came in with and will never be back again. Again the mechanic showed no knowledge of what he was doing and spoke down to me in demeaning manners.
After almost 2 weeks and hours on hold I finally got an appointment to install tires. Not sure why i still allowed them to change my tires after they showed to be incapable of something as seemingly simple as comprehending their own phone system but call me patient. Then after an almost 2 hour wait, they end up breaking a tpms sensor on my car and replaced it but didnt have the tool to reset the system so now I have to go to a different auto.center to have that done. All in all, od say they wasted 8 to 10 hours of my life. For 4 tires. So here are some suggestions: Tire Barn, Tire Plus, Goodyear Auto, discount tire, or that funny guy that lives at the end of your street with all.the cars parked our front. Anyone but theses guys. Seriously, just dont.
Need more tires selection, plus they don’t have enough help. They have 1 person that must handle all customers.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! If I could give negative stars I would!!! They told me I needed a new battery, they lied! I took it to an auto parts store to have it tested and it came back as a good battery. They also did not even rest the Maintenance Required indicator light to show I received an oil change so Im not even sure I received one. This is an extremely SHADY business! Stay away!
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT EVER GO HERE FOR TIRES!! They’ll make up some bulls*** on why they can’t change your tires. Tried to tell me that it’s illegal to change tires because my TPMS sensor was broken. Called another tire place and said that was a complete lie. This is the second time they have done this to me. My fault for going back. NEVER AGAIN. I would give them zero stars if possible.
Had my oil changed 2 days ago. Found a leak at the drainplug. Called them up and they said to bring it back in. They said that the drain plug was cross threated and messed up the pan and bolt. They said that I would have to prove that they were the ones that did it before they would pay to have it fixed.!!!!!!I called corporate and they told me that that those problems were handled by the store level.
Wifes car tire had a nail in it. Was first person in line when the shop opened... irrelevant. Chose to work on other cars before my wifes who was first! What should have been a simple tire repair...took 2 hours to complete with having to wait over an hour before we even got seen. Hows that possible? Pack a lunch before you go!
Price is fine. Service was very slow. Tried oil change on Friday but had 3 hr wait. Came back Saturday morning to be first in line 20 minutes before they opened. It still took 1 hr 10 minutes for oil change.
First arrived at 7:12am for tire change on waiting, at 9:20am my car didn’t take anything yet. First and last time for my life. Crazy wasted time ever..
Was second car in line (7:15 AM) AFTER going inside to confirm they have two tires I needed for the front of my car. Female advised that It would take 2 hours. Went inside, shopped came back to waiting room. Approximately 10:45 AM mt car STILL HAS NOT been brought into the garage. 11:30 Car is in garage they still have not done anything to the car. At this point I am irate and confront their service person ernie who basically lies and states there were many more people a head of me. When I became loud and advise I was the second car in line, he basically went and got my key and brought the car out front without them doing anywork. Their Manager Zachary was called because at this point I had disrupted their entire work area because I was so angry. Agreed to bring my car back to try and have work done again, this Wednesday for some kind of Discount we will see. I am not optimistic, to say the least
I just wanted a simple headlight change. Came in at 7AM, waited an hour for them to tell me they didnt have a Philips screw driver to do the job. If my car was broken down and this was the only auto center for 100 miles, I would still push my car to the other auto place. Im never going back to this place
Writing this review as i wait for my oil change. Been here for 2 1/2 hours waiting on a simple oil change. They are in no hurry. Save time and go to a real mechanic.

I have a debilitating, foot deforming disease -Charcot-Marie-Tooth and am facing an amputation next year.Lastly, Walmart, I let you know that I was tired of getting there at 6am and waiting in my car so long....and seeing you take the people shopping in the store - first. People who had all just walked up to the counter just at that moment. And your reply to me was.....That if I wanted to be first, I would need to park my vehicle and walk in the cold, ice and snow, around the entire Walmart building, come in to the front entrance, and walk all the way back to the auto shop.Now how the %@%^ is a handicapped person supposed to do that?!!! How about some decent humanity, compassion, and fairness by saying to your customer, Im sorry to hear about your past experiences and personal challenges. Just tell me what morning youll be sitting outside and I will ensure your first spot will be recognized. Now would that have been so hard to do?!!! You are criminals who rob people without a weapon...under the guise of -your job.
Do not have your tires changed here if you want your wheels getting damaged. They clamped an 18 aluminum wheel from the inside instead of on the outside while changing a low profile tire and it slipped off their tire machine and scratched my wheel while changing the tire. They played it off like nothing happened and took no responsibility for the damage. As for balancing using tape weights they cant do that either. Im assuming lack of experience here was the cause.

PART ONE:ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE ABSOLUTELY CORRECT. HERES MY EXPERIENCE:1] I was first in line and had been waiting outside since 6am for shop to open. I am disabled. I ordered the most expensive oil change offered.RESULT: Three hours, and 20 other cars later, still waiting on oil change. 3 1/2 hours went by and Oil change was stated to have been finally performed. The top of the line oil change includes interior vacuuming and the topping-off of all other engine fluids. RESULT: Oil on dipstick was completely black. All engine fluids [windshield wiper fluid, etc] all low or empty. Interior NOT vacuumed.2] I was second in line for most expensive oil change offered. Two hours, and 12 other cars later, oil change was stated to have been performed. RESULT: Engine fluids NOT topped off. Oil black on dipstick.3] Came in for passenger front tire leaking air. Asked them to check for a hole or nail or something, although I had thoroughly checked the tire by gradually turning the wheel and my friend checking for a nail on every square inch of tire. RESULT: Staff stated there was a nail in tire and they werent allowed to fix and I would need to purchase new tire. I asked them to place my NAIL tire in the backseat of my vehicle. I purchased new tire and tire still kept loosing air every two days. I came back and waited three hours. Staff stated there is nothing wrong with their new tire. I went to mechanic shop who stated that it was never the tire; it was that the rim had a minor dent from a pothole. This mechanic shop looked at the NAIL tire and stated that the nail was a brand new roofing nail and had NOT been driven on - as there were NO pavement scratches on it. So Walmart staff drove this nail into tire to make a sale.4] Came into Walmart to see if battery could hold charge as I was having issues. An hour later staff stated I needed new battery and this one could not hold a charge. RESULT: Brand new battery purchased after two hour wait. I asked them to place old battery in my trunk. Battery was taken to Auto Parts shop to check the battery charge. Staff at Auto Parts stated that battery was in excellent condition and performing well. That was two years ago and my daughter has been using that old battery in her vehicle, thru harsh winters, without issue.5] Came into Walmart to purchase 4 brand new tires. Was 3rd in line. 20 cars and 4 hours later, tires were finally taken off shelf and placed on vehicle. I then watched as my vehicle was driven out of shop and around the back of the shop at top speed; staff rounded the corner on two wheels. Staff finally came back with my vehicle and I checked the tires. RESULT: All of the wheel-covers on all four tires were barely hanging on. None of them were properly seated and the valve stem was not properly aligned with the wheel-cover hole on one. I sit in my vehicle and see the warning light on letting me know 1 or more tires are under-inflated. I pulled back up to shop and staff informed me that the tire sensor, due to it being old- had broken, and that I will need to go to mechanic shop and pay roughly $150 for a new one. They roughly and hap-haphazardly placed the tires on and THEY BROKE the sensor. Car vibrates as well, so tires were probably not balanced correctly either. That was the thanks I got for spending over $380 for four new tires!Need I say more? Need I continue?Definition of Insanity: Doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. So yes...I am insane to keep going back here. Thanks Walmart; Im finally done with you. And, thanks, for leaving me with a screwed up vehicle with warning lights gleaming, de-flating tires, wobbly vehicle, and NO oil change for over a year!

First, they said they don’t have tires for my car. I find it myself in store. Than, they let me wait for 2 hrs for tires changes. And let someone go in front of me after that. I am still waiting been around 3 hrs. Racist asses
Waited on hold for 63 minutes.. i put the phone on speaker and playd blocks with my 2 year old.. the phone then clicked and the call ended.I called back again, was asked to hold. And I did, for 20 minutes. The towtruck is on its way to bring my car here to have the battery changed... after that and reading some reviews just now I am not hopeful.
Went in to get a tire patched due to a roofing nail. They couldnt even get the lug nuts off my tire. I dropped it off at 9am and had to call back at 3pm just to see if they finished it. They said the lug nuts were too tight and that is have to take it to another dealer and heat them off. WHAT?!?! So I took it to Brooks auto over on Beechgrove area and had it done with no stupid heating idea or whatever the heck Wal-Mart tech boy was talking about. Never going back to this Wal-Mart except for chicken and socks.

I got here at 8 am on a Monday for a basic oil change. Im writing this review as Im still waiting almost 2 hours later. Their was only 1 car in front of me!! It does not take this long to change oil!!
My stepmom not long ago went to get an oil change. When she talked to them, they told her one price and then when they were done they said a more expensive price and basically threatened to keep the car if she didnt pay it. My mom and I went there today about 2 hours ago for a tire repair. I have a warranty, so it shouldve been completely free. Well, when they were done they were charging me $19 for mpunting and balancing the tire (which they NEVER told me ahout when i got the warranty) and I have only had the tires for 6 months and the belt was alreasy broken. We told them that it should be free because of my warranty, so they bring the manager (wasnt even the manager of the auto center-just a support manager) and he basically wouldnt take it off and not charge me. Last time they will be getting our business!! Do NOT go here unless you want to be lied to!!
Got here at 7am with two vehicles needing tire changes. Werent done with vehicles until after 2pm. Staffing is terrible.

Ive never had any issues but all Ive ever had done are 2 oil changes. Both time i went on a weekday morning at 7am before work. Im always out in 45mins. My issue is they forgot the next oil change tag the last time and thats really irritating to me. If they are sloppy with that how sloppy are they under the hood?
