Communication was quick and thorough. When the repair required more parts, I was informed immediately so I could plan the remainder of my day. The estimate was slightly higher than the actual cost which was a happy surprise. My car was washed and ready!

Where should I begin? Terry was our salesman and he did a phenomenal job for us. We purchased a 2020 Acura RDX A-Spec last year, and have had nothing but problems from the first week.Tabitha the service manager, says that we are imagining the computer display going blank, the brakes pulsating and the car just randomly dying. We have had numerous visits to the service department and have recently took the car back again for some mysterious chemical that has been placed on the hood. They buffed It out and said it looks good even though we can still see it. Tabitha stated that we have an imaginary tree in our garage that is dripping sap on to the car?? I checked when I got home and no tree was in my garage?Its important to note that we have been reminded that no matter what Tabitha has not done for us or what she does not know about cars, that we should respect her because she is a woman working in a mans world? (words from the manager)You know I could care less what gender she wants to claim, we just want our car fixed, as Tabitha did not pay over 50K for this car we did, and its not working and now there is cosmetic damage to the hood. We requested videos when they did the last service to see if a chemical of some sort inadvertently dripped on to our hood. They have denied our request.My hopes are that someone at Hubler will take care of us, as we buy business vehicles from their other dealerships, and that has stopped pending the outcome of this customer service nightmare.

Easy purchase process, and any defects with the car were handled very quickly and professionally. A loaner was given both times and the dealership took care of any issues we had!

Typical bait and switch. Negotiated deal mostly over the internet told me to come in to finalize and value my trade. I drove from the north side only to discover they had sold the MDX I had negotiated the previous day. The one they tried to lease me was new with 3,000 miles and a cracked grill. Since it was a demo it didnt qualify for the incentives previously discussed. So it cost more, had more miles and still needed to be brought back for them to fix the grill and change the oil. 2nd bad experience at Hubler. Would not recommend drive to another Acura dealer.

Worst service I’ve ever received, will never be using them or recommending them to anyone I know. I went in telling them exactly what I had to work with, made it seem like they could make it happen on a vehicle I really wanted knowing I’m a single mother and couldn’t afford to do a car payment plan at this time. Said they’d work their magic only to come back with no vehicle and an empty fulfillment that they couldn’t deliver.
