One of the nicest places to figure out auto parts. Even if you are a woman on her own. And that is refreshing. They dont look down on you like ( its just a woman, sell her anything, then shell leave. Most likely she wont know if that part is right or not. But, here you get respect and they ask questions to help you find what you really need. And, they seem to have a great selection. Friendly staff.

Being new to this area, i kinda just found this place and Im glad i did❗The staff was friendly and knowledgeable❗I even struck up a conversation with a customer who told me about the Suds on the weekends! For those that dont or didnt know like me, they have a show of cars❗Glad i came here!✌

I wont be back into this store. Arrogant rude employees in this store. Only reason I bought batteries here was because I needed them for a job at that particular time. I wont be back to any napa ever again. Thats a pretty large hit given my company buys thousands in parts for tractor trailer weekly. Ill learn to buy at traditional tractor trailer parts stores instead of the ungrateful rude staffed napa. People fail to forget what is a company without customers or clientele. Good luck to them is all I can respectfully say.

The only thing I dont like about this place is that they dont have a public restroom. Some of us need a bathroom, I have one kidney! I gave my grandmother the other (best thing Ive ever done).

Whenever I have a part that is difficult to identify, find and purchase the gentlemen in NAPA have always been knowledgeable and eager to assist. One part store that is more than just parts. Like an old time hardware. Thank you gentlemen.

A throwback to the days where you changed your own points and plugs. Counter service hasnt changed in 50 years.

They stock most parts, old school and current parts. If they dont have it, theyll find it! Very helpful.
