After watching all day for my delivery I finally called the office about 3:30 to be sure it was ordered yesterday when I called and place it. They said yes and it would be here today or this evening. Its now after 8:00 p.m. and Im still waiting. I knew right then that I was being lied to. This has happened before and I know its not the delivery persons fault. If you dont want to do your office job right, then quit so . Im sure theres plenty of people that need jobs would do it right.

I was referred to Lincare by my doctor for my CPAP needs. So far, the customer service SUCKS! Crystal, my sleep therapist, very rarely calls you back and never answers the phone when you call. She does not seem to care at all about the fact that I cant get comfortable with my current mask and acts like it is such an inconvenience to help me out and find a mack that works for me. I highly recommend finding another company. I am working with my Dr to do just that.

The Lincare of Greenville office staff is always, always unbelievably rude. It doesnt matter who answers the phone. They act like their day has been ruined just having to take my order or answer my questions.Ive been on oxygen therapy for 11 years. I started getting my oxygen supplies with Lincare in 2010 in upstate New York where Im originally from. They were fabulous. Professional, caring, always courteous.In 2015, I moved to Rocky Mount, NC and totally lucked out as there was a Lincare office on the same road as my apartment complex, a two-minute drive away. Seriously, two-minutes. The office staff there were top-notch just like the upstate NY staff-pleasant, courteous, professional.Unfortunately, Lincare down-sized in 2018 or 2019 and closed the Rocky Mount office, transferring their accounts to the Greenville office.Its just the Greenville office staff--the drivers and technicians who deliver oxygen and service the equipment are terrific. Friendly, helpful and prompt.I would have switched to a different provider a year ago but Lincare corporate has a financial assistance program for people of a fixed income through Social Security, and I cant find another local supplier of oxygen/CPAP which offers financial assistance thus far.I have given them a year before posting a review hoping the office staff might get better but...NO.

They have been wonderful except for the last 3 or 4 months they dont deliver on time in my area its on Tuesday today is Thursday still waiting on those portable C tanks had 2 good weeks and now the problem has come back has anyone in the Washington County area had this problem?

Being struck by COPD, it became an immediate requirement to find a reliable delivery source for medical grade oxygen. Lincare became that supplier due to their dependable delivery as required, rather than stock piling oxygen bottles for another supplier, APRIA Healthcare Group, Inc., and creating extreme hazard without our home.Deliveries arrive each week as needed, unlike some other services which require storage of 2 month or longer stock retention. Other companies were also found that provided for immediate, near term solution under 3 days.Lincare provides the best solution for all options researched and used. CUDOs to the fine folks at Lincare Inc.

The customer service at the Greenville, NC office stinks. I have reached out to them a a few occasions trying to get a different mask since I can’t use the one they gave me. I am trying to have the Inspire surgery procedure done and they told me I haven’t used the device at all. The “lady” that called me today let me when I inquired about my compliance form was rude and condescending to say the least. She tried to tell me it takes time to get used to the mask. I figured two weeks of trying and getting hardly any sleep is enough time. She even told me the surgery only had a 60% success rate, even though it is not her decision and not her place to give me medical advice. The main office really needs to work with these folks or relieve them of their positions.
