I read these reviews before I went in to get my machine - so I recorded the whole thing. Yep, I recorded it. And sure enough, they told me I owed nothing, zero. They said youre covered and one person confirmed with another. That was about two months ago. Got a bill last week for $400 and another one today for $350. Enjoy!

LIAR, LIARS...THEIR PANTS ON FIRE!!!When my husband asked what will be his final payment after insurance coverage they told him he would only need to pay around $544 total. After sending first payment and not receiving the refill supplies, my husband calls to follow up and he is told he needs to make 13 payments of $144 for a total of $1,872. They told him they dont have a final official amount (so they pretty much bill what they want). This is a very shady business. He asked to speak with a manager and he was told it will take 24 to 48 hours to be called back. We will wait and see.

Ive been waiting a week for a call back from this office to try out a new CPAP mask and nothing yet. When I call the local number I get the AHP office in Tennessee. I had similar problems with the AHP office in Virginia.

I had been going to American Home Patient conveniently located near to my home. I have worn out several machines and with a prescription they were always accomodating . All of a sudden I cant get any products from them and I was told I would have to phone in an order even though they stock the products needed right there in the office. I have since gone to Poinsette Medical also close to my home and they are now supplying me with the products needed as long as I have a prescription.

I have had nothing but courtesy, flexibility and Down Right AWESOMENESS. I had terrible experience with many other home delivery especially Oxygen Delivery service companies and American Home Patient was the only one that came through for me and SHINED. they delivered what I needed and when I needed. They where always available by phone to answer my questions or address and concerns I had. My Mom was like a different person when she received her O2 from AHP because they fix it so she could be more mobile than she has been able to be.
