Bought a Patriot Scooter nearly axyear ago. Its been in for service 2 and soon to be 3 times. Brought it in to be serviced and it hasnt been corrected. It overheats after using it leaving my husband stranded. He loves it....when it works. We would like Carelinc to address the problem seriously, and.to honor the warranty and replace the defectivepart(s).

I have been dealing with the Care Lincoln Grand Rapids for the past couple months and Ill tell you what they cannot get anything right I go to the one in Greenville today just to return something that I had bought at the wedding Grand Rapids and ask them a couple questions to see if they could help me and in 5 minutes I got all the answers I wanted and some and thats all it took they need to teach the people and Grand Rapids how to treat customers and how to answer customers billing questions with straight answers Thank you Greenville staff.

I am a full time manual wheelchair user. I had sent my chair in to have some assisted wheels installed. The installation was done incorrectly so i contacted care link to fix the problem. Because i am unable to drive down to the service station i had to have care link pick up my chair so the could fix the problem they made. I had to fight to get a loner chair. Then they picked my chairup on a Wednesday for it to arive to the service station on Friday for them to not even get to work on it till Monday. So i am without my chair and hoping i get it back on Monday. I feel completely disrespected and i feel that care link is taking advantage of the disabled community.

Staff was very helpful and pleasant. All my questions were answered even before I knew I had any. Equipment was ready for me and Jessica clearly explained all its functions.

Did not have Alice but overall experience was good after 10 yrs with same machine wonder why I had to waste time with appointment they have everything on file

The clock in my car was not changed with this last time change; therefore, I showed up 1 hour late. Alice still fit me in. She is an asset to your company and you should be sure she know this. She was very thorough

I have dealt with this location a couple times. Marge is very overbearing on the phone and not understanding. She makes you feel ridiculous for calling and asking ANY questions. WARNING ⚠️ the product I received had to be shipped back to the company for mold/mildew growth. The products are stored in a high moisture storage area. May be a basement but when I called to ask she wouldn’t disclose that info to me. Go elsewhere to avoid issues.

Alice is a great asset to CareLinc. She helped me to understand about my new equipment that I knew nothing about. She was so patient with me. I greatly appreciate her friendliness! Alice put me at ease which helped to make my learning experience successful. I was able to go home with my new equipment and get it set-up. Because of her. Please say thank-you again to Alice for me!!In addition to Alice, the entire staff that meets and greets customers walking in does a great job. Many people do not like to stand in a line awaiting someone to help them. Despite the fact that some customers can be quite grumpy when they get waited on, I have observed that the staff does a commendable job in meeting and greeting them. Despite some pressures from some customers, each customer is treated with respect.The office staff is the reason why I choose to use CareLinc in Greenville. I had to use carelinc on 2 occasions. Both times were a complete disaster. Oxygen order, and an order for a walking boot. On both occasions they lied to me saying that they never received the order from my Dr., while I saw that they did, they told me I would have to pick up my boot (ankle fractured). Duh..Deliver it with my oxygen!Billing is also terrible. Will be using another durable supplier soon!

I highly recommend Jesica!!! She was very knowledgeable, extremely friendly and Jesica answered all of our questions with great patience. Jesica made me feel like I mattered and that I was not just a number on her patience list for the day. I can’t say enough good things about Jesica, I am very impressed!!!

I work for the public schools in Ionia and had to make my appointment in Greenville, about 30 minutes away. School gets out just after 3:30pm, but no one ever leaves work exactly on time, so I was on the road at 3:45pm. I had told the lady I originally made the appointment with that I was likely to be late, and here that prediction was coming true. I arrived 15 minutes late to my 4pm appointment. Alice was super wonderful and still gave me excellent help, teaching me everything I needed to know about my new CPAP machine and answering all my questions, no matter how long we took! She was super patient and helpful and I am so happy she was willing to help me even though I was so inconveniently late and kept her after hours. Thank you Alice! Thank you CareLinc! (And they always deliver your supplies!)

I have a reversible nerve disease in my leg. My doctor wrote a prescription for a wheel chair TO OWN! The lady refused to help me. She insisted I needed to rent the wheel chair for 13 months before I can purchase it. I already rented one from a competitor but the chair was not outdoor friendly. I talked directly to my insurance agency and they said they would approve a new wheel chair! Not a rent to own used damaged dirty chair that I would have to sit in for 13 months before I own it. I will not be doing business with this company.

I would like to give a zero for overall service. Lady in office doesnt appear to like her job, acted as though I was an inconvenience to her (Jenny was her name, I think). One of the items we ordered from CareLinc was a lift chair. The first chair was not properly cleaned and had pet food that came out of bottom of it. 2nd chair we received was very old and broken. Finally 3rd chair a week later was sufficient. Never offered anything to compensate us for the inconvenience. I would never recommend this place to anyone!

It took them a year to fill my sons wheelchair percription and now we need a new tire so I call them and they are waiting on a paper from the Dr. I said my Dr sent the paper back already. They confirm and say they’re waiting on another one. AND they’re going to send it out “right now”. I called the next day and the paper got sent that morning! They were waiting on a paper to come back that they NEVER SENT! 🙄livid.

Carelinc in Greenville MI called me and told me they had gotten my prescription in for a bathroom rail and a grab bar and that I would have to private pay for the items because insurance didnt cover them. When I questioned her about it she said, its like going to Meijers and buying a candy bar. So obviously they are giving out prescriptions for candy bars now days..smh They dont submit for insurance payments like they should.Their communication is horrible. You never talk to the same one twice and they have no clue what is going on. They also have a tendency to give you what they want you to have and not what the prescription says. Very bad business.

Equipment was scheduled to be picked up two times and both times - no show, no call. When I called the office, they said that the home owner didnt answer his phone when called. This was not true: no missed calls/voice mails on cell phone and no messages on the home phone.

I did not have Tami. I had a young lady who did a good job explaining the situation.
