This company does a great job of providing you with all the supplies needed for home oxygen and explaining how to use the equipment. Grover was professional and courteous and goes above and beyond to make sure the customer has what they need. Jeremy delivered additional equipment that was needed after hours with the same professional and courteous service. Manager Ron also called to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this company due to their knowledge of equipment and customer service! Great team!!

This place is the worst to deal with. I never write reviews but be alarmed about the issues! They are always DAYS late with delivering oxygen to customers! My grandmother has been waiting 2 days for her oxygen delivery after calling on Monday to request the delivery in which she was told that was doable. We’ve called there every day and was continuously lied to stating they would come. Most of the oxygen bottles we do receive are half way fulled!

Gentleman delivered the items to myhospital room when it was clear for him to call when he arrive so my daughter could meet him downstairs,pay him and put the items in her vehicle for my at home use,he clearly didnt do that. I had a copay from my insurance he took my card information, a receipt was requested from my daughter and he said it will be emailed to my account.First, I have never spoke to anyone to set up an account the hospital did.I have not received the receipt yet. The bedside toilet kept pinching my thighs I have not been able to get anyone on the phone to replace it since Ive been home one week now. .Then today I get a bill in the mail,so what was my card information taken for? The gentleman wasnt customer friendly that delivered the items either. Today I let the phone set with music playing two hours I cannot get these people on the phone.I also call the foreign customer service number on the bill with a whole room of people talking and got not assistance either.All the lady could tell me is I have an account thats on auto pay and will come out on the 6.I have never set up an account with my card nor have i put anything on auto pay.And I can not get these people on the phone. I am two hours away but will go by on my next Drs appointment. I feel sorry for our elders having to deal with this company for supplies and charges.

CPAP machine fitting:Ms. Allison was the clinician for my group and did a wonderful job fitting my mask and presenting. Her presentation was laid back and interactive leading to a comfortable experience. She was also very informative and took the time to address any and all questions/concerns.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experience!! I have been trying to order Cpap supplies for almost 2 weeks with promises that someone would call me back!! Of course no one has ever called me back plus they have lost my information and my prescription!! I’m sure that is a HIPPA Violation! I would not recommend them, will be returning to my previous company!!

This is my tenth month with Family Medical Supplies. I was told that my supplies would be mail and that why a credit card was need file. That didnt happen! Waited two weeks than I called to see why what was happen.I was told I had to call them. So 27 November went there and got them, then went back back on 12/6 since that my date and was told had to wait until 27 Dec due to my insurance will not only paid every thirty days no matter what! Which I end up ordering one for Amazon cheater than what she would sell me outright. on 05/27/2020 went to get my 3 months supplies paid 32.49. It took me over 10 phone call to see why I was bill for something I paid cash for. Now every week aI get a bill for months past that I owe for supplies still to this day and it still not right.HOW ARE YOU BILLING A CUSTOMER WHEN THEY PAID FOR IT WHEN THE GOT IT ! PLEASE HELP! This billing is a joke and I need some answer.

My mom just passed and she was an oxygen patients of this company. The people at this store were always so kind to me and my family on the phone when her concentrator would mess up and when I would pick up her supplies. They were very helpful to us and I hope I dont need them again, but if I do, I will go to them for my needs. Thank you. Ricky Taylor

I came in today to get a new CPAP machine at the Family Medical Supply in Greenville. A gentleman named Kevin set me up. The CPAP instruction was easy to understand and was painless. I fill very informed of how to use my new CPAP machine and know I can always call Family Medical if I have any questions. I would definitely recommend anyone with medical equipment needs to check out Family Medical Supply. They always have great service!!!

I made my first purchase with the Greenville location about a year ago when I bought a lift chair from them for my husband that was having shoulder surgery. We couldnt have been more pleased with the service and the chair! So much so, that when he had to go to a specialist in Charlotte a few weeks ago for reconstructive surgery, we knew exactly where to go for the shower chair they recommended when we returned home. I got my cpap from this company and they were unprofessional from the beginning and it only got worse and worse. Less than a year after I got my machine my power cord messed up and they would not replace it. And then wanted to charge me 120.00 for one, which I didnt have and I explained that, but it fell on dead ears. I found a brand new cord from another medical supply company for 20.00! They were not empathetic to my situation at all and offer no help whatsoever!!!

My wife has asked me to put in a comment to her previous review. I received a lift chair from the Greenville location a year ago and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I had no choice but to sleep in it for a while so Im grateful mine was comfortable enough for that. We also bought a shower chair that was a blessing to my wife to help in my caregiving. I thoroughly appreciate the kindness this Store has shown to my wife and I and we will be long time returning customers, God willing. Thank You.Bobby Griffin

I have dealt with a few different Family Medical Supply stores over the years but my far my best experiences have been with the Greenville office. Such sweet, kind people who work there and are always more than happy to answer my questions. the manager always has a smile on her face and the therapist is just a sweetheart. I plan to do business them for a long time.

I had no problem with the equipment, but there billing practices are suspect. Returned the equipment in March, but continued to be billed. Called to pay my bill and was told it was not amount on the paper bill I was holding. The amount I was quoted was 50% higher then the paper invoice I held. The person I was speaking talked with her supervisor who told her the extra money due was for December, and that I owed the entire amount. The odd thing was that I received another paper bill later that day with a due date of 5/8/19 that did not include the extra amount, and on FMS billing website the extra amount is listed as due for May.Update 5/9/19. Spoke with Brad with Family Medical Supply and the situation was rectified to my satisfaction.

Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT do business with this company. I called ahead of time to check pricing on their mobility scooters & was told they’d be on sale in Dec, so I waited & came to purchase then. Showed up & they acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Then, was told they’d call me when they were on sale. Never got a call. Finally, I called them and they just happened to be on sale, so I bought a mobility scooter from them. Big mistake. I paid outright for the scooter because my insurance wouldn’t cover it. When I got it unloaded, I noticed a screw was missing from the toggle that you have to press to drive the scooter. When I called about it (after multiple times of leaving my number and never getting a call back), I was told to go to a hardware store & purchase one. A few months later, the scooter began making a clicking noise as I drove it. I called multiple times again and was finally told that I could just bring it by anytime during business hours and someone could look at it - no need for an appointment (I asked about that) OR pay a $65 fee for someone to come to me to look at it. I was able to bring it in a couple days later and (surprise) yet again, nobody knew anything about what I was talking about AND, even though I show up in their system, Family Medical Supply has NO record of my purchase. I was told no drivers were available and they didn’t know when they would return. The drivers are the ones who do repairs. One employee said I may have only spoken to their corporate office, but I let her know I ask to be transferred to the Greenville, NC store every time I call their number. I had to leave the scooter, but they told me they’d call me when it was done. The next day, I called them around lunchtime to see if it was done because I’ve never received a callback from them. The scooter had been fixed before the close of business the day prior and nobody bothered to call and let me know. I truly feel sorry for anyone who has to deal with this run around, especially the elderly. It’s beyond frustrating and I’ve never had such poor customer service. If you ever need anything and call, you can expect to speak to a different person every time, get a different story every time, never get a callback, and for the information you receive to be incorrect at the Family Medical Supply in Greenville, NC. Maddening.

Former paramedic speaking here with many years experience dealing with other healthcare professionals as well as on a personal level in caring for my son and other family members through the years. Ive had my fair share of dealing with medical supply companies and most recently while caring for my mother who began hospice care at home seven months ago. Let me begin by mentioning I changed her care over to another hospice agency after two months due to extremely poor service and a terrible level of care from the hospice agency and medical supply company we had initially started her care with. We experienced incidences of having a disabled hospital bed for 3+ days, supply outages, no appropriate wheelchair, no appropriate lift, etc. Since switching to our current agency, Family Medical Supply has NEVER and I repeat NEVER hesitated to answer any questions or concerns Ive had in trying to locate any equipment or supplies Ive needed for my mother. The customer service has been exceptional and Jeremy Gardner has gone above and beyond my expectations every single time Ive had an issue or question. Ive never been disappointed. NEVER. I am often disappointed with our hospice agency but NEVER with Family Medical Supply. They have made this part of our journey much easier for me and I will always be thankful for the difference theyve made in this part of our lives.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Family Medical Supply in Greenville. I transferred there to get my CPAP supplies from another company due to not getting good service. A fella in the store named Kevin C. was very helpful in the process. Even though the mask I used is not stocked in the store it is never a problem for me to call Kevin and he will have my supplies shippped to my house. I plan to do business with a Family Medical in greenville for a long time.
