You know those customers who are just.. difficult? Dont lie, you know theyre out there! And if you dont, well let me pop that bubble - Today I was that difficult customer!But, I still left very very happy :)To Karey who spent so much time helping me answer my questions, explaining the new promos, and then who was truly gracious when I decided I had to back out of the promo you helped explain to me, a sincere THANK YOU!You were so nice, I will definitely be back when I feel it truly is time for an upgrade :)

I want to publicly thank Kristen and Kevin at this location for their efforts and kindness in helping us get my stepdaughters older iphone 6S plus working on the T-mobile network! We were unsuccessful in getting service anywhere else and were glad she could keep using this older device for now. This location and staff highly recommended. Plus her phone is working well everywhere!

T-Mobile management really needs to visit this store. Today was absolutely ridiculous one young lady was working her hardest to accommodate a store full of customers. The store manager walks out from the back with a “baby” in her arms @ work!!!! Are you serious T-Mobile!! After waiting for more than 30mins. to be helped myself & a couple more customers left!!!

Service from the young guy inside today was great but what I would like to know first is why this young man is at work not only is he on crutches but the store manager is sitting in the back of the store not helping or assisting him in anyway. Is this how T-Mobile treats their employees?

I received wonderful service from Tearia. I came in very frustrated from having already experienced a phone call where I was transferred 3 times and a visit to a different store that had not resolved my issue. She really listened to me, did not attempt to make any excuses or get defensive, but just apologized for the frustration and assured me she would get the issue resolved for me, which she did in just a few minutes. What a great representative for this company!

I was fed up with AT&T service so I was looking for a new service provider. After shopping around a good bit and deciding not to go with Verizon, I headed to the T-mobile store here in the mall. They were all super helpful. Ms. Mara (? I think) the manager was super knowledgeable and very helpful in assisting the gentleman who helped me get my service started. I was looking at the LG Stylo 6 as a starter because I had a Note previously so I wanted to stick with the Stylus. The young man who assisted me pointed out that I said I wanted 5G capability which the Stylo did not offer. So instead, I walked out with a phone that not only was a cheaper initial payment but an absolutely beautiful, fast and powerful little REVVL 5G. My service both cellular and customer, has been nothing short of phenomenal. I always enjoy myself when I come in to see these folks. Made me feel like family for day one and they all rock. Thank you all so much!

I went into T-Mobile store at Haywood mall today and Antrez met me at the door. He was polite, courteous, professional and very knowledgeable about the products and the plans that T-Mobile carries.He thinks of ways to save the customer money by recommending plans that fits your budget. I met him fir the first today but I highly recommend him to anyone who does business with T-Mobile.

Don’t remember the names of the 2 who were working in the T-mobile store last night (the guys name was antrez I believe) at the Haywood mall but they were great & such a big help!! They were very sweet & did not try to rush anything even with having 30 minutes before close! Will be going back if I have any trouble, after going to 3 different stores they could finally help. 🤩

Web site says they open at 10am on Sunday thats a lie. When I arrived to buy a new phone they was having a meeting and said they dont open till noon. Didnt care what their web site said. I got no apologies. If I was on commission I would have helped the customer. I will never go back to that store. And I am sure I wont even hear from anyone at T-Mobile after I post this..

I have been there several times, The manager Tim Sidberry seems like we wants to be handling all customers. The first 2 times I felt it wasnt normal but I ignore it. When he is helping you he just walks off and try to help other people maybe in hopes to makes a sale... That is not my problem (even though makes your wait longer...) My problem today was doing a screen protector replacement. I have the plan that covers any damages on it.I was told first that they where out without checking, then he comes back and tells me there are 2 in the store but he cannot used them because he has to have a certain amount in stock (this is where the story starts to get messy) . Then he comes back and tells me that he cannot used one because is store policy. By that time I figure it there was something sketchy and I call customer service to get an explanation. The rep on the phone tries to talk to the guy and explains me that is not a T-Mobile Policy to hold on to stock. He then refuses to answer the call from the T-mobile Rep and uses the excuse that he is helping other customer (2 other reps are in the store with no customers). About 45 minutes after without answer the call he then decides to replace the protector.. no apologies and with a big attitude. I feel embarrassed for the other reps that can do nothing other than say, I dont understand either why is he doing this... Thanks for the awesome help on the phone I submit an incident report. I feel neither me or any other customer should go through that. Hopes the get a better manager there soon.

Terrible work environment, my management had poor leadership. They micromanaged me as well as my coworkers despite our proven abilities to sell. I resigned for that reason and many more. Not a lot of great experience I’m going to switch my service over to the military discount. Best of luck to anyone that wants to work with Haywood management. I’m glad to be out of that toxic work environment.

I had a horrible experience at this T-Mobile store yesterday. My and my friend had walked into the store because I wanted to see if they had any new phones. One of the workers rudely approached us and asked if we were 18 and wanted to see our IDs. I was shocked but handed over my ID and he proceeded to stare at it for several minutes before returning it. I was so disgusted and beyond annoyed at the employees behavior that we left after. I have never been asked to show ID there ever until then.

They are amazing. I came in the shopWith a dilema my step father had insert his SIM card intoHis iPhone with out the holder. The chip was stuck so far into the phone. Apple didn’t even wants to help cause they were afraid of breaking my newly purchased phone that I had bought 3 hours ago from the Grandview location. I was on the verge of tears cause I couldn’t even get a replacement phone even if I wanted to. Since it was out of stock at their store. I bursted into tears after having a long stressful day I just wanted to get this phone fixed. These amazing men that work for you guy the manager Dee and the Representative Trez calmed me down and tried everything to help take that sim card out. With a little anxiety and patience and two paper clips later they were able to take it out! I thank you guys so much.

Would NEVER recommend this store. Please make sure you know who knows there job. Went when there was a BOGO in January and were in July and Im still paying for both my phones. These people have screwed me over told me one price and Im paying a whole different price. I left sprint for the same reason, you dont tell me one thing and then do another....

If it was possible to give a zero star rating I would!! Those very people are very rude and unprofessional!! My wife and I got phone there. We was told tablet was free just pay $10 per month for service, We found out it wasnt free at all on top over that my phone had several issue but they wouldnt fix it. I had to go over to T-MOBILE in Taylors to get it fixed! The employees at Taylors were very nice! We called Corp office to get everything fixed and refund on SIM card for tablet we never received by was being charged for! Also everyone in this store at mall was hitting on my wife plus one girl hitted around that she wanted to have 3 some with my wife and I! Store manager was very rude to me and called me lair when I told her my phone was messing up, she said I most have messed it up! Then she cussed out because we called 611 to get our Netflix setup plus we paid for our SIM cards when they were supposed to be free! I would stay far away from this location! Go to one in Taylors if you want service with T-MOBILE!!T-MOBILE has great service, this location in the mall just makes the company look bad!!

This might just be the best Tmobile out of all Tmobile’s in Greenville area (including Spartanburg) I literally had to travel to this mall and those wonderful girls helped me with my phone that another store messed up, they were patient and knew what they were doing and kept a smile on my face . If I can tell everyone to come here I would ‼️ BEST T-MOBILE HANDS DOWN
