I was upgrading 2 phones. They helped me figure out which phones had the features that I was looking for. They ordered the phones. Once they came in they took care of setting them up and transferring the apps from the old phones to the new ones. They are always so nice to deal with.No high pressure sales.

We went to Crumpton TV to look at purchasing a Big Green Egg. Jennifer was so helpful with explaining the different functions of the BGE and showing us the different options to add on. She set up delivery and not only was the delivery 2 days early, Kody, the delivery driver answered all of our questions that we had. We have since ordered 2 additional pieces for our BGE from Jennifer and weve called her with multiple questions that she was able to answer. Its hard to find hands on help in retail. All if the employees at Crumpton TV are great at what they do.

Before they even looked at my tv they mentioned they dispose of them. I knew then they would want to charge alot to fix it. They then offered to sell me a new one. Didnt really feel like they tried or cared. Took 14 days to hear back I had to call them twice. Maybe they truly are that busy and maybe my 60 inch really did cost more to fix than a new one but customer service is lacking. Just feels like they want to sell instead of fix.

Great bunch of honest people. I had a big screen that just stopped working and I took it there to have it repaired and it turned out to be something minor, I just paid for then to give me an estimate to find out what was wrong and they could have so ripped me off.. But didnt. It just needed something saudered. And he just fixed it for nothing. Now you normally have to pay for anything Im sure. But it was very cool that he was honest. I would so recommend this place for all your repairs. :)
