This is my favorite Starbucks in town. The staff is always so friendly and they always make my drinks to order. I am more of a coffee girl, so I get a lot of lattes or coldbrews. Their seasonal drinks are always great to. If you are a coffee lover and need a quick to go option this is it!

Very good customer service. I have traveled to 🌟 Starbucks in 11 countries and this one served up what I was cooking. They were oit of Carmel swirl, but offered me a dark Carmel swirl in my iced coffee and I love it!

Love this place. I come here ALL THE TIME because they are friendly, fast and helpful. I order 4 drinks on the app and I accidentally spilled one of them. I didn’t catch her name, but she was very nice and made another one in less than 2 mins. It was very very busy and she still made it less than 2 mins. Sorry I didn’t ask for her name but she know who she is :)

Ive always had good experiences with this location. They arent without their faults but theyve always been quick to fix mistakes and extremely polite. Even when crazy busy they keep their composure and customer service on point. Love this location.

James is the BEST barista I’ve ever came across, he is so nice and can make anyone’s day!!!

I walked in, and the cashier was talking with another barista. It actually took about 2 minutes and me standing on my tiptoe and staring them down before they stopped talking and said Hi! I said Wow! I didnt mean to interrupt your conversation. The cashier took her phone and went to the back, someone else helped me. Thats not good customer service! I get that it can be busy and you finally get a break...but ALWAYS say Hi or Ill be right with you, or if you cant talk, make eye contact and smile!! A smile goes a long way!!

Caramel macchiatto is life !! Treat yourself to the experience and ask for a pup cup for the pooch!! Your doggy will love it too.

This Starbucks is on point! Excellent service. My drink was refreshing and my Danish was hot too! Sadly they were out of their protein boxes and paninis, but thats just how much business they get. They got my recommendation!

When I ordered via the app, I forgot to hit submit order (smh). When I realized what happened, I was already there to pick up my order. I told the barista what happened and they had my drink done less than a minute after I hit submit! They were very kind and understanding and I appreciate them! Im almost positive this Starbucks will know my name by the end of the summer, and I have no regrets because this is one of the best ones Ive been to.

This particular Starbucks does not give out great coffee. I much rather prefer the Starbucks on Arlington. The Greenville Blvd Starbucks coffee is not sweet enough even when asking them to add extra to my coffee. I got a free bakery item today and used it there and they did not even heat up my item. Im not sure whats going on there. The people will remake coffee and stuff and their attitudes are ok but its just not the best coffee for the price I have to pay.

I order 2 strawberry açaí drinks but I ordered it at the wrong location. I didn’t realize it until I checked the location Jake was friendly and acknowledged me. He made my drinks there and told me I don’t have to go all the way to 10th St. I showed him my receipt and he made my drink in less than one minute. This is the only Starbucks I go to in Greenville. Great customer service and we need more people like Jake. He put his customers first .

Typical Starbucks, but thats not a bad thing. Always pleasent staff, but their drive through can get crowded and this slows thr entire process down, inside as well. Again, nothing different than any other Starbucks, especially with a drive through.

Literally have gone here almost everyday for the past year and a half. They have learned my name, vehicle type and of course order! Feel kinda special going here since they know who I am! Very great place to get your coffee and the staff is great!

This is simply the best Starbucks I ever remember being in. It has been remodelled but fortunately it retains much of the original goodness.This particular location has acoustical ceiling tiles, and this helps tremendously in keeping noise levels down. Other newer locations seem to be more industrial in presentation and can be prohibitively noisy.The staff at this location also seems overall to be better than at most locations Ive been to. This particular Starbucks stands out in the local crowd of Starbucks locations for me.The product? It is Starbucks. If you get a Starbucks coffee or pastry anywhere you are pretty much assured at least of a certain minimal level of quality that is usually at a high standard. Ive never had an issue at this Starbucks. It is always consistently high in quality for the food.

Im visiting the area for school and needed a pick me up after a long day, however, I was left unsatisfied, disappointed, and left unanswered by staff while the phone continuously rang during operating hours so I was unable to even voice my concern to resolve the issue. Needless to say this is the WORST experience Ive ever had at any Starbucks location. I ordered a cappuccino with added flavors, whipped cream, drizzle, cinnamon dulce sprinkles and literally got HALF a cup of coffee with NONE of the toppings I ordered. When I called, the phone rang several times and no one ever answered despite multiple attempts. This coffee is honestly far too expensive for subpar customer service and less than HALF of what I ordered and paid for in the first place. 10/10 would not recommend this location and will not be returning.

I had three separate forms of payment two different gift cards and my debit card and the girl in the front window handled it so smoothly and I was through that drive through in less than 4 minutes I swear! Maritza is amazing! I was in town for work with a coworker and we went to Starbucks 3 different days last week. She was amazing to us in her level of customer service and to all I watched her interact with. A few ways she went above & beyond: She brought us our food vs. just yelling our names at the counter. I ordered on the app one afternoon and it wasnt working, when I got there they didnt have my order and she immediately with a smile asked what I ordered and made it for me. A+++ customer service, thank you!

I normally dont go to Starbucks. This is a small but nice stop mostly for drive through customers it seems which I normally am at this location. My last visit we had to wait for a muffin for a long time even though we asked 2 times. We did have a large order with 5 people. Finally after asking a third time we got our muffin. Manager did give us a coupon for our next visit which I appreciate but I was still frustrated. Will still go but drive through

Excellent service today! Greeted with a smile and no issues on my order. Used the facilities and they were even great. No smells or mess. Everything was clean, loved the fact of no push button for water and the garbage can near the door so you can use a towel to open and toss right there. It was a great visit.

Literally the slowest store! Do not order over the app! You will still wait 20 minutes for your coffee! I’m literally late for work 3 of the 5 days a week because I continuously keep going to this store just because it’s so close to my job!

Love this Starbucks. Went in today and everyone was so happy and friendly. I loved the Christmas spirit with the Santa hats that people were wearing. I always see the manager geoff helping out and talking to the customers. This will always be my go-to Starbucks store!

Very nice people. Generally they are busy, but they move through the line quickly and get your order promptly. New to the area and its always nice to find a good Starbucks to get in and out and on with my day.

Not only was I sitting in the drive through waiting for my drink for 20 minutes, but then I get back to my office and take a sip of my wrongly made mocha, and it spills all over on my shirt and desk due to a faulty cup! All right before a big meeting at work...I had to transfer my drink to a plastic cup in order to drink it.My suggestion: find a different coffee shop to go to.

The staff here are friendly and accommodating. The wait can sometimes be a little long, but I think the high-volume of drive-through customers contributes greatly to this. Don’t be a jerk in the drive-through, just make a little time and come in. The staff are worth meeting anyway!

The customer service is excellent. I’ve never been to a Starbucks with better service. Everyone there is amazing. They are the reason for 3 stars. These people deserve 10 stars.Ever since this branch got a furniture makeover there is never any room inside. I’ve been coming here for 3 years as my favorite spot in Greenville but ever since they changed the inside I can’t ever get a spot and have had to take my business elsewhere on multiple occasions. I’m very disappointed with this change. It is not for the better. The inside changes make me want to list 1 Star but I won’t because the people are so great.

Each drink has been made appropriately but speed and customer service is less than other Starbucks Ive been to. App or online ordering pick ups seem to be confusing to them, customers can stand at the counter for many minutes (I have found myself waiting for 20-30min before stopping the third employee to get my App ordered drink (Frappachino was mostly melted already since I stared at it a majority of my wait))

Usually my experience here is great. But they ran out of almond milk 2 days in a row. Ive worked at many coffee shops, when you run out of milk you just go to the store and buy some more. I dont understand.

Worst Frappucino ever. I order the butterscotch one it did not taste like butterscotch but black milky coffee.

I’ve been to this location many times and they consistently deliver great service every single time. I’ve never gone inside, always drive-thru, but I’m impressed by how fast they are. Fast but never rushed. I had my dog with me when I last visited, and even though I didn’t order it, the lady at the window offered a puppaccino for my doggo. It might not seem like a huge gesture, but that is going above and beyond for the customer. The best staff ever!!!

Extremely frustrated with this Starbucks. After ordering my drinks, I waited over 10 minutes to receive them both. Several people who ordered after me received their drinks while my cups sat untouched. They were not significantly busy so my wait time should not have been that long.

Coffee and people are friendly but they are slower than Starbucks I am used to in Tennessee and Florida. So be expected to wait a little bit in the drive thru. But overall its good.

I drove all the way to Starbucks so my **Pregnant** wife could have a special treat - a frappuccino she heard about and wanted to try, With the barista knowing that my wife was pregnant they put coffee into the frappuccino anyways (I didnt know this specific one came with coffee in it seeing how the 4 she normally gets all are coffee free). Pregnant people arent supposed to have coffee because it can cause miscarriages, she took one sip and got a stomach ache so I drove all the way back to starbucks (about 10 minutes later) and said they were closed even though they technically had another 40 minutes until they actually closed at 10pm. I mean, they were cleaning up the first time I went in but it was only about 10 minutes in between, not sure why they would be open at 9:10 but closed at 9:20. Over the drive thru they said sorry cant help me but I can drive all the way across town to the college one if I wanted to purchase another one that wont potentially harm my unborn baby, and of course, I cant go home to a pregnant woman without the correct drink, so I had to throw that full 6 dollar drink in the trash and drive all the way across town to buy another 6 dollar drink. Its okay that the drink was wrong but dont be lazy and fix it.

I am a diehard Starbucks supporter and lover. My husband and I made a 30 min trip to get some while out of town for work, theirs wasnt good. Frappucinios had too much water and could barely taste coffee. She tried to fix it and made it worse.
