I love bagel man. They have some of the best breakfast in town! They are super clean, friendly, and helpful. If you are ordering one bagel or two dozen it is quick and easy. I mostly order take out and had great experiences each time. Great management and food! Worth 10 stars!!

Good bagels, but I need a charge card from my parents to pay for it. Also, no napkins dispensers on the table and I couldnt open the coke bottle for my partner. At 84 I feel overlooked, just remember, us oldies vote.

First time visiting and I would want to say Bagelman’s bagel is probably one of the best bagels I’ve ever had. Staffs were very friendly and nice. I wjll definitely go back and try some other bagels in the menu! Oh and watch out for the red light camera.

Love the fact that Mr. Grillo not only made a great bagel place once, but twice! They are delicious bagels 🥯. And you can get them in a variety of flavors with a bunch of delicious toppings.

My first time going. It took like 30 minutes for a bagel with egg and bacon. Everyone after me was getting their order!! I thought the bagels were already made! I was late for work! Time is something I cant get back and I will not be going back because I dont like my time wasted!!!

Check out people could be more suggestive. I have taken 2 people that had never been and felt a bit overwhelmed. Such as ordering topping & or buy a tub of toppings in the case. It’s petty, I just thought newbys could use some help.

Definitely a must in greenville! The bagels are fresh and cream cheese is great with a variety of flavors. They also have online ordering which is recommended as there is always a crowd.

Went to this store after a doctors appointment and one of the workers who I believe is named Mae was very rude to me while I was ordered. The food was good but the rudeness ruined my experience

First of all, they never disappoint! I love consistency and every freaking time by Breakfast Special on cinnamon raisin, toasted w/bacon, is spot on! Every. Single. Time! It’s always ready early when I order online. It gets no better! Eat here or you’re CRAZY!

Outstanding food, but not worth $8.65 for one sandwich with hardly anything on it. I kid you not! This is the second time I was charged this much for a ham & egg on a hard roll. I thought the first time was a mistake with the register, but not twice. Wont be doing breakfast here much unless its a special occasion..😳🙉

Mostly this is a typical bagel place. But Id say my favorite thing about it is when I get the breakfast bagel which has bacon egg and cheese they really load it down with cheese. I mean when you could split that bad boy apart and theres enough cheese you could strangle a dairy cow.My favorite thing I’ve had so far is the combo bagel with bacon egg cheese and mayo.

A little pricey but good tastey food choices.

Great food and they get it done in a reasonable amount of time. I always go for the salad melts (tuna and chicken are my favorite) and its always satisfying as a meal.

We are new in town and desperate to find a new bagel shop - and boy were we blown away! Best bagels I’ve had in a long time. My husband got a bagel dog and combination (everything) bagel and I got a great grain bagel with chocolate chip cream cheese. The chocolate chip cream cheese was insanely delicious - if you are a chocolate lover you HAVE to try it. It’s a chocolate base with chocolate chips- to which my husband stated that I was basically eating frosting (no complaints here). Will be frequenting this little shop often!

Really fantastic bagels and cream cheeses at very good prices (especially unsliced/in bulk).My only complaint is that they call everything bagels combos, which I will admit is technically BETTER name for them but everything has been determined to be the universal term and theres not really a good enough reason to try to rebrand them at this point.Very excited to have found a place in Greenville with great bagels though and I will be returning regularly.

Bagels are really good and fresh. They did one bagel order wrong, but as they are good. It didnt bother me.

Ran to pick up bagels for a quick breakfast. Bagels were good, service was good. Wish there was more variety of spreads, cream cheeses, etc, but not a deal breaker. Would eat again.

I went to Bagelman for the first time in a while today and when the lovely amazing wonderful girl asked for my name for my order, I fully expected her to spell it wrong, because I’m so used to it and it doesn’t even phase me anymore. Not only did she spell it correctly, when the kind fantastic talented man came and brought it to me and mispronounced my name, she corrected him. Might not seem like much but she made my day!!

Just discovered this place unfortunately after my son graduated from ECU. I would say THE BEST bagels I have ever had! I ordered an egg white omelette which was delicious and a chocolate chip bagel. The bagel was fresh and full of chocolate chips. If Im ever back in Greenville, this is a must stop!

This was my first time visiting the Bagleman Bagels, it was early in the morning and the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about menu items, I tried the lox and it has smoked salmon, capers, cream cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion, I thin it was in the everything Bagel, this was an awesome meal and trust me u will be back really soon. This place is a very versatile breakfast spot. You can bring your family for a quality meal, or crawl in at 1 PM for an excellent recovery after a night out. The breakfast special is the way to go. If youre into spicy stuff get it on a jalapeno cheddar bagel. Pairs sensationally with a nice glass of chocolate milk.

We are a tough family to please with bagels as we grew up in NYC. However Bagelman Bagels does a good job and staff is pleasant. Service is quick. Enough room to keep social distance.

Watched 5 people get their food before me. Workers walk around like they dont care and are lazy. I use to eat here all the time but it went down hill.

The bagels are so fresh. If you get them lightly toasted, they are warm and crispy on the outside and pillows of soft chewy dough on the inside. I think Ive tried every variation of theirs and have not been disappointed. If you like prepackaged bagels, DONT GO GET THESE. You will never be able to eat packaged again.

Bagelman has great bagels. The breakfast special is amazing. Only one bad experience but it was enough to turn me away. I witnessed the owner lose his cool on an employee at the front register over an order error. I could tell the kid was extremely embarrassed and I felt horrible for him and I was embarrassed for the owner because of the way he continued to act. It put an uneasy feeling in the atmosphere & he just kept tearing into this kid. At a certain point, it just became flat out bullying. Thats just unprofessional and uncalled for. I know you want your orders accurate but most customers dont want to see that type of behavior. I would recommend disciplining employees in a private setting. But, it is your establishment so you do you. I havent returned since the incident which is unfortunate because the food is great.

Great bagel shop! I was in there this morning waiting on my order and noticed that the cashier was taking money with gloves on and turning around and grabbing bagels off the shelf behind her with those same gloves she was working register and taking money with. Those gloves carry germs and being in the restaurant business for years this is definitely a BIG NO!

We love eating with the Bagelman. The food is great prices are reasonable & everyone knows my son by name. You cant go wrong eating there!

If you have not tried bagel man you are missing out. I’ve eaten bagels all over the world and some of the best I’ve found are right here in Greenville. In addition the chicken salad is the best I’ve had besides my mama’s. Get an onion bagel with chicken salad and prepare to be mind blown. My wife prefers the cheddar bagel and chicken salad. All-around good food clean place friendly staff highly recommend it

Great food and service every time!

I was in there today with my daughter. She was throwing a total temper tantrum and I was embarrassed to say the least. The owner came up to me and tried to cheer her up. I was so grateful, I love this place. They also have the best cheddar bagels I’ve ever had!

This place is litterly the best bagel bakery in Greenville. Some of sandwiches are a little over priced but mainly they make really good bagels and sandwiches.

The food is great, but it seems like they always mess up online orders. The wait can also be a bit long, so if youre expecting your food in 10 min, I wouldnt recommend.

Were regulars here now. These are as good as a New York bagel, and all of their menu items are great: desserts, coffee, breakfast and lunch sandwiches. They have a great variety of bagels and cream cheeses. The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. They work hard and it shows. This place is popular with all the locals and is still a treat every time. The prices are very reasonable and Ive never had a bad or even mediocre experience here.

Awesome 1st time visit. Just moved to the neighborhood. Got a chance to chat with the owner, a fellow New Yorker, and sample the bagels. As good as NY bagels! Serena, our server, was just delightful. All around, a great experience!

If you love bagels, look no more. This guy knows how to make a bagel and the house blend coffee is amazing. The owners son actually makes the bagels which are fresh. He does not skimp on quality. I suggest calling in your order if in a hurry during 7-9. There is seating available. Law enforcement frequent the Bagelman so can get packed if troopers, Greenville and ECU police decide to get breakfast same day you are there.

I tried the bagel dog for the first time it was good. But I like the BLT more, Which is my favorite. As usual they were busy with a lot of satisfied customers and people reconnecting with old friends.

Delicious bagels with great pricing. Being born and raised in NY, its hard to find a good bread down here. I can honestly say this is an awesome experience every time because there fresh, soft, and perfect. Not to mention the cream cheese selection is out of this world.

This was the most friendly establishment I have been in in a long time The bagels Were fantastic, The coffee was dark and hot the sandwiches were out of this world and the owners were there took time to talk to me made me feel right at home and they have Taylor pork roll...

Their bagel w/ lox sandwich, with cream-cheese, red onions, capers, tomato slices, and shredded lettuce (if youre a taco-style eater - Im not - and dont mind the mess) is to-die-for.This is one of the two places in New Bern and Gville at which I eat this type of sandwich. One of these routinely presses the capers into the cream cheese, so you dont have 3/4 of them fall off when you raise the sandwich to your mouth. Frankly, I dont remember which place does it without being asked, but if you ask the Bagelman folks to mash the capers into the cream cheese, theyll do it for you for sure. But why every bagel place doesnt do this as a matter of course, Ill never understand.One last thing... pumpernickel (black-bread) bagels are my hands-down favorite, and I wish Bagelman offered them - but they dont. BUMMER!!!

Great customer service, nice portions and food was delicious. I had Pastrami and swiss cheese on an onion bagel. Ive also tried lox on a garlic bagle. I wish they would bring back the lox cream cheese spread. All in all I enjoyed the food and will return.

As far as bagel restaurants are concerned, I think this is as good as it gets. They offer many options for bagels, and also offer various toppings for them. They even have some creative food dishes there as well. Coffee and other cafe style drinks are offered, but Ive never tried them.
