My daughter has brought home bread from here in the past and it would disappear quickly. We went to visit last week and my husband and I went to have lunch there. Delicious! We brought some loaves home and I have been having tomato, cheese, and garlic Mayo sandwiches on the Dakota loaf all week. So hearty and satisfying. Well done! Locally owned eatery with fresh baked bread. Delicious sandwiches to choose from or ask the staff for their favorite. Delicious food and friendly staff. The offering of sweet treats make the decision difficult with so much to choose from. A must visit if you’re in town. I’ll be back.

Every time I visit this quaint bakery, I am in for a TREAT! Stop in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Something on the menu will grab your eye, whether it’s a tasty bakery treat (such as a lemon bar or a blueberry scone) or a sandwich (like grilled cheese? Try the spicy apple grilled cheese!) You might just drop in for a delicious cup of coffee and the ambiance. Give Shay my regards! She is SO thoughtful to her customers, making sure they have a wonderful experience and leave feeling perhaps a bit better than when they came in. Really nice employee working today. She let me sample a couple of the baked goods which helped me make my decision. I ended up getting something called Hawaiian bars made with pineapple cake, creme cheese frosting, and coconut. They are delicious. Also ordered the breakfast sandwich with tomatoes, spinach, and avacado in place of bacon. Very filling.

Went looking for sandwich places and this place showed up so we had to check it out. Their bakery has the freshest bread and other baked goods. Its what makes their sandwiches very enjoyable. Would come back another time

We love great Harvest Bread!! Feels like family even if it’s your first visit! It’s so cozy and every pastry is To Die For! I’m always wishing it was open longer hours but it just makes it more special when I’m able to make it in!!Also just Look at the cheese IN the bread on my sandwich and tell me you don’t want to hop in your car right now!

Ive gone to lunch at Great Harvest several times in large groups and with my family. Ive never had a poor experience nor a long wait for an excellent sandwich. The meeting room is great for 4-8 to have lunch and discuss business in private. Patio seating outside and a drive thru to come.

Ok so I was looking for a bakery and this was the only place in the Greenville area, so I tried them out!! To my surprise that locally owned stores had everything and more! The customer service was excellent and the guy who took his time to explain all of there products 💯💪🏽. I can out the store with 3 things and it was only supposed to have been 1 lol. I will most definitely be returning for more of your products

Food was yummy & the atmosphere,very clean & welcoming. Had salads & soup. The wait staff is very friendly and helpful. Very nice lunch. We hogged a table for 2 hours & didnt feel encouraged to leave. Will definitely be back soon.

Greg and Kim have built a great atmosphere that my wife and I love. The food is healthy and the sweets are delicious. PS- there meeting room is one of the best spots in Greenville.

I had heard Jim Mantel talk about it for years on the radio and how good it was. I decided to make the two and a half hour drive to try it out. First of all the food was great then to top it off my favorite radio host Jim Mantel was there having breakfast himself. How good is that. It was a wonderful experience. Cant wait to go back.

I had soup and a sandwich. It was delicious! Service was excellent. They give you taste samples from the bread board. Wow!

I am not sure the name of the lady who answered my call this morning but she was very helpful. She was very patient and provided many different options for my order. As always, my coworkers loved the monkey bread and hummingbird bread.

Bakery that uses Wheat Montana grain, freshly ground and baked every day. The best baked goods ever! A good place for a sandwich on whole-grain bread, a cinnamon roll, and/or a local Blackbeard coffee.

Great place for coffee and meeting up.

First time visit, would give 3-4 stars now until I try more items on the menu. The set up and atmosphere is wonderful and the workers are really kind, helpful, and prompt. The food is in the typical price range these days for this style restaurant - expect to drop a 10 or so. The sandwich and soup I got were good but not anything to remember. Definitely want to come back and try more and see if anything can catch my interest.

Place is amazing. They will let you try anything the make. They had a local coffee Black Beard to make a house blend coffee that is amazing also. They have cookies that are bigger than both your hands. Place is absolutely amazing. Will be back soon

I ordered the Cobb Salad. It was fresh and real as far as salads go, but the little cup of dressing barely moisten the lettuce and tomatoes.I suggest adding more dressing and give the customer more choices.

Met Gabe the manager and being a first timer at this place he showed me everything and explained a lot about their shop. I bought 2 breads, plenty of cookies, monkey bread and plenty of other goodies including a pineapple and pecan treat that was WOW! I said it was my first time there but will now be a regular visitor. Cant wait to try the biscuit breakfast sandwich and a lunch sandwich also!!

Great Harvest can be described by part of its name--it is GREAT! I do not take advantage of Great Harvest as much as I should. Its fresh, inviting, and excellent for a meet and greet. The bread is very good and the goodies are not too sweet or too tart--they are perfect! Its also a good spot to go with a friend and converse about a long week. The employees are also great! I recommend Great Harvest Bread Co. to those who havent experienced the awesomeness. Its a gem in Greenville!

Great bread! The sandwiches are so good and fresh and the Sesame grain bowl is amazing, especially if you enjoy miso. Lots of kid options and they have great cookies.Im just disappointed that they dont seem to recycle.

Love the baked goods they have here! These are my favorites: Salted caramel cookie is so good, sugar cookie, savannah bar, cinnamon roll, monkey twist, and so much more!! Cinnamon bread and chocolate bread is superb too!

We family from out of town, and friends from in town, love their sandwiches! Wed been looking for a unique place in town and we found it here. They have their own breads that Id almost believe that theyve designed their sandwiches around. Their breads are all delicious in their own right. I only wish the offerings were more plentiful. No brioche, no Italian, no ciabatta, no challa, no focaccia, pumpernickel, rye, or even cornbread. There are two dessert breads that are out of this world, cinnamon chip and cinnamon swirl. I buy a loaf almost everytime I go in but that list could also use some expanding. Perhaps this is a list that remains small on purpose so that they can rotate things in and out more easily as the seasons pass. I do hope so.

I went there for lunch and my sandwich was fine, but nothing extraordinary to justify the price or a return visit. In fact, they were out of the bread that was listed on the menu as what was recommended for the sandwich. The whole wheat bread I got instead was dense, the crumb perhaps too elastic. In my opinion, there are better places for fresh baked bread in the Greenville area. Of course, with bread in the spotlight given the name of the place, the other ingredients on the sandwich were not distinguishable from what could be bought at a deli counter. Customer service was good: I was offered samples of bakery products when I ordered and the owner went to a couple tables asking about the patrons’ meals. Decor was hip and tasteful and included a kid’s area.

The aroma and tastes are amazing. Larger seating and a menu for sandwiches makes this the fullest service Great Harvest I have been to. Friendly srrvice. Clean.

Okay, everything here was fresh and flavorable, but lets face it, this a is a Chic Flick restuarant. It was full at the time of our visit, yet including myself in there for lunch with my sisters, were only 3 men to 30 (guessing here) women... smaller normal portions versus what most guys I know would like to be eating. Again, very tasteful and pleasant place for lunch with the girls.....not a guys place.

Delicious. Hand made fresh daily. The soups are amazing ive tried this tortilla tasting soup, the brownies come in all flavors my favorites so far are the blondie, peppermint bark & the plain. The salads are very delicious too. Some of thr breads are a bit weird for me but sandwich meat is excellent. Its definitely worth the visit.
