Took my new Trek Marlin 5 for some upgrades; as soon as I walked in, all the staff present were so friendly and welcoming! I needed to have my seat post cut off and installed new bike pedals, while I was waiting for the service decided to upgrade my seat cushion, for a more comfortable one. The service all together took less than 10 minutes and did an amazing job, plus they added a chainstay protector, overall, extremely happy with the attention and service; even though I bought my Trek in the Trek North Carolina store, as bike stocks are out everywhere, I will be definitely coming back to the local Trek shop in Greenville for all my bike services and future upgrades!!

While the prices are only for the true bike enthusiasts...think the Lamborghini of the biking world...the customer service is on par with what you would expect from a premier store. Ended up buying a bike rack and cross bar attachment for my bike. The rep was outstanding and patient, making sure my needs were met. If all goes to plan, and I can keep on track the remainder of the year, I fully intend on replacing my 150.00 mountain bike with one of theirs as a reward for getting back in shape! Go see what all they have to offer!

From the time we walked in the door, the staff was very welcoming! This was my first mountain bike purchase, I had no idea where to even begin. Josh (if I remember his name correctly!) was SO super helpful. He took the time to explain why one bike would work better for me rather than others, showed me some tips and tricks and made me feel confident in my purchase. We drove from Atlanta to pick up a Domane LT+. I needed a tutorial on E-bikes and Bradley spent over 2 hours getting me set up. I understand the demand for bikes is high right now so I didnt mind traveling from Atlanta. Bradleys help really made feel comfortable and I love my new bike.

Came from out of town and needed bike repair, a good brewery, and a nice trail. They had it all! Repaired my bike before and after a ride on the trail. They were super busy and fit me in before my ride. And stayed late after closing to repair a different issue after my ride. They were very knowledgeable and super friendly! And they have more bike inventory than anyone Ive seen since covid.

I read the impressive reviews and decided to try Trek for a tire repair and evaluation of a salt damaged bike. I was met just inside by a gentleman who immediately got the repair and evaluation process underway. While we waited, the staff showed us several bikes of interest and even rode with me to demonstrate an electric-assist bike. Very cool! Several great options to consider. The repair was completed while we shopped for a reasonable price and the evaluation of our damaged bike also completed promptly and confirmed my fears. We are in the market for a new bike. A Trek “Path” is at the top of my list. Will definitely do business here again. A+ service and products.

Always helpful and very knowledgeable ......my bike has a lifetime basic tuneup. They could make me leave it during peak times for days as Im at their mercy but it has never been like that ....I bring it in and they jump on it and have it back the same day with no charge....great guys working there and love my Trek

Lesson learned I should have come here first!!! I went to three other shops and they didn’t even acknowledge me. When I walked up they actually opened and held the door for me and greeted me with a warm welcome and hello. This immediately told me I was in a place that was going to be interested in my concerns and needs, not a sale. Josh was my contact and did an amazing job from our initial phone conversation to our in person encounter. He took all the time I needed to figure out what I wanted and what would best for my needs. It was a lengthy process and not at any point did I feel like an inconvenience. I felt I was given his undivided attention. My man was definitely knowledgeable and accommodating. From answering questions and setting up multiple bikes for me to test. This is my first time buying a road bike. I went to my local Trek store with my cousin who knows about road bikes and we encounter Sammy ( sales rep) he was very knowledgeable and friendly they assembled my bike next day, when I came to pick up my bike the other team members tread it me with so much care and friendliness I was happy to know I’m in great hands. They measure my legs, they did all this things I wasn’t knowledgeable of when you buy a bike. I came into your store looking to buy a bike. I was greeted by Bradley and from that point on, he took care of all my needs, answered my questions gave a good overview of the area (we just moved here two months ago). Ive always been a Trekkie. My last bike was a Trek 730 that I owned for about 15 years. I was so excited to find the upgraded version of my bike in stock at the shop! Christopher was extremely helpful in explaining the differences between the Verve 1, 2, & 3. Looks like Im starting another 15 year ride with my Verve 2!

Initially went in to look around but was really impressed with the store layout, the team and the stock levels in this crazy time. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sammy was great to deal with.

It’s been years since I have ridden a bicycle because of back issues. However I was exploring whether there might be a bike which would be “easy” on the back. The bike would be used primarily around the neighborhood, paved bike trails, and parks. No steep hills or unpaved trails. Chris, my bicycle sales representative, listened to my needs and guided me to the Electra 7D Townie. He then thoroughly described the functionality of the bike, performance, best uses etc.. I took it out for a test spin, and it felt great. I bought the bike that day. It was a wonderful buying experience, and the bike is awesome.

Hank was very helpful and responsive. He recognized immediately what was wrong with the seat and fixed it right away.

The staff at Trek Greenville where really helpfully and friendly to work with. They educated me on the differences between models and fit me perfectly to the correct size over the phone. Highly recommended.

While everyone at Trek is extremely nice, they are obviously understaffed and there is a poor line of communication. I brought my bike in for an issue with the gear shifting. Was told it may be a few days to fix. Called back 6 days later and the work on my bike apparently fell through the cracks and no one ordered the part I needed. Was told again it would be a few days. Called back 7 days later and was told that now the whole wheel needed to be fixed and since it was still under warranty they would need to order the wheel from that company. Called AGAIN 7 days later and they said they just got the wheel in and I could come pick it up. 3 weeks without my bike when I ride religiously every weekend. I like the people there but they lack communication with the customer and really had no explanation for why the work on my bike became so delayed.

We have had two excellent experiences with Trek Store Greenville. We purchased our son’s bike in December 2019, and I recently visited to have a tune up performed on my vintage bicycle. I am most impressed that I was treated with the same excellent customer service with the tune up/restoration of my vintage bike as I was when we purchased a bike from the store. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and restored a bicycle making it safe to ride, more comfortable (thanks to a new seat!), and even checked off a “want” item of a basket to go on the front. We are Trek customers for life thanks to Trek Store Greenville!

The store has done me right after a little rocky meeting on my 1st visit. They care about there reviews and called and offered a free wheel service. After a couple months i had a warranty issue on the service and they made it right and it only took about 24 hours. Thank you to the service tech Jake. He’s a cool guy and seemed to care about his work.

Had such a great experience buying my first nice road bike! I’m very picky and indecisive at times. Cisco (sp?) spent an hour and a half letting me test ride, taking measurements, and answering all my questions. After I finally decided on the bike, the size and color I needed was not available in store and it had to be ordered, he made that process very easy. Howie helped me on the day of pick up and was so kind! He gave me pointers, tips, and encouraged me to get some other items that would make my ride better. I really value good customer service and always desire pleasant experiences when I go out spending my time and energy to make a big purchase. These guys really helped make the search for and purchase of my bike a memorable one! Simple patience and kindness go a long way! Thanks!

I drove 3 1/2 hours one way to purchase a new bike which I had ordered through this dealer bc their sales guys went above and beyond at the time I decided to purchase a bike, however when I arrived at the dealer to pick up my bike it was scratched in several places. This dealer really dropped the ball and could have told me when they called to let me know it was ready that they had damaged my bike when putting it together. I guess they assumed I would be happy with just a 50.00 discount which is all they offered. That didn’t even cover my gas for my trip. I will just wait and get the bike in November from another dealer who will do their due diligence before wasting a customers valuable time and money! Just be warned! Look over your bike and ask to see it before making the drive! Learn from my mistakes!
