Jim is great, super knowledgeable and very personable. The studio is a great place to get bike fittings or get done mileage in on a trainer on a rainy day.

Jim is knowledgable, professional, friendly and responsive. Great selection of wahoo products and can get anything thats not in stock quickly. I doubt there is a better place in town for a truly comprehensive 3-D bike fitting.

Jim and the crew at GCMS are first class! My Retul Insoles are excellent and the process was quick and ON TIME. Very refreshing to make an appointment and have the fitter care as much about your time as their own. A++++ and a true ambassador of the Retul system!
