We reserved a bike. They called us last minute to change the time of the rental pickup, and finally agreed to leave it chained for us. Bikes they left were unacceptable. We had spoken to them and specifically requested a hybrid which they said they had, and told them what size. The left 2 cruisers, and the only hybrid they had was for someone 62 plus. Tried the cruiser with gears which was supposed to be for a tri, and half the gears did not work. The poor kid working there tried to help but was not able to and management did not care, and did not want to help or refund the money.

They wouldnt answer the phone so i had to drive around downtown for a hour until they answered. When they did answer they guy put me on hold for 29mins just to tell me the location. He never came back to the phone. I hung up and called back and nobody answered yet again. Very unprofessional and the kids are really upset because they were looking forward to a bike ride
