Purchased a mattress yesterday at the store on Greenville Blvd. Eric was very helpful and professional. Gave me suggestions on which products I might like based upon a few answered questions. I found the perfect one for me. This is my third purchase from Mattress Firm - the other two were in Florida- and they have always exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend the store and Eric.

Went to buy a decent mattress for my first apartment. Had the pleasure of speaking with Rodney, who was incredibly helpful. Made sure to accommodate all of my sleeping needs and gave me the best deal possible. Would definitely buy from here again.

The visit to Mattress Firm was amazing. We visited the store kind of late in the day, expecting to be pressured buying, but Rodney was the absolute best. Not only was he very kind and friendly, he was very knowledgeable about the products and let us try every mattress, and even suggested a few. Purchased bed with remote. Remote stopped working within two weeksPaint on stairs was chipped.Delivery men did not speak or understand English.Screw on legs were not removed from box. They were left on the floor, therefore bed is lower than expected.I will not make another purchase from them. When I called to address the remote not working I. was asked how I was using the remote and if it was on my bed. No, on nightstand where my other remotes are. The remote worked. one week and stopped. Batteries were swapped out. It worked a few days then stopped. Took remote in. Batteries were swapped out by David Worked for a few days and quit again.This time remote lite up but did nothing when buttons were. pressed.I understand that they would have to schedule to come out, but I do not comprehend why the scheduler cannot give a date that they can come outYou do not expects remote to stop working within a couple of weeksPoor quality control

We could not find this place to save our lives. I called and spoke to Dave, he gave us landmarks and we were on our way. When we got there they asked us what we were looking for and was very patient with us when we didnt exactly know. They let us sample some mattress explaining the differences in between them. We made our purchase and we are sooooo satisfied!!

David was a huge help with my purchase. I started making my purchase online but I needed it shipped to the store instead of my home since this was a Christmas gift. When I called the local store and explained the situation,he was very quick to resolve the issue. Nothing beats dealing with an actual person especially one that does everything they can do to make their customer happy. Definitely will be a repeat customer for years to come. We also had an issue with the online promo code and David was able to correct that as well.

Horrible experience. I dont have a truck to carry around box springs so I wanted to pay someone for a new mattress and to remove both the old mattress and box springs. I asked the sales person in the store if they would remove the box springs as well as the mattress as part of the gold service and he assured me they would even though we were not buying box springs. Now today (several weeks later than initially told) the driver refused to do so. I refused the mattress and want my money back. TRAIN YOUR SALES PEOPLE TO NOT LIE and say whatever they can to get the sale. Be honest. The driver said there was a 1 for 1 policy for removals. Fair enough, and your salesperson should have known that.

Worked with David to get new pillows.. He was very friendly and helpful! He quickly pulled up what we bought in the past and helped us find something comparable tk when we have at home to try out the replacement pillows on. We bought out mattress over 3 years ago and have been throughly satisfied with it and will be coming back in the future when it comes time for a new mattress again!

1st visit at the store we experience great customer service the store manager was friendly wasnt rushing held a conversation with me and mom made us feel comfortable and had the time to answer all of our questions. Awesome experience! I can’t remember the young woman’s name but she was amazing. Great personality. I brought my 20 month old in with me and this can be challenging. Well the young woman let her play with the LEGO set and was very patient. I left the store with the information I needed in order to buy a bed. I didn’t purchase from there however but they were not pushy at all.

This place is great! My husband and I had no idea what we were looking for in a new mattress but Jackie made it really easy. She listened to and saw our needs and explained things we were unsure about. She didnt try to just sell us something. They have a price match guarantee which they were very happy to apply when we found the same mattress for cheaper. We went back the next day after we thought it over and everything was the same when speaking with David. We bought beauty rest mattress, box, bed frame, cooling bed protectors, cooling pillows 5days ago on July 4 th,it turned out the mattress size not works for us, and the sale representative said the expensive cooling pillow and the special cooling bed protector aren’t really cooling at all, the pillow made me have bad headache since I tried it, so we decided to return. very bad customer service, they didn’t offer us a good deal to exchange the mattress, and charge us extra return fee80$;dissembling fee250$, will not return the cooling pillow and bed protector and bed frame, so totally we lost 870$, we only bought the bed for 5 days. Will not recommend to shop here again. Very bad customer service.
