I highly recommend Box Drop Greenville. TJ was super friendly and accommodating. We sent a message inquiring about a couch on a Saturday and heard back within minutes. He went above and beyond, driving over to show us the couch that day, even though it was his day off. He made sure to ask if we had gotten measurements and encouraged us to go home first and make sure the couch would fit before making a decision (since it was a rather large couch). So we did. We never felt pressured to buy or rushed to make a decision. When we called to let him know we wanted to buy the couch, he delivered it to our front door the next morning, brought it inside and helped us set it up. We also weren’t forced to pay beforehand, we were able to pay afterwards, after seeing the couch in our home completely set up and being satisfied with the result. Very pleased. I am sure my husband and I were probably some of the pickiest customers to come through...and with being on a budget...that makes it very hard to shop! Much less buying a mattress when you have two different styles of sleeping and..icing on the cake... my husband liked one mattress and I like another. After what seemed like 2 hours of debating and showing us probably every single mattress in house we found the perfect one! Needless to say the guy was more than helpful, patient and never once acted like he was annoyed. This was the most important thing to me. It is hard to drop money when you dont necessarily have to and even when you have to. So thank you for being kind and helpful. I was suspicious but found the store. Tim was very knowledgeable and I was there for quite a while because other potential customers were in and out. Tim explained everything to me and without any pressure I decided what I wanted. It was set on a 3 month payoff. Tim and his wife and toddler brought the king mattress set that evening . I live about 30-40 miles away. They came, removed the old set, put it on the back of our truck and placed the new king set on our bed. I highly recommend him and his business practices.

These are great people who really care about getting the quality mattress that you need without breaking your bank. Plus you can meet the cutest kid of theirs if they bring him to the office. Same type of mattress as those youd find at mattress firm... etc. 1/4th the prices.

TJ and his wife are both funiture knowledgeable. She helped me purchase the perfect sectionl.TJ delivered my sectional by himself and brought his drill to attach the legs. Afterwards he took all the plastic wrapped around the sectional and took it to the dumpster. They practice great customer service. I will definitely recommend them.
