I am not a Ford guy. I hate that whole culture. This is my second Ford car, and I will never ever buy another one. The service is expensive, the people are rude, and they are totally unhelpful. If you own stock in Ford, dump it. As soon as rivian or Tesla comes out with a pickup truck then they are done. I own a C-Max Hybrid and I hate it with a passion. I have owned Datsuns, MGs, Chevys, Hondas VWs and Subarus. This is the only car I have ever hated.
A few times iv visited for oil sevice on both of my vehicles..come to find out they didnt top off my fluids as stated..i had to go back to the dealership for fluid top off a month later..Not a happy customer😩
