Had a water pump and alternator replaced by them. The mechanic did an excellent job both times. Great for oil changes if you want to use aftermarket additives they get the measurements right. I needed a vacuum didn’t expect it but they vacuumed the carpet, tire pressure was adjusted. They went above the call of duty. Took my truck to Hastings Ford one time for an oil change and they gave back my truck with the coolant reservoir bone dry and some missing from the radiator after they told me my truck was running hot. I wonder why. I’ve never had any problems with Speedy and am surprised with the high quality service I get there compared to Hastings Ford.

Great place, hidden gem in Greenville for auto repair, never busy but not due to quality, they do amazing work, quickly and at reasonable prices. Love that every repair bay has a camera on it and you can watch them work from the lobby, I appreciate that they are transparent with their work

I just moved into town and my A/C stopped working on one of the hottest days of the month. I went to multiple shops but felt like they were too expensive and not very friendly. It is so hard to find friendly, honest, and quick auto service but, after the experience Ive had at SpeeDee I will be back for all my auto care needs. They listened to me, kept me informed throughout the whole process, and gave me time to call my dad and make a decision. The manager was able to get the parts he needed for my car that day as I set in their waiting room doing homework. I felt that they were fair and that they actually cared about me and providing quality service at a reasonable price.

I usually dont leave reviews but I had to rave about this amazing auto shop!!! Normally you dont hear these things coming from a woman lol. But I had to brag because these guys were phenomenal!!!! From the moment I pulled into the parking lot I felt very welcome and at ease. I came for a last minute oil change and inspection before going out of town. Unfortunately, I needed 2 tires, balance, and alignment to pass inspection. These gentleman allowed me to get the tires from a nearby store and come back almost at closing time to get the work done!! I was so grateful and thought this excellent customer service and establishment needed its props. 100/10 would recommend to anyone needing fast efficient service.

I came in here to get a loose noise fix when I brake and when my car goes over bumps it wobbles way more than usual. Not only did I get hustled for $800 for repairs but my original problem never got fixed. On top of spending $800, the loose noise to begin with is now worst! Also I not only got a loose noise, theres now a thumbing sound too which is new! Never doing business here again. They ripped me off completely and what is sad the manager has a Honda civic just like me! Careful for anyone who goes here for repairs.

Im an owner of the 2001 Honda Civic LX 5-Speed and was going to have the fuel filter replaced but turned out it didnt have one so they checked the car out and found it was leaking oil and turned out to be the Valve Cover Gasket was bad (a flaw of the 01-05 Civics at around 120K-150K miles) but I felt i paid a decent amount to have it replaced. Ended up payin $196.01 which im pretty sure if it had been the dealership service they wouldve charged more... but in the future I know I can rely on SpeeDee with repairs so will go there for now on. Great place to go.

Went there this morning, a few days after I had a coolant system service done. The air conditioning in the front of my minivan was barley cold and weak airflow (had been like that for months). All of the employees were wonderful,taking time to puzzle out what was wrong and it works wonderfully now...THANK YOU

The only thing that I would like to share with management there. I would like to let your team know that they should ensure that when they remove the cabin air filters from vehicles. they should then reach their hand into the blower fan to ensure that no trash and debris fell off the filter into the blower fan. I had this occur at my last visit.

I came to SpeeDee on Greenville Blvd for an oil change and for them to check the engine light that had come on. They were quick, did a great job, and most importantly were honest. While we did talk about some things that needed to be done, I did not feel like I was being led on for unnecessary things. About an hour ago I went there for the 1st time to possibly get an oil change. As soon as I drive up this lady tells me that I cannot get conventional oil but they will only do synthetic oil on my car. Now mind you I have a 2010 Chevy Hhr and had it since 2012 and never had synthetic oil. So she flat out lied to me! I called and left a message for the owner to call me. This location is on Greenville Boulevard in Greenville NC. I will share this post on ALL platforms until I get an appropriate response. She was so unprofessional and I will let everyone that I know not to go there.

Every employee here is AMAZING! When you pull into their lot, someone immediately walks out with a clipboard ready to assist you with whatever you need. After my car was diagnosed, they came in and thoroughly explained my options to me. They gave me a cheaper option and the most expensive option to decide from which is great because I knew they had their customer’s best interest in mind and weren’t trying to rip me off. As they were working on my car, they came inside frequently to update me on what they were doing, they work quickly and I didn’t have to wait all day for them to fix what was wrong, and the employees were friendly and actually started conversations with me as I was sitting there!
