First off all, I pulled up and they immediately came up to the car. Told me I had free range of the snacks and coffee. I’m beyond shocked how quickly it was taken care of and how respectful and efficient everyone was. This was my first visit and it’s definitely going to be my go-to from here on!!

Stopped this morning b/c it was on the way back home from dropping kid off at school. What a great experience!! Curtis and team were courteous, professional, fast and just delightful to deal with. Got an oil change and decided my headlights could use a cleaning (car is 20 yrs and the headlights look it) now the headlights look brand new. The coffee station in the lobby was well stocked so even my wait was enjoyable!I know a lot of business are having issues with staffing, but this place was not only well staffed but the staff was fantastic!Thanks so much!

I like to call ahead of time to get a time reference before I get services. When I called the employee that answered the phone was very polite and made sure I knew that the company was on a first come first service to get the job done. When I arrived everyone was very polite and really quick. When it came time to put for my service I got kind of nervous about what they would find because it’s always something else that needs attention. The assistant manager Jack made sure I understood that he wasn’t trying to get money out of me and explained to me the little minor stuff that needed to be done to keep my car going. My car has high mileage, so I’m trying to keep her as long as I can. When it came down to the over total with the additional add on services I didn’t expect it to be the price it was. Jack looked out for me knowing it was a lot for me and gave me a discount if I bundled certain services together. Of course I took it because I’m saving money, plus my car needed it bad.Thank you Jack and your Employees for helping out today! Y’all did great!

Scam Beware Ladies!Should’ve waited and taken it to the dealership……Went for an oil change on a Brand NEW car and was told it was overdue to change the air filter and cabin filter ( they looked great) and that my oil line was leaking prior to them servicing it!Thank God I knew better and told them so…… quick to back peddle and say one guy made a computer error, and the oil change guy said it was a normal drip from him changing the oil…… how does a pre-work leak turn into a normal drip during the oil change??I was so mad I teared up!!So dishonest!!!! Nice and smiling to my face and trying to get extra money!I will NEVER go back here! You guys have been warned…….Oh and the 15-20 minute wait was more like 45….

These guys are great! I needed to have a tire repaired. I went to Firestone then Pep Boys neither one was able to assist me because they were booked up. Pep Boys referred me to GreaseMonkey. They immediately took care of my problem. Great customer service. Thanks Jacob for the blessing!

My headlight went out the day before a road-trip. I called all over the Greenville area and everyone was booked until the next week. I stopped into grease monkey after they had already closed down for the day (i misread the hours online) & the general manager, Nick (?), set a time for me to come in the next morning. I arrived at 7:50 and was out the door with a new headlight by 8am! I didnt even disclose the fact that I was on a timeline for the repair- theyre just that good!As a woman, i dont always have the best experience with car repair services. The service at Grease Monkey was friendly, prompt, and professional!

They were great and honest. Said my oil was good for another 1000 miles and didnt charge me a dime to look. Definitely coming back

After being a loyal customer for years, I will not be returning. New management prices are too expensive, $65 for a basic oil change now. Augusta Rd location forgot to top off my fluids, Laurens Rd location forgot to vacuum but was steady quoting me prices for other things I did not ask to check. Thanks for the previous years. ✌️

I was so impressed with this business that I adopted every one as family. I had driven around trying to find some one that would be honest a fair, I started to get so frustrated to the point of getting rid of my car and buying a new one. My car ended up smoking as I was driving past Grease monkey they waved me in and took care of me as if they were my family. The managers and employees get alone like family,, they all were very professional and friendly I wanted to hang out in the reception area just to watch family friendly TV.Since then we have established a wonderful relationship. I highly recommend this shop.

The Manager at Grease Monkey and the mechanics are very courteous and professional. They will give you recommendations for your vehicle, but they will not try to force you to get anything done. They are honest about what has to be done vs what should be done.

I was very impressed with the work that was completed by the entire staff. Gabe really did explain everything to me in great detail and told me everything else I needed to have done. I differently will go back and use these guys again! These Grease Monkey location is top notch to me!

I have had my oil change done here several times. Today though, I called to see if they could help me with the air pressure in my tires. They said yes. I arrived and they took my car in immediately. Their staff tended to my tires while chatting with me. They handle all kind of repairs here. Upon completing the task at hand, I asked what I owed and they said, nothing. Its small I suppose, air in tires. But my tires are now inflated properly, my warning light is off, and I dont have to worry about that any longer. And they helped me in a friendly manner at no charge at all. I appreciate their service.

Went to get checked on my backup light. The mechanics are very nice and professional and I got my backup light for free today were super quick and easy no waiting or anything I will highly recommend going to this dealer for auto repairs.

Nor what it used to be. Takes longer with more people working there and they try to upsell everything.

My passenger side left arm control / ball came out my tire. They replaced my part. They were professional, fair and HAD ME OUT IN NO TIME!!

These guys know what they’re doing. Not just a quick lube. They have helped me with battery and tire repairs.

Took my car to get the oil changed when getting home I noticed I had a rag hanging out of underneath the car when looking noticed it was tying up the bottom of the car when we took it back they stated it was like that when I came I asked them why wasn’t the bottom hanging if that was the case they couldn’t answer the question he finally came back and said he found some bolt things he could put on to keep it from falling I have been going here for over 10 years and basically the same people are no longer there and I can’t trust them not to mention my oil change and filter change was $144 so no I will not be going back to them I work too hard to keep my car up for somebody to have me having missing pieces of my car and I don’t even want to give 1 star but I guess I have to in order to post 🙄

Have to change my review from 5 star to 1 star, since now they’re under new ownership (it keeps changing for some reason), and they attempted to scam me during an oil change.Had my oil changed, and asked them if they could replace my low beam light as well. Quoted me $150 for ONE LIGHT since mine is a “special” bulb. Said the bulb alone was around $120. This was a few weeks ago. I was not about to pay $120 for a bulb and decided to just drive with one light in the mean time. Last night my other bulb went out and immediately I felt dread looking at over $300 for both bulbs! After a quick glance at my manual I see my car takes a standard halogen H11 bulb. Got the quality ones from O’Reilley for $40 for BOTH and installed myself in under 3-4 mins.So they can take whatever scam they’re trying to run and get business elsewhere. It won’t be from me.

I went there to a valve cover gasket replacement and a few other repairs. The service took much longer than expected and when I got the car it was smoking under the hood. They offered to fix it but I had to leave car overnight. Called them the next morning and was told they can’t get in touch with their mechanic and that it would take an additional day to fix the car.

We needed a new air compressor and everything that goes with it which was more than I thought it would be or could afford, which was not their fault, and he really worked with us more than any place ever has. These guys have always been amazing but today they went even further to help us out. I honestly don’t understand how anyone could have a bad experience here. I tell everyone I know how professional and caring they are. They guarantee their work and do everything possible to help their customers out, most places aren’t willing do do the bare minimum to help but these guys really go above and beyond. I can not thank them enough for taking care of our family’s only vehicle. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and that is amazing and hard to find. Thank you for everything!-5 months agoJimmy and everyone else who worked with me and on my car were amazing! They were able to check my engine light and fix what was wrong, which Kia of Greenville couldn’t figure out for over a year of taking it in. They really did what they could to save me money and the work they did was perfect. Our check engine light has finally stayed off and we are getting way better gas mileage! I will be going back in to have our a/c compressor fixed when we can since they were so awesome with all of the work they did. I can not thank them enough and wish I knew about them before I spent way too much money I didn’t have at Kia just to have Kia not fix anything and turns out Kia was giving my car the wrong type of oil changes. I am so happy I finally found a reliable and honest mechanic! This is were I will be going from now on for any car problems. These guys go above and beyond!!

They fixed a driver side control arm that needed replacing. They fixed it quickly and efficiently and took the time to make sure the front end alignment was just fine and had it back to me quickly and riding smooth ! I am justifiable happy with my whole experience.

Very uncomfortable that they continued trying to UPSELL me on various services. All I wanted was an oil change, and they ending up using the wrong oil. They used a blend and my Acura requires Synthetic. I will NOT be back !!!

3 seconds after pulling out of this place my check engine light came on and the truck lost a considerable amount of power. Turns out it was the cheap air filter they used. The same filter that they charged me $ 110.00 dollars for. Yes thats right 110 for a what I later found out was a 14 dollar filter. By the way the truck has 30k miles on it

These guys are the best and Jonathan (sorry if I misspelled it) is the MAN. Brought my car in for some A/C work and they charged me less than half of what the dealer wanted to charge just to diagnose it. Then when it didn’t work, they went above and beyond to help me find the real problem. I even brought the car back and they replaced the faulty part.I will be telling everyone to take there car here because they are honest, quick, and know their stuff.

They are fast and friendly compared to dealerships! By far.. Good price as well. Im not sure what type of oil they used, it appeared to come out of a hose system. I guess that comes down to trust. Dont expect the customer area to be as nice as a dealership. The name Grease Monkey should be a clue for you! The good news is you should not be there long.You cant get an appointment. Its first come first serve.

I went in for a simple oil change and tire patch. Of course I was given a huge list of things that needed to be fixed. One of those items was my battery. I was shown the read and the worker said he couldnt start my car. I found this odd since I had no trouble starting my car nor had my light come on. I said that I would pass on the battery and he continued to tell me that he had to jump my car the battery was so bad. I left and have had no trouble with my car. I also got a second read where they told me my battery was fine. This leads me to believe that they were trying to cheat me out of $150. I will not be going back.

First time to Grease Monkey and it was a great customer service experience. Everyone was very nice and polite and took the time to answer my questions. I was offered complimentary bottled water and coffee while I waited, which was only about 15 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Will be back.
