I have been bringing my vehicles to Brown and Wood for several years, previously had a Mazda and now a GMC so have used both sides. I am always able to get an appointment quickly (the next day). The gentlemen that handle the shuttles are fantastic. Everyone is helpful and friendly. Any concerns I have ever had have been handled quickly. No complaints whatsoever. Ill continue to bring my vehicle here for any needs I have.

I guess Ill be a bad guy. Just a warning to all, because you I was never informed, if you use this dealership for service, you do not get an appointment even though you make one their their employees over the phone. The appointment is actually a place in line and they will get to it when they can. I have never had this kind of experience at any other dealership in my life. And Ive had several different vehicles and always used dealerships for service. They are however, quick to offer shuttle service *IF* you are within a certain mileage from the dealership. It is not too complimentary however when you have two kids in carseats to switch out twice, which is why I opted to wait. I think it will be beneficial for this business to let their customers know how the service department spot in line, get to it when we can appointments runs. My time is valuable too...and this is far from convenient or great service. When it is brought to the attention of the counter persons, they just blow it off like its not a big deal even though I made them aware that I was not aware of this.. Tried to stick with a general motors service department but I guess Ill venture out...

Pricey but worth it, can’t say most dealerships are worth it here lately. So much so that I traveled an hour to get a second car worked on at this place. Go check them out for all your GMC, Cadillac, Buick, and Chevrolet needs!

My wife brought a Mazda 6 A couple years ago we had problems with the fuel injection The car started to sputter so we took it in to the maintenance department and I must say the Chevrolet side of Brown and Wood is not as customer friendly as the mazda side the master service Tech Gave us a loaner car fixed the problem with no money out of pocket thank God it was covered on a be power train warranty but just the professionalism that he gave us was nice The GM side of Brown and wood isnt as customer friendly a 100 bucks was charged for a diagnostic exam thank God that the Mazda customer service tech got it refunded Cant say How much we liked the experience with Brown and wood service dept we love our Mazda 6 we got a great intrest rate
