Excellent company. Bought a high end double wall oven from Greenville Appliance. Turned it on the day after it was installed and both ovens were not reaching the set temperature and shutting off automatically. Got excellent response from the service department. The crew came in 2 days to fix the issue. I will definitely purchase future appliances from them.

Super friendly service and great selection but little to no inventory that wasnt pre-sold. The anticipated wait time is one to three months if you placed your order today. Thats the new normal so I was told?

Blake was tremendously helpful in the showroom and I cant brag enough on delivery and installation by Doug Davenport! Installation was quick, neat, and professional. Appliances are heavy and bulky. All were installed without incident or damage. Two thumbs up!

Blake was awesome in helping me out. Needed a dryer for a rental house in greenville. talked to Blake at 12:30pm, delivery, set up, & old dryer removal (the fee for all, $29) is set for 3-5pm today. And the dryer price was better than the box store...by a lot. thank you for a seamless transaction.

My Amana washer and dryer was delivered same day as purchased. I really appreciated the courteous and efficient delivery and set up by the 2 gentlemen making the delivery (Eric and Greg, I think were the names). Also appreciate help and information from my sales person (Mr. Durham). And, although I made the decision to purchase both washer and dryer, I also should mention the helpful service provided by your repairman. You all really do good work!

We have been happy customers since we built our home in 1993! Our 30 year old washer finally died, so we went to Greenville TV & Appliance first! Blake was so friendly & knowledgeable and took a long time with us, patiently answering our questions! The Speedqueen we wanted was in stock and could be delivered the next business day!We decided to wait and go see the Commercial Maytag that Lowe’s on 10th St had in stock. The guy who helped us said he was the supervisor and did not know the answers to our questions, he was condescending, and even though they had a set at the store, I it would still be 3 weeks to deliver. I have lived in Greenville for 30 years. We have lived in5 different places and we have always purchased everything for our home from them. Malcolm is without a doubt one the kindest, professional people I know. His children are also very active in the store as well. I really like that its a family run business, which is why I shop there. I can promise you. If you happen to have an issue, they will stand behind all the way. Shop at family businesses instead of box stores.

It has been very frustrating dealing with Greenville Aplliance and mattress. The sales members dont seem to want to help each other out. Ive had to call numerous times to ask questions...they ask who my sales person is and then say they will get back with me.Typically they never call back. I say this because regardless of my salesperson I have my Invoice number - you can help and look for that information. This has happened three or four times. Ray also said he would call me back with information pertaining to my order because my salesperson was out. He hasnt done that. Our order has come in different phases. Three appliances arrived with incorrect hardware, but not disclosed by the person I spoke with. We were never informed our fourth appliance was arriving separately. Im not sure when our fourth appliance will arrive and no one can seem to tell me. Tracy has been great as a salesperson, and Tina has also been very helpful. Overall, I wouldnt buy from here again.

Recently had a dryer delivered. They scratched the dryer, scratched the door and broke the floor trim. Also they hooked up the wiring plug on the dryer wrong and it shocked me and I had to re-wire the harness correctly. Don’t waste your money.

I have attempted to purchase from other locations in Greenville and NONE of them provide the level of service, honesty, and professionalism that Greenville TV and Appliance does. Purchased appliances have been delivered and installed same-day and I have never had any issues afterward. They are terrific! When our dishwasher was going to be a week later than they originally thought, they gave us a very gracious discount. When we needed to buy a new washing machine, they didnt try to sell us on the fanciest, most expensive model; they sold us a quality, reliable washing machine at a fair price that met all of our needs. They will be who I chose for all my appliance needs.

Awesome fast friendly service

Stopped by on Friday to look at a Big Green Egg grill. The staff were very courteous and answered a lot of my questions. Went back on Saturday and purchased a large Egg. I will purchase accessories for the grill in the future and Greenville TV & Appliance is where I will get them.

When I called to speak with someone about getting some repair service on my dishwasher, the man who answered the phone proceeded to tell me they were too busy to help me and before I could ask a question he hung up on me mid-sentence.Spend your hard earned money somewhere else!

Just got done going here. Walked in with my dishwasher part in hand. Everyone saw me walk to the parts desk, no one said anything. Stood there for a few minutes and no came. Walked back to the customer service desk and the girl was all smiles, she said: Our service department is closed. I asked:On a Saturday? She said: Yes on a Saturday, and youd have to speak to them about the part youre holding cause I dont even know what that is. Want to come back Monday? I said Id just order it online. She says: ok, have a great day. Want kinda appliance store doesnt sell parts on a Saturday when most people are off work. First time there, last time there.
