Just bought a dryer last month. It started blowing out cold air. The guy came and looked at it. He said it was working, but it wasnt. Ive been calling for almost 2 weeks to see when I can get it replaced or fixed. My calls have gone unanswered. Dont buy from this place. Im out of over $200. Having a warranty doesnt seem to matter. Very unprofessional. I will never spend my money here again.

I went there to buy a washing machine I came back on the day (the next day) they said they could deliver it, I told her I had a machine at home it does not work she offered him to come look at it, he came and spent ten minutes and told me what he needed and said he would be right back, I waited 2-3 hours it was already late within the day the next few business days they opened I asked her what happened? She said she would see and call me back they def lost my money and business, I’ve called SEVERAL times I’ll take my time and money else where since I didn’t get a response at all, thank you for nothing, very bad for business and customer service skills!

Very unpleased and dissatisfied with parts, labor, employees & way of handling business as a whole!Two days after warranty on parts expired, parts in stove have begun to spark!When I tried to addess an issue after work was done.... I was yelled and cussed while not being listened to.Was continuely ignored when trying to call when appts was scheduled and no one would show up.Felt used & took advantage of and left with stove possibly being a fire hazard!!!!

Bought a washer back in April for $150, had an issue with it leaking a month later, took several calls and several tries to get someone out to look at it and figure out what was wrong. Someone finally came out, checked over it, couldnt find a leak, nothing was changed. Now, one month past their 90 day warranty, it wont spin or drain. I called a different repairman to come look at it, he showed me that the motor is worn down and wont spin on its own, and the bearings in the water pump are completely worn down. To replace both of the parts would be more than I paid for the whole thing. Do not buy from this business. I tried to have faith past the poor reviews, theyve been in business for years, but its obvious now they prey upon those who cant afford more. I want a complete refund, but I dont believe Ill get a return phone call or refund. So Im out over $150 now and no washer.

Prices are awesome. But it took 3 weeks to get my washer fixed. But it is awesome to have a 90 day warrenty though.

Not sure about the business model here, but the prices are great! We bought a stackable washer and dryer for a fraction of the price we would have gotten it elsewhere. Honestly, it was as good or better than Craigslist, and definitely better than thrift store prices for similar units! Service was good, they delivered it for $50, and did a stand-up job. Highly recommended, based on my experience.

Well I bought a washer and dryer from these people and the washer doesnt work properly.I message them and told them and he deleted our messages but they have not heard the last of me! Not pleased with them at all. Plus I have a year warranty on these appliances.

Got my son and his girlfriend a used washer from here and she loves it . It looks good and works good and we got it at a good price. Highly recommend this place.

While the prices may be good on used or refurbished appliances, their customer service is NOT!. Purchased a washer and during the first use we realized it did not work properly. The purchase order gave 90 warranty, so we tried for an entire week to see if they would come out to repair the machine. Left multiple messages but received no returned calls. Finally went to the business to see if someone could help us, and all they said here is your money back, we will come pick up washer. Trying to stay within tight budget sure gave us way more of a headache than new machine would be worth!

They have a great selection of appliances. I needed a washer. Was able to get a Maytag for $150. It is working great.The delivery was a little complicated since my neighborhood is new and not on Google or Bing... We were able to meet away from the house and they followed me in.For the price point, this was a great experience.

This guy has fixed out stove and a dryer. He does great work and made sure it is fixed. Always a reasonable price. I always recommend him to friends and family. We have been here 15 years and never had any issues. If it took him a few times to get it right he never charged extra.

We have used this company for several years now and have never had a problem. They have always stood behind there product. All items that we have bought from them they have warrantied for at least 30 days. We would recommend them since they always back up what they sell.

This place has been in business over 30 years. The prices are reasonable with a huge inventory to choose from. Very courteous andprompt service including delivery if needed.

I believe this company also goes by the name Second Cycle Appliances, probably because there are better reviews for that company. I bought a washer machine via Facebok Marketplace through this company. I had my hesitations at first, but agreed to have them take our old washer and bring us a new one. The installation went fairly smoothly, but upon using the washer the very first time, it shook violently and made loud noises and it felt like it was going to coming through our ceiling. I contacted Cameron, but he never followed through with comig over to check on it. He only tried to sell me other appliances when he did respond. Now he has stopped responding to me altogether despite us having a year warranty on the machine. Very untrustworthy. Do not use this company for your used appliances. You will be dealing with unprofessional people who dont care about their customers and you will be getting lemon appliances that are clearly not servicd by intelligent handymen.

This is the worst people you will deal with,went to their place and found a stove and paid $40 down and they agreed to get rest in the afternoon when they delivery, after 7 days of calling asking about the stove, they told me it was sold to someone else (don’t know how and why),I said, whatever, thank god, I didnt buy any thing from them, if this is the way they run their business, now after 2 month of asking about my $40, calling and going to their place (NO MONEY),by the way the person he wrote the review (Billy Beard), saying (Always going that extra mile to help) he is one of the owners(reviews for customers not for owners.be aware, they sell used appliance,dont trust them.DONT BUY ANY THING FROM THEM.

Customer service is absolutely horrible and their word is not their worth I bought my washer and dryer lil over a week ago my dryer did not come with a vent hose the guy told me he would come back that day with one never came next day same thing so on and so forth til I finally got fed up and purchased one myself and had someone help me put it on...and the products aren’t that great my dryer takes two rounds to dry and my washer is horrible on the spin cycle (I think it’s off balance) but what you expect for such reasonable prices

Noт the best everything to used but at least it works and they do guarantee it for up to I believe 60 days if Im not mistaken are dryer does not shut off by itself but its alright my husband can fix that not too bad on their prices they just need to clean up products better a little bit before they sell them

The WORST company to work with EVER!!! We PAID them to fix our washer. Saying they would be back the next morning! That was OVER a month ago. NOW the part they were replacing burst and our house is flooded. I called the office assistant she told me she did not want to hear what I had to say. She would have the owner call... but hung up without taking my phone number. Now will not answer the phone. INCREDIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Buying anything from these people is the worst mistake you can make, you might as well just throw your money in the trash!!! my washer and dryer have never worked properly since i bought them, they have come to fix them 3 times and theres something wrong again. The second time they broke, the owner told me that he had been in the business for 20yrs and that since i had problems from the start he would extend the warranty. Well, now when i call, the guy that answers the phone hangs up on me, the the owner is nowhere to be found. These guys should be ashamed of themselves they are just stealing money from families like mine, who are in a budget.

DO NOT buy from this small business. I bought a washer from them under the pretense that they would have fast and friendly service repairs available for the life of the washer. Not a warranty- but a knowledgeable repair service. My washer broke after 2 months of use and I could not get an employee on the phone to schedule a repair. Month three, a repair man visits only to order a part, charge me in advance, and make me wait two more weeks for repairs. After continous calls and leaving messages, the repairman returns to place the part on my machine. It is still broken because he did not repair it properly: and no one will return my call or schedule a visit to complete the repair.

So I was moving and on a budget and needed to buy a washer and dryer so I figured I tried some used ones. I went in this place and they had a fairly large selection which was nice and they were in my preice range and THEY DELIVERED plus they would hook it up and get it working for you AND you get a 90 day warranty, so if anything goes wrong with it they will come out and fix it. So I figured I scored. Well when they delivered it they decided to drop it on the back/basement stoop and they werent going to bother to hook it up, they just left. My boyfriend was standing there and said, Yall dont run off you agreed to hook this up for her. The man replied, We got to go, and they took off. Then I get it hooked up and my washer is leaking. When I called to report the problem I talked to some girl that sounded like she was all methed out or something...she was horrible. They refused to call me back and/or address the problem or fix the issue. Awesome company right here...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM them...its totally worth spending another $100 to get something that works.

Terrible company i bought a washer and dryer set from this company and i called before the 90 day warranty went out about the dryer not wanting to run at times and i was having a to wait a whole day to run it again and they said they was coming to check it they never came so finally it stopped completely and i contacted them about it remind you i had already contacted them before the 90 day warranty was up about the issue so once it was up they finally sent somebody after me calling like 3 times a day and even going by there once the guy came he said it was the motor which was 180 to replace it then he mentioned i could pay him 125 for him to bring me a new one today & said he will not charge a service fee once i told him i don’t accept the offer he said “Well your gone have to pay me the fee for coming out which was 20$ “ i told him i don’t agree being i called while it was under warranty so now I’m stuck with out a dryer that was under warranty when the issue first started not to mention my sister got a set the same day and her motor went out in her dryer also so i take this as they are selling bad appliances!!!!!!!!!!!!Horrible service never again will me or anybody i know shop with them !!!!!!! They get over on people

I have use this company for repair services I called on a Saturday afternoon and from the nice lady that answered the phone to the gentleman who came out to my home 3 hours later to repair my washer I was more than pleased I would recommend this company and use it again

They are crooks !!!!! Guy came out and was said he would make a deal for my mom to fix her ice maker for 43.00 and then took a picture of her credit card front and back and then charged the 43.00 and also charged the card for another 243.00 . And we were highly mad, so Im being the son I spoke to him and he gave me a spill of it was a accident and he would take it off. And he has yet to take it off or call the credit card company. So credit card company is investigating. So watch out people they are SCAMS!!!!
