Great place overall for used appliances. Bought a washer and dryer since my last ones both decided to break down at the same time. They looked brand new at a great deal and saved me hundreds over brand new ones. From the interaction in store all the way through the delivery, everyone was great. Unhooked and removed my old appliances and hooked up the new ones with no issues and answered every question we had. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable.

I will never do business with them again! They first came out 2 hours early without calling. Then got upset because my husband wasnt there so I told him he could not come in. Then he rescheduled with my husband to come the next day. He still came earlier than scheduled again without calling. He came in for 5 minutes told us we needed to throw our wash machine out. Then he charged us $90 and left. We now know our drum was off balanced and our drain was clogged. A YouTube video later and it works. He didnt have change he didnt give a receipt. He was a scam artist!

I could not have found a better company and better people to have purchased my refrigerator.They informed me of a problem with my waterline that I didnt even know I had and worked diligently to properly install my appliance.(They did not do ANY plumbing work but informed me on what needed to be done). Everyone I encountered was very professional, courteous and knowledge. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Terrible business. . . I used to be employed at this warehouse and they dont recover their R134a . . .after contacting the Environmental Protection Agency it seems there is little they could do despite this business being in direct violation of the Clean Air Act resulting in upwards of a 30,000$ fine for each violation. It is my estimate that this business does atleast 8 sealed systems a day without recovering and has been doing so for roughly 8 years. Lets do our part for the future of our earth and refuse businesses like these our business. The law is the law.

I had the most wonderful experience today what could have turned out as a horrible day for myself and my daughter, was saved by the courtesy of the young men there who are willing to go above and beyond to make sure their customer was happy I will definitely be returning back to this location and on top of that I will be referring them to others you could not ask for better service the refrigerator I purchased would not fit in the U-Haul I had purchased so therefore the gentleman let me pay an extra fee so that they can deliver it to me even though it was out of his zone and he was very uncomfortable with the situation he did it to appease me as the customer and you dont find that in customer service anymore so I am very thankful to this location and I will make sure 100% that not only did I go and put their magnet on my refrigerator and on my daughters refrigerator but I will be referring them to anybody that comes through that needs anything appliance wise I am one happy customer and these guys deserve all the service they can get good customer service is extremely hard to find out days and you will get it at Mr Rogers

Excellent customer service, and very reasonable prices! They were able to deliver the same day. Their technicians went above and beyond to install my new dryer in a tight space, made sure it worked properly and that I was completely satisfied before leaving - and hauled my old broken dryer away for no extra charge! 5 STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I needed a refrigerator in a hurry and they had exactly what I needed for a great price. A week later the refrigerator starting acting weird. I called them and they sent someone out immediately.The entire staff has bent over backwards to make sure we’re taken care of and happy. Would highly recommend.

I needed a refrigerator asap, especially in a time that stores are closed during the pandemic. They were actually closed when I arrived, but explained what I needed and received it at a great price! They delivered my refrigerator and set it up, otherwise it would have still been in my driveway. They truly care about their customers and their needs. I recommend them if youre looking for any appliance. Great customer service, caring salesperson, and wonderful and precise delivery guys.

I called Rodgers Appliance for a refrigerator and was told they had one that sounded great along with the price.Talking to them and seeing the reviews it seemed like a great place to buy a second refrigerator. When my son arrived the sales woman showed him the refrigerator with no shelves but running. There were two shelves in it and the rest were missing. He asked if they were going to be put in and she said no. She states it comes with no shelves. She knew we lived far away . We drove over 30 miles one way to buy this refrigerator and she knew I was taking it immediately. She never said a word to me that it came with no shelves, even though we talked for about 10 minutes no mention of it ever! Beware and make sure you ask all the questions before wasting your time to drive and see it. Very disappointment with how this was handled.

Incredible company! Just incredible! I love my refrigerator! Mr Rogers Appliance Warehouse is amazing. when I bought my refrigerator it only had a SIX month warranty. I was concerned, Mr Rogers extended warranty for a whole year! Made my heart smile. I will buy more appliances from there, I Dont have to look any further. Plus, they are Soo friendly! If I could rate this company 💯 l would.

Excellent service! I was able to schedule a dryer cleaning the next day even though I had a very limited availability. The office called on the day to tell me the technician would arrive in 10-15 mins...arrived within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment. The tech was very professional and finished by vacuuming the work area. True professionals.

These guys know their deal. I need to say that im impressed with the way they work. I had a very bad experience with an appliance warehouse in wade hampton blvd which made me leary, the wade hampton guys came in to install a fridge and told me NOT to plug it in and wait a few hours, after i did, the fridge didnt work and when i called them, they said no refunds and were very belligerent. certainly NOT going back to that place, then i stumbled on to MR Rogers Appliances, these guys came in, disassembled the doors on the fridge to get it in, and immediately plugged it in. I was surprised and asked why the people on the other warehouse had told me to wait, and they wondered themselves since it didnt make any sense. Anyway im very pleased with their service and help. Went down there again a couple of days ago and got myself a stove and a dryer. Im so glad i found yall out!
