Buddy is such a good and honest person. I wouldn’t trust my car repairs with anyone else. He always figures out how to get my repairs done quickly and correctly. Who really likes going to get their car worked on? NO ONE. However, going here makes the task a little more enjoyable. Such a professional and friendly staff that educates you and meets you where youre at - not pushy. 10/10 would recommend!

These guys are awesome. I had a rear main seal wear out extremely early. Took it to these guys Thursday morning around 8am. Got a call around 11am confirming the issue and a recommendation for some new tires (mine were pretty worn down). Approved the repair at 2:30pm. Received a call today around 4:45pm to inform me that the work was done. Ridiculously quick turnaround time especially considering the invasive and laborious nature of the repair. Allen and Buddy are extremely professional and kept me informed throughout the process. Highly recommend! Don’t take my word for it though, go see them the next time you have an issue with your vehicle!

This auto service team is the greatest! Allen, Jeremy, Buddy and Brandon ALL are incredible. Ive been debating on posting this for a long time but after mulling it over I realized I probably should post about my experience. I brought in my car because it was having quite a few issues. Making a sort of clinking noise, lurching forward even when I was pushing on the brakes, smoking. They said it sounded like a transmission issue and asked for my permission to take it apart. I gave them the okay and they claimed to take the WHOLE thing apart. Put it back together - or so they say - and that I needed either a new transmission or they could repair the parts. I asked them how much it would be to repair the parts (because they wont do a transmission swap) and they said it was $2,800 or something like that. Point is, it was almost $3K. I dont have that kind of money, so I went to a family friend who gave me a price quote of doing a transmission swap for about $1K as long as I provided it. However, they of course had to look into it to make sure that it actually NEEDED a new transmission. They looked into it and low and behold it DIDNT NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION! Meanwhile, I had already bought a new transmission because I had trusted Beamers opinion. It turns all I needed was a speed sensor, battery, and and some other part that I cant remember the name of that apparently can give off false cues of busted transmission. My car runs fine now, but Im not happy that Im stuck with a $800 transmission.

My wife and I cannot speak highly enough about Beamer. We are expecting a newborn in a couple of weeks and we are in the market for another vehicle. Michael was amazing to speak with a guide us in the right direction. The pre-purchase inspection was spot on, professional, and thorough. One of the best experiences I have every had at an auto repair shop.

This was my first time going to this auto shop. I was having trouble finding a decent one in the area that wasn’t an expensive dealership or a cheap national chain. This place was perfect. It’s has the bells and whistles of a dealership but personal touch like a mom and pop auto shop. They have earned my business going forward.

I appreciate everyone at the Wendover location. From Allen - the manager, Christian who is always pleasant on the phone to the technicians - theyre all very friendly and professional. Ive relied on Allen to assist with all my questions and concerns for both of my vehicles repairs and maintenance. Theyre informative, fair and I trust them to handle all my needs. They keep my cars in working order.

Ive been here a few times now for my Camry thats almost as old as I am. They are somewhat expensive but the quality of the work they do is worth it in the end. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff that will take the time to explain the work being done. Great place to go if you are new to the area.

Beamer ROCKS!!! I stumbled upon them years ago....and I am a single female and every other place I’ve gone, tried to sell me something I didn’t need. They will never pressure you. If you need something done, they will let you know and never make you feel pressured into doing it then! LOVE THEM!!!

They did a good job. I had a state inspection, oil change and rotate and balance tires. There were pictures of the parts of the vehicle that were inspected as part of the service appointment. They even road tested to ensure no shaking after the rotation. I am ALWAYS nervous when leaving my car for service. We’ve all seen it...”you need a new transmission, new battery, new engine...”. I didn’t feel that on this visit. They were very nice, organized and didn’t try to “sell” me anything I didn’t need. I’ll go back.

These guys are rockstars! A few months ago the catalytic converter was stolen off of my car while it was parked in my apartment complex. After my insurance company sent someone out to give me a general estimate I decided to take it to Beamer to have my converter replaced. Unfortunately the thieves did more damage to the underside of my car than the insurance adjuster could tell - and so my original estimate was severely off. Allen took care of EVERYTHING. He made sure another adjuster came out to the shop to give them the correct amount and kept me updated every step of the way. I can’t say how thankful I am for him and his whole team! I will never go anywhere else.

This was my first visit to Beamer Tire, I was looking for a new home for my Raptor. Im very particular about how its handled and I have to say, these guys met and exceeded expectations. They actually take pictures of your belts, hoses, fluid reservoirs and antifreeze levels. They also checked my brake pads and my tire tread depth. All the information is stored on your personal file and can be pulled up, requested or printed off at any time. And for all this, I paid roughly $40 less than I had been paying at my last shop for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. As of the moment, Im a fan. Give them a try and see what you think.

I came here today as per a friend’s recommendation to request a diagnostic for some concerns i had about a worn tire causing wheel shaking at high speeds. They were they incredibly patient and informative about possible issues/expected cost. After determining I needed a replacement tire, they went to great lengths to find an affordable new tire, and were able to put it on right then and there. I’m a broke college student, so I greatly appreciated how cost-effective their services were and that they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. They’re great people and i will only be coming here for any future car maintenance/repairs!

I have been coming to Beamer’s for years, for everything from general maintenance and buying tires to more extensive repairs for all of my cars. I never feel like Alan, Christian, and the rest of the guys are taking advantage of my limited car knowledge and when they tell me about services and products, I need, they always do it in an informative way instead of being pushy. Their customer service is top tier and they have always been willing to answer any questions or take a look at my minor problems. It’s hard finding a fair, honest mechanic, sometimes, but I would recommend these guys to any and everyone!

We were far from home and anything familiar to us when we had an emergent situation occur with our vehicle while traveling. Beamer tire and auto repair took us in immediately as a walk-in without question. Handled our situation as if it were their own, and sensed our urgency with time constraints. On that day, they were an answer to prayer. These guys are extremely knowledgeable and willing to help. They’re very honest and as we sat for about an hour or so, we got to play their free PAC-MAN arcade game, and see them be professional and courteous to everyone that walked in their door. They are straight shooters! Very thorough in their inspection and the online reports/updates bring a level of professionalism that is lacking at many shops that I’ve been to in the past. I have taken 3 or 4 vehicles to them over the last few years and have always been satisfied with the service I received.

Had gone to a nearby competitor that wouldnt even work on my 94 Camry due to being so OLD, with only 71kmiles, so they recommended Beamer down Wendover Ave. Thank heavens, due to having a huge screw lodged in my tire and other issues needed. Allen, Mike, and team were amazing!* Allen inspected the damage Tire in my presence and warned me it might need to be replaced* he explained diagnostic on the dashboard lights could be extensive, expensive were related to the tire pressure* he went out of his way to make sure I got a ride home after dropping off my friends vehicle😁 turns out they were able to patch the tire and reset the dashboard. Allen did not want to spend my friends money to further diagnose what he felt was a tire pressure issue but insists if any lights come back on to bring it back...an auto repair shop with a beating heart not a bottom-line!

Every time I go, I am really taken care of. They had a mechanic there who replaced the wrong tire on my vehicle. For that and other similar situations, he was fired. As soon as I called upon that discovery, they asked me to come in right away. The correct tire was replaced within the hour. They replaced it for free and gave me a free oil change for next time I come in. These guys are amazing and do great work!!

I brought my car in after speaking to Allen on the phone regarding my concern for not having time to take off during the week as a healthcare worker. They were able to get me a free loaner for the time they had my vehicle so I didn’t have to worry about getting to and from work. I went to pickup and Allen was concerned about my brakes, and wanted to keep the car a bit longer in order to ensure my safety driving my car. They kept me in the loop constantly, even texting me(with my permission) for days when I had patients and meetings all afternoon. They were able to diagnose the issue and get it taken care of, throughout this whole time they had me keep their loaner so I could continue getting to and from work. The issue was unforeseen and they worked hard to get my car ready by Friday afternoon so that I wouldn’t have the loaner for the weekend. I worked closely with Michael throughout this process and am so grateful for the great customer service for everyone I talked to. Michael even called me about 30 mins after picking up my car to make sure it was driving okay. I highly recommend going to Beamer as they will get you taken care of and prioritize the customer’s safety and well being.

I drive 30 miles each way to visit this shop for any repairs out of warranty and for general maintenance. They always take care of us, and if their repairs arent 100% correct, they will make it right. They truly care about their customers.

We thought we had an issue with our brakes, but after a vigilant diagnostic work up, they didn’t see anything and didn’t try to sell us new brakes unnecessarily. In addition, the communication was excellent and they had efficient timing for the diagnostic work and repair. If you need work, GO HERE!

Beamer tire is simply the BEST. I went in at 4:45 on a Friday (they close at 5) with a nail in my tire. Obviously, people want to head out as quickly as possibly on Fridays but they took the time and patched the hole in my tire and stayed a little later. The service was impeccable, I’m telling all of my friends to go there and they’ve earned all of my car business.

Wonderful on the spot service! My low pressure light came on, and I wasnt sure how much air to put in warm tires. Beamer deserves 100 stars!I found them on yelp after a LESS THAN satisfactory experience at the Costco tire, a mile away.I called Beamer while at Costco and spoke to Allen its really Allen I want to commend). He heard my problem and offered a solution. He was observant, thorough, and accommodating. WOW!My visit there have an even better impression. They had the most fabulous waiting area. When I checked in, I was welcomed with coffee, a snack, and the wifi password. WOW!A women came in while I was waiting and just needed someone to listen to a sound get car made because it didnt always occur. Allen without hesitation went to hear the sound while stating he had an ear for these type of things.Upon checkout, I was given a diagram that contained the issue with my car and the correction they made.I told them all how much I appreciated their service and that I will only use them for my servicing needs. I meant it! I live 35-40 minutes away and Beamer Tire & Auto will be well worth the drive. I trust them and appreciate their perfect customer service.

We couldnt recommend these guys more! They got us in right away for a pre-purchase evaluation of a used car we were considering buying. They looked at every inch of the car and gave us a very detailed report. We left feeling confident that we knew what we were getting and decided to purchase the van, which has been a great vehicle. They really care about you having a good experience. They are so flexible too, and prompt. They were done much quicker than expected. I would recommend to anyone!

After spending a considerable sum of money on a 2017 CRV from a Honda dealer and only having 30,000 miles on the tires that came with the car and having had them rotated at oil change intervals - I needed new tires!!!! Michael and the team at Beamer not only assisted me with choosing tires based on my driving needs they also provided me with prompt and professional service. The waiting area is clean and well organized. The bathroom is clean and neat. I highly recommend the team at Beamer for basic maintenance and also for honest and professional work on your vehicle.

Saturday I realized I was a day late getting my car inspected and my registration had already expired. I called the shop after 2pm and inquired about having the inspection done. I spoke with the manager on the phone and he said they closed at 3 but he would be happy to squeeze me in if I could get there soon. The staff was so friendly and fast and I really appreciate them working my car in at the last minute on a busy Saturday. I was back on the road by 2:45!

This business is bar none like any auto repair shop Ive ever had an experience with. And Ive been driving for 50 years! They were professional, kind and thorough. The business is clean and inviting as well. I am so impressed. Ive recently relocated from Florida and found Beamer accidentally and am so glad I did! Buddy is an excellent communicator and the manager, Allen, is so kind. Though they were very busy, they made me feel I was the only customer there. I cant say enough about the service I received! We have a 2005 Honda Pilot that needed to get some work done on it. I had a list of things that I wanted completed and I was calling around and emailing different garages for estimates. Beamer tire came through within 2 hours of receiving my request. They called me so that they could have a better understanding of my needs/concerns. They were totally honest and upfront with me. Please note, the requested repairs were up in the high $2k to $3k range, so we were not taking the estimates lightly. I did receive other estimates, but some of them left off things, and others just did not respond back. We chose to take the risk with a leap of faith and go with Beamer Tire. Allan, the manager, was so spot on with the repairs and he kept us up to date with what was going on. They even loaned us a vehicle to use while ours was in their shop. I picked up our Honda and was amazed at the level of customer service I received. So unlike these large car dealerships! When I drove my vehicle home, I noted that it felt and drove like a brand new car! I am so excited to have found a car repair shop that I can trust. Allan and Buddy and the rest of the staff at Beamer Tire and Auto has proven that we can trust them with all of vehicle repairs and tire purchases (yes, we did buy 4 new tires for our Honda from them at a price range that we could afford without sacrificing quality. I highly recommend this repair service to you!

Beamer was recommended by a neighbor of mine. My car is about 10 years old, and I have always gone to the dealer. I am so glad that I tried Beamer! Michael was so nice.....he explained everything they do and how they prioritize repairs. Fortunately, all I needed was an oil change, tire rotation and new battery. However, they were able to find, and FIX, a problem with my wheel well and didnt charge me for it! (The dealer never could find that problem!) The mechanic who worked on my car (didnt get his name) spoke to me and told me he hoped I would like his work. Very nice people; very fast service. I will definitely go back!
