Literally the worst place to have your car checked, manager (or person in charge) is always with an attitude, they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO OR REPLACE ANYTHING, you will never find there what you need. I’ve had enough of these guys, not going there EVER AGAIN!

The service and maintenance crew here are always great to do business with they have great prices and always get the job done in a timely fashion. I take my Nissan Titan and my wife’s Kia. They put four new tires on her car and they look and ride great.

If you look at my review from months ago I was definitely a fan of this location and recommended it to plenty of people. Last week I had a bad experience with Joseph the manager when Kevin one of the mechanics broke my latch that opens my hood! I wasn’t the one that took my car up there so when my car returned to me I called up there to let them know that I understood that my hood wouldn’t open but during the process they broke my latch . It turned into a he say she say situation which I knew would happen because I wasn’t the one who took the car in a person didn’t look at my car before they bought it back to me. I opened a ticket with Corporate to ask them could they fix what was broken because it’s costing me $350 with the Nissan dealership. At this point I’m not expecting a follow up but I’m just very disappointed because I was returning to NTB as a returning customer so for me to call and expressed some concerns I had I was very disappointed about the service I received. And as humans kevin Knew he did not leave my car as he came in he even stated that he use pliers to try to get it open so that will tell you that different techniques were being trialed which is how my latch became broke. Just very disappointed and wanted to let customer know about my experience…

4 tires were purchased new in Fall 2020 ( less than a year ago ). They have less than 20k on them and are bald. NTB admitted they are warrantied, but claimed the warranty is through Cooper. I called Cooper tire, they said NTB is a dealer. Therefore is required to warranty the product. Regardless I went to a different reseller....I dont want to deal with the trouble.

I am very disappointed with this place. I took my car there to have my brakes changed oil change and alignment. The guy tells me on the phone it will cost 350 to be fix. I said go ahead and fix it. But when I go to pick up the car they only did the brakes which are still not working right and my oil change. So I paid 358 with tax for brakes and oil change. And still brakes aint no good. And they want to charge me more to fix them again. No thanks I will never use yall service again. And will not recommend them to anyone. Straight robbed me out of 400 dollars.

I rarely leave reviews, but I had to make sure to recognize this gentleman for his outstanding service today. My fiancée shredded her tire on something so we ordered a new tire and brought the vehicle and tire to them so they could put the tire back on the rim, and replace the tire. This total process only cost $22 after tax.I didn’t make an appointment either.I cannot remember the gentleman’s name, but he was a Middle Aged black guy, with a dark colored mask who works the front desk. He was extremely attentive, transparent and great at multitasking. He had me sit in my car while he did all the service for the tire to prepare it AND made sure to get my hubcap before putting the tire back on. Everything total took 30 minutes. This is important because $22 is not a lot of money to a company like NTB, and yet, I received service like I was spending $200 or $2200. I was thoroughly impressed by his work ethic, friendly demeanor and straightforwardness. It’s hard to find good service these days and this experience will keep me coming back.

My wife and I was just passing through to SC and had 2 blow outs on my boat trailer. They were great and saved our day. We were back on the road in no time and finished our trip.

Resetting the tire pressure light was supposed to be part of the oil change plan I chose, but it wasnt done.

Pulled in to be done as soon as I arrived checked my alignment breaks and rotors an didnt give me that you need this an that done. Friendly people up front an working on the cars. Overall fast an friendly visit.

I had very great service today from the phone call I made and the service i received once i got there for service on my truck. Theyve taken great care of me. I have a highly modified late model muscle car, and I trust Bret. He understands my needs. I burn through rear tires pretty quick. They get my new tires mounted and balanced in no time, without scratches, and at a good price. I also had alignments done recently on the muscle car (lowered) and my family vehicle. The alignments were spot on. Ive witnessed great customer service when customers come back with questions about the service and no hesitation to check things out. One customer came in after an alignment they requested saying they still had a vibration. A lot of things can cause a vibration like a wheel bearing, not just alignment. They offered to look it over to find the cause, no questions. Not saying you are going to get anything free, but you arent going to get conned with Bret up front.

Always helpful and professional. I literally take my vehicles up here for everything. Just like any other place at times their parts are a bit over priced but there is an advanced auto parts next door and if they beat the price on parts NTB has no problem installing them. Love the staff here and it almost feels like family.

If there were 0 stars that’s what I would give them...First I’d like to say that I was a frequent customer of NTB getting my tires and oil changed there. I had not had any issues until my recent visit when I was about to go on a road trip and stopped for them to check the tires I purchased from them. The man I was working with came with me outside and said that I needed 2 new tires on the back and he would ‘work with me’ on them... he said I only had 38k miles on 70k mile tires..He calls over his crook of a coworker and asked him to look at the tires. The coworker looks and me and says in a nasty tone Ma’am we will be right with you because it was obvious he didn’t want me to hear the conversation.... Here is the good part ... they tell me since I only used half the miles they would give me buy one get one... the tire was $140 for one and guess how much labor was for the tires ... the same as the cost of the tire $140... so they ask me to pay almost $300 for what was supposed to be 1 tire... anyway I went right down to Taylor’s tires and I purchased 2 better tires and got an alignment for around the same price.... I will not be going back to NTB....

Excellent customer service! I called to see if they could patch my tire on my lunch hour. Gentleman on the phone said no problem bring it on in. Greeted me as soon as I got there and took my truck straight back. Got it done and I was back to work on time. Thank you so much!!!

Beware of price gouging. Tried to charge me over $50 for an oil change because it requires a synthetic oil. Went right across the parking lot to walmart and got it done for $20. And I had the guy check to be sure....my car takes regular oil and synthetic wasnt even needed. NTB didnt even bother to open the hood and check, which is all it would have taken to save a customer over 30 dollars. And he was so indignant about it when I questioned it, like Im just a regular female who doesnt know anything about cars. Im sure by now almost 54,000 miles in I would know if its synthetic or not. Only reason they get 2 stars in because the waiting area is nice and clean.

Need to have more people up front serving you. That was only one guy which made people have to wait. But he was pleasant

Always quick service in and out in no time

Told me my vehicle wouldnt take normal oil and forced an upcharge for synthetic. Their only explanation was their website didnt list conventional oil as a possibility. They also took over an hour for a simple oil change, and they werent even busy.The bigger issue was cleanliness. There were bugs all over the place. In the time I was there I saw a stink bug cross the waiting area, and a massive grasshopper / spider perched on the wall. Apparently I was the only one who cared about this.With so many places to get an oil change, just go somewhere else. If this hadnt been a write-off for my company vehicle, Id have left immediately.

Came in with a flat spare and needed a tired immediately, first I was told it would be an hour and some change for one tire! I’m not sure if it was a manager or not, but he stepped in and got that time down to 30mins and started right away. I normally do not go to big name chain places for tires because of over pricing but safety was a priority and I left with a new tire.

NEVER AGAIN this place was so frustrating. It took them ALL day! for them to get me two new tires and then once I got the car home I noticed a huge black scuff mark on the side of my door panel. I would definitely recommend the Wendover location.

I would recommend avoiding this place. They do not do what you are paying them to do. I went there today for an oil change and alignment. I asked the gentleman man numerous times if they were going to top off my fluids and he told me yes. After I got home I looked under my hood to check my fluids to see my fluids had NOT been topped off. I can not believe that my coolant and power steering fluid was empty after I asked him 4 times if they were going to top off my fluid. Well I called up there and he told me that They should have filled up my coolant but they do not fill up power steering fluid because it is a sealed and it should not need refilling. I will not be returning to this particular location because I feel they are not completing the job you are paying them to do. I dont even think they did the alignment because my car is still drifting. They had time to inspect the things that were wrong with my car to give me a 500 dollar estimate but they did not complete the job I paid them to do. I will be avoiding this place from now on.

If i could give zero stars i would i was quoted a price of 270.00 out the door for 1 tire l was charged 291.00, false advertising i will use discount tires from now on.

I took my car to get an oil change with an free tire rotation, my car was feeling strange and come to find out that when they did the tire rotation I had 4 wrong bolts/ nug nuts on my tire and I was never notify till I seen that the bolts on my tires was so loose that I can turn it with my finger, when I took it back I explain theres some wrong with my car and I had to go buy 4 new bolts/ nug nuts for my tires for them to change it a week later coming from them, they are playing with ppl life

Came at the end of the day. Got good quick service. In and out in less than 45 minutes with 4 new tires.

Fair honest with no surprises. Checked with me first about replacements and showed the part to me. Clean facility qnd adequate parking.

Well at first the service was good but then went south. We needed brand new tires. They switched the rims which are custom chrome and the weights werent placed correctly and we noticed that after we left the shop the steering wheel started to shake while we were driving which was very unsafe. Went back the following day to switch the tires we were offered to the original tires and found out that we have to pay more money which we shouldnt have because it was under the 30 day warranty. We were supposedly offered a discount that shouldnt have been offered which we later found out. We were then told that they didnt know how to proceed with the type of custom rim that our car had. Overall the job was overpriced. We then went to a custom rim shop to fix what NTB had done and they gave us an estimate of the same job and the price that they gave us was much more reasonable. We then went back to NTB and the manager was able to resolve the issue and apologized for the inconvenience. The customer service was at NTB was... decent. The shop was clean but I dont think I will be returning after this experience.

They are slow and they dont know what they are going here. I came here because my engine light was on they told me it was because my oil was lower. Well my engine light was still on, so they did not fix the problem. I have to take my are to Honda and it cost me 900 dollars but now my engine light dont come on anymore. I would not go to back to this one ever. The NTB on battleground, they know what they are doing.

Make appointment its saves you alot of wait. time. A little noisy but has a lounge for yiu to w as it not bad.

Awful!!!! My car cut off and I was stranded had it towed up to NTB, dropped it off at 7:00AM and did not get an answer to until 4:00PM. They eventually figured out that it ran out of gas and that the fuel guage was displaying an inaccurate reading. Charged me $100 just to diagnose it. I will be going somewhere else to get the guage fixed. And to add they left my engine cover off!Very dissatisfied!!

Rip off. Was once great when it was Merchants, now they are saying things must be fixed for inspection that have nothing to do with it, threatening to fail an inspection over a belt to my disabled friend. They did a anti-knock sensor replacement on my HD truck, said it had to be done for inspection. IT DOES NOT, it is an HD. They have become a rip off, which is why the parking lot is empty most of the time. Too bad, as Merchants was a great company before the change.UPDATE: 6 months after replacing the sensor, it went out again, out of warranty.

Owner/manager guy was kinda oblivious other than that good service.

$55 tires ended up costing almost $90 each with all their surcharges and ridiculous mount & balance charge, took almost one hour to get two tires. Gave specific instructions on which tires to change and where to mount them only to find they put both new tires on the rear; would have gone somewhere else if they had informed me of corporate two tire mounting policy beforehand. And low and behold, one week later come to find out they ruined all the lug nuts by using wrong size socket. Complete waste of time and money.

Went in for an oil change and to have them replace my break pads. They said I needed new front rotors. I paid for the expensive repair and the oil change. Driving home I needed to clean my windshield and the wiper fluid was completely empty. Then I noticed that I didnt have the sticker signaling that I had even received an oil change. I checked the oil when I got home and it looked like they had at least changed the oil, but who knows what else wasnt done. They said they were out of wiper fluid and thats why they didnt top it off. I would expect them to buy more at a local store, or at the very least tell me they had not topped off all my fluids. I had to go to autozone and buy my own wiper fluid.After the rotor repair, my car was shaking a lot on the highway. I took it back and they said my tires needed to be swapped, so they did that but didnt do an alignment, so the car still shook. Then they said my calipers were sticking and I needed them replaced, costing $800. Because of the oil change issues, I didnt want them to do the work, so I took it to a local mechanic recommended by friends who said my calipers were completely fine!I strongly recommend avoiding this shop!

Second time here. First time for an NC Inspection, second time here for an alignment both took more than three hours. Was told that it would take up to one hour but three hours is what it ended up being.Ive realized this is not the place to go if your trying to get in and get out with great service at least at this location.
