Mario was so professional and extremely helpful. He listened to my frustration and was very kind and helped me with everything I needed. I really appreciated all of his help after a not so great experience at a different store.
Every time I gave been in this store everyone has been extremely helpful and very friendly! They all take their time to make sure you are happy, and make sure all questions are answered. I will drive across town just to go here. Highly recommend!

Went to the store during the week and they had nothing but bad service. Their employees would not help at all and had very negative attitudes. plus they were trying to charge me more on taxes when I had already received an estimate on device cost from a store on 23rd, they said it was because of the different tax rate. I would not recommend coming here go to any other locations around Greeley! The one by big lots on 11th were very helpful!
Was very disappointed in the corporate store, I was just trying to return my defective devices and they seemed to have no interest in helping me and even tried to send me away to another store. Overall was not a good customer experience at all and I will not be coming back.

I had the worst experience here. I went in and traded my phone in, was told by Roberto my phone bill was supposed to come out to same. Turns out it’s $40 more now. & they did not offer me ANY help at all. So now I’m paying an assload for a phone that I no longer want because it’s breaking my bank.
I am here for 3 times and staff was little rude. I dont know but they judge customers without reason. They need to understand why exactly guy in there shop. Uncaring Customer service. They dont bother about people are waiting. Not happy with staff.Shop is well maintain and they have JBL and Marshal stuff.

I had just purchased a new Motorola phone and needed to get the service installed. I was lucky to get Dave because he was very knowledgeable and patient with my low tech abilities. He merged my photos, data, and contacts with ease. He was also very kind and personable so the experience was very positive. I had toyed with the idea of trying a new cell company but because of this experience with Dave I will give T-Mobile another chance.
I was having a bad day, and I was in rush, and getting frustrated, one employee went above and beyond. Joey awas excellent! His customer service skills are phenomenal.
Noe is always great to deal with! He’s been there for nearly 13 years, great personality, great knowledge and is a problem solver! He got me and my family squared away with all of our phones today as he has done in previous years!
Head a terrible experience at this T-Mobile there was 9 employees in the stor and Im the only customer there and they had me wating on hold with ther there corporate office trying and get my phone unlocked that I paid off last year if you need customer service dont go hereMy main goal was to leave there with a phone that I could receive calls on with my number weather it was transferring to you or unlocking one of the phones that are locked to your network but I only got assurance for about 10 munits for the 2 hours I was there
I suppose they get some credit for selling me a phone. It was the only one available because they dont carry the one I was interested in. They advertise the other one in the store and have it on display, they just dont actually sell it. The one they do sell is fine, its a smart phone and gets the job done, at the very least it is working, unlike the old one.I dont have a case for it, because they only had one glitter case that fit it, but as Im not 12, and need to go to work with a professional looking phone, I opted to try and find one elsewhere.The guy was also super condescending about the upgrade plan bascially I would get paid for my phone and then I would get charged for the other phone, but then I would get refunded for that and charged back for the amount I got paid for the old phone the first time in increments over 2 years, and after I get charges and refunded a couple hundred dollars over those 24 it would all work out to cost $0, for sure. That didnt make sense? Why not its so simple, I dont see how else it would be done really.At least they made sure all my apps and info transferred over correctly... Im just kidding they definitely didnt do that either.
This was a horrible experience at this store. The guy who talked to me 1st, acted like I was an interruption instead of a customer. He was very unwilling to help me and my situation. Then the girl that was assigned to me specifically, was rude and snooty to me. She also acted as if I was an interruption of her day. It was like if she literally was finding every objective to not find a way not to become a Tmobile customer. When I 1st came into that particular store, 1 week before this incident. The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond to try to get me and my situation squared away, that I could upgrade. His name is Noe, and he deserves to work in a better store of Tmobile. It would definitely be a bummer to work with such coworkers. Noe was professional in every way, and I did commend him for it. He had great public relations skills. Tmobile needs to hire people who actually enjoy working, you guessed it, with people. Needless to say I went to bestbuy and became a Verizon wireless customer. I got the phones I wanted and it was never easier. Thank you Ajay at bestbuy for your professionalism. Maybe bestbuy can hire Noe for he would be a great asset to have on board.
They were able to fix a technical issue i was having when I would call people I could hear them but they couldnt hear me. Took Yesenia maybe 10 minutes to fix my issue. She was awesome!
The employee took extra time to answer all of our questions and we feel like we made an informed decision before purchasing a new phone. We are long time customers of T-mobile.
Orlando is a super rude employee who likes to make fun of people with a disability. I needed help doing an exchange for my phone trying to pay my phone bill as well in order to do it. They sent me away as if i was trash i do not recommend going to this store to anyone.
Noe helped me load all the information on my new phone from my old phone. I went to park meadows the day before and the lady told me to just load the apps on my own. I didn’t feel like she had a lot of information but Noe was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. If he didn’t help me I wouldn’t of know what I would have done bc my whole life and information is on my phone! Strongly Recommended Greeley T mobile
Karina and Tom were absolutely amazing helping us! They went above and beyond to get us everything we were looking for. We came in 15 minutes before closing (unfortunately) and ran over their time they closed but they were still so friendly and never rushed us. They had such great customer service, never rushed us, and answered every question. They were awesome and we are definitely coming back :)
We have visited this location for our past two upgrades and have been happy with the service and knowledgeability of the staff. The associates have always been excellent, including times when we have gone in to the store to pay our bill. I found myself in this situation this evening. I was not bothered by the long wait, as it is the busiest shopping day of the year. In addition, the representative Layton was very friendly and professional, processing my payment quickly and efficiently. If it hadnt been an absolute necessity to make the payment today, I would have gladly waited until a slower day. However, I needed to settle the balance ASAP.If I were to leave a review based on the associates, it would easily be five stars. Unfortunately, I also had the gross experience this evening of witnessing another customer, who seemed to speak English as a second language, inquire of the manager, Braden, how long the wait would be to pay his bill. The obnoxiously rude response, after giving an estimate of 40 minutes, was were not here to process your payments, were here to make sales. I was absolutely floored.Allow me to be the one to inform you, sir, that if your company allows customers to make payments in your store, it absolutely IS your job to process them, competently, and with a smile. It seems that it also needs to be brought to your attention that the bulk of any companys profits is garnered through retention of customers, which makes driving them off a wholly unwise idea. When it comes time to renew our contract, we will be carefully considering whether we really wish to continue doing business with a company whose representatives- nay, managers, even- are so cavalier about disrespecting existing customers because they cant squeeze a nice little spiff out of them. It takes less than three minutes to process a payment and provide excellent customer service, yet it took only 30 seconds of caring more about your paycheck than your customers to demonstrate that my money, and loyalty, might be better spent somewhere else.

The guy here told me it was normal to have speeds of less than one megabit per second on their 5G network with my brand new Samsung Galaxy S20. Not helpful, do not trust them with your money

I would like to commend Joey Olivas one of the representatives of the Greeley store who helped me submit a claim on a phone that Ive been trying to do for 3 days after asurion said I did not exist in their system. Joey took care of the situation quickly and also did as much as he possibly could since I have some issues with my throat and not much voice left.
I just transferred over to T-mobile & have had nothing but problems. We added a temporary number in my name for my mom so I could get the account started & then she would go into the store close to her & get her number ported over along with a new SIM card. She lives an hour 1/2 away from me & needed her number ported over asap. Both customer care & the original store that created the account under my name said she wouldn’t have a problem & that the manager has the ability to waive the SIM card cost, especially for situations like this. Well, because the store wasn’t going to get credit for anything, the manager, Yesenia & the sales associate Talina would not do it. Customer care mentioned that the store should be doing what is best for customer and help people out in a situation like me having to activate the account in another city because I do not live close to my mom. My mom also wouldn’t get the SIM card until next week if they mailed it to her. So we were in a bind, but the last thing that Yesenia said was it wasn’t in their budget to waive the SIM card cost for my mom... but then said they would do it if it was one of their customers actually doing a transaction. My mom left with nothing being done. I even offered to pay for it over the phone & she wouldn’t take that. Yesenia is a horrible representation of T-mobile and the only one not willing to help. I would rather pay more for my service & go back to Verizon.
Great customer service but it seems T Mobile started shutting down their coverage of Greeley. Anywhere on 10th street west of 23rd Avenue, 47th ave at Hwy 34 and 35th ave in the area of King Soopers are all dead zones now and have been for months. It’s too bad because my girlfriend and I really like the phones we got.

Clean store, very glad they remodeled it. It can get retry hectic at peak times, wait time can get anywhere from 20-45 minutes.Management is pretty laid back and knowledgeable but Sales Associates can be rude and overall can work more towards being customer friendly. I have had to go in there 3 different times because they did not put my screen protector on properly, when they attempted to do so it took them almost 15 minutes and it looked horrible. Last time I went in I dealt with Pedro, told him not to bother to put it on because the last few times he has done such a horrible job on it and he was rude about it. Overall, it is a pretty busy location which can explain why associates may be overwhelmed but it can always use a little boost in customer service.
Just left the store without even buying anything and I still had to say this...Joey is hands down the best T-Mobile representative in that store. Every time he has helped me, he has answered all my questions and taken care of my concerns, AND always puts the customer first to make sure we make the right decision.
Any where east of high way 85 please be aware this service does not work. Its been a headache from very beginning. Greeley store will talk you into and talk the service map up. I assure you, do not buy this plan. Wish I had a different experience, but 30 min to post this feed. Anywhere east of kersey. Wiggins fort morgan brush sterling. Go with viero or even straight talk.
Today at TMobile I was helped by Joey. He was very knowledgeable and took care of us quickly. I thought I was going to be here all day. The Manager Tom was also kind and so nice to us. Thank you TMobile.
I have had T-Mobile for years. This retail location is by far the best in town. The staff here are simply the best as well. Dave and Noe are very professional and go above and beyond to help with any phone need you have. I would recommend this store and staff above all others!!

We just were in (Christmas Eve) to see what to do with my broken phone. The gentlemen with the tattoos who helped us was very thorough, helpful and kind but the two women working in there were very rude and unpleasant. I suggest these two ladies working around 3PM should not be working in customer service. The one dark haired gal who was standing there on her phone the whole time acted like it was an inconvenience to ask her for a tissue. If you don’t like working with people you definitely shouldn’t be working where you are...

Updating this: We have been getting charged $10 per month even though one of our lines has been suspended. That has been since 2019. Each time we have gone in asking about it they have stated its not a charge on that but a charge on a phone update. Found out today that is a lie! Shame on T-Mobile!Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
