Had a great experience. They found me a new phone. And I went out to lunch while they were getting it updated and downloaded.
🤬🤬Just so everyone is aware, AT&T advertises that they can add a phone line to you account for $20 a month. Then when you get the bill it $50+ a month and some fees. They did take care of the situation and refunded everything after a 1 hour delightful phone call. I just wanted to warn everyone else so you dont make my dumb mistake!! 🤣🤣
We were helped by sales rep Marcelino at AT&T Centerplace in Greeley, he is great and friendly, went above and beyond to give us all the information and help. Great customer service.

Josuae was beyond helpful, he worked hard to help me make my plan workable for my family. He also helped me get a new phone upgrade and get savings for military for my father being on the account. I loved how quick it took to get help and also the quality of service. It really made my day.
The store is the absolute worst. Always have problems here. I am 21 years old and they won’t let me buy a phone with out my mommy or daddy’s presents. The worst place to go. I highly recommend going to Best Buy across the parking lot.

I experienced no wait time whatsoever. My case was immediately recognized from an earlier conversation and attended to right away. The phone I had ordered online was ready for pickup on the first of 3 possible days, was the correct model, color, etc and the credit verification process was quick and painless. I was taken good care of from start to finish. Well done!
As far as these types of places are; AT&T was spacious, but with a noticeable lack of seating; the fellow I had dealings with ruffled my feathers a little, might be the age factor...? Still, he was able to be of helpful and an assistance to me.

The manager was terrific, cant say the same for the associate. Perhaps she is newbut she couldnt answer anything not only for me but for other customers as well. Not a good look AT&T.

Kassandra was very patient and helpful. I wanted to replace my old iphone with a new one, and transfer service from Verizon to ATT, which my wife and handicapped son have. The process was pretty much seamless, except transferring data from my old 8 to the new 12 pro max, which always seems to take a long time.I am a bit surprised that the charging cable, which has a USB-C plug, does not include an adapter to plug it in. Having said that, my old chargers for iPhone and iPad seem to work just fine as I was told at the store.

Was having trouble activating my new phone. Took it in and in less than five minutes I was out the door with a fully functioning phone. All employees were friendly and helpful. Will go here whenever I need help or service.

I go here to pay my bill; quick and easy. Staff is always willing to help.Only problem - I once went in and no one could tell me how to retrieve my contacts. Turns out they could have asked if I adjusted any my phone settings; cause I did. After turning my power save function back off, my contacts were able to upload.
If I could give a zero. I would. Employees never greeted me at the door, and Erica was rude, and refused to let me speak with the manager when I asked for one. When I told her I was glad I didnt stay with the company, she stated we are too... who says that to a customer
I went to upgrade my phone but the Hispanic guys was soo rude, there was 2 other guys and they were just laughing w eachother because of the way the other one was acting. Idk why they work there if they do not know how to treat people

This location used to be one of the best locations, unfortunately this location been declining severely in the last three years. Staff need to be more friendly, faster and appreciative to loyal customers. Im surprised that staff dont care anymore about old and loyal customers. This was a good reason to switch to another carrier

ATT STORE AND ATT MOBILE have lost their spot as being at top of Cellular service and customer experience. Coverage stinks in Greeley, the store has no idea why, and 611 customer service is handled from out side of USA. They cant seem to get much right anymore, seems like they have so much going on they have lost their way and lost ability to provide high quality product or service. I pay for premium service but I am not receiving it, going to switch to a discount provider, will pay less and get the same service I get today.

STAY AWAY from this store if you want decent service or help.Longtime AT&T customer, multiple lines...I have unfortunately had to make routine visits to this store over the past 3 years for issues relating to billing problems, lack of service in the area and have always been met with horrendous customer service and complete indifference from the employees including the “manager”. They could not care less about helping solve your problems o you account and tell you to call customer service.Made a trip today, rep unhelpful, arrogant, I asked to speak to the manager, he said I am the manager, asked to speak to his boss. Nope you can’t. Wanted to address the past and current issues at this location. Nope tough luck go somewhere else.So I went to the Best Buy (great service) down the street and switched to Verizon and bought 2 new phones. Bumped in to 3 customers that were at the AT&T store with me and they had the same story.STAY AWAY from this store.
I went in today to upgrade my phone to the new iPhone 8. I was greeted by a girl who was nice I guess but absolutely no help whatsoever. I know I’m eligible for upgrade so I wanted to trade she obviously didn’t want to help me because instead of just hooking up the deal she tries to talk me into the 10 which isn’t available, it’s not at all the phone I want then tries to tell me I’m not eligible so I pull it up on my phone showing her I am. Then says I’ll pay taxes.... blah blah.... I’m aware I’d pay taxes, I’m positive what kind of phone I want. So, what just happened?? They have the phone I want available but I can’t get it because she doesn’t like the 8, she doesn’t want to work this afternoon? What??? So now I’m goin to order online and do an in store pick up. So I can get what I want. And then go back there so she can hand it to me..... terrible customer service. I at plain lazy if you ask me

Ive been with AT&T for a long time. This by far seemed to be the least helpful store. After hours of jumping through hoops, I still was unable to purchase a phone because of I.d. Lets face it this is 2018 purchasing a phone should be much much simpler.
AT&T has someone open the door for you which is nice, but you have to wait forever just to get services. Once your talking to an employee your out in no time. The customer service is great.
It is good sale service. Just havent been able get in AT&T had friends and relatives who switch out cause poor phone reception.
This place will charge you more after one bill and for 4 lines at&t will charge you more than $200 and at T-mobile for 4 lines including tax is $140.00. So dont trust these guys they are liar.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Every SINGLE time - without fail - that I go into this store I have HORRIBLE, incompetent customer service. The wait is always ridiculous. Then I always get either a rude salesperson, or someone that gives contradicting information to the previous one I spoke with. I usually drop it but today takes the icing when the saleswoman decides to say AFTER an hour after my time oh, weve been sold out of those for days.... Meaning she KNEW at the beginning of our conversation that they were sold out and still decided to sit there and waste an hour of my time?? Like what? Then when I call the manager to inform him of this, he says sorry.... Wow. ZERO consideration for their customers time at all.... Skip this location and just drive to Loveland or order your phone online.
Had an issue with a refurbished iPhone that wouldnt unlock without a SIM from AT&T. The store manager helped me out and got the phone working again. Great personal service.

Read the reviews of this store before going, the bad ones are really spot on. I went in & told the guy EXACTLY what phone & what plan I wanted & he just tried to upgrade everything I said to him. He asked how many lines, I said one, then he tried to get my boyfriend to join onto the plan & have us preorder 2 brand new phones that arent out yet. Salesman REALLY didnt listen to my needs & had very poor customer service. 10/10 dont recommend

Been to 2 different at&ts before this one in pass couple days setting up new devices! This one, an agent just looked at me & didnt even acknowledge I was there so waited for awhile with no well be with you in a while so went to at&t in Loveland Centerra instead! Maybe its time of day but not a welcoming feeling at all! Hope this helps!

Very disappointed with this store! Myself and my parents have been apart of ATT for over 20 years and have been loyal customers. Recently having network problems I went into the store to see if they could help. I was greated with an employee who seemed as if I was a bother with everyone else on their phones. When stating the problems occurring it was all my “phones” fault and would I like to see upgrades. Being that I have a newer phone an upgrade was not needed. I was told ATT is building new towers which is causing the problems and would continue to have some problems for a while but if I upgrade that’ll help. Basically that it was all my phones fault until the towers are upgraded. I left and decided to call ATT technical support directly. I was told by that support tech that the employing was LYING to me when they said the towers were being upgraded, as well as it was not my phone, it was in fact the network. The tech stated the employee was trying to push sales and get me to buy a new phone when nothing is wrong with mine currently. The tech reported this store has multiple reports of poor customer service and not helping with technical problems. Being that I cannot trust a local store with a company I have been with for so long, and was directly lied to, I have decided to switch service providers, and would NOT recommend going to this store if you choose to have ATT.
All my brother wanted was some help for his insurance/warentee claim cause everytime he called the number they provided him, it never got him anywhere. When he went back to ask for help, the guy who helped him was rude. This makes me very angry because i work at a cell phone place and we would never treat our customers that way. Ive been helped at that at&t store as well and when i asked for help a employee said thats above my paygrade all i asked for was the APN settings. He walked me to a display phone and made ME look for it. Now, when im there looking for something, every one will gladly help, if im not there to buy, their attitude changes. This needs to stop.

These people are unable and unwilling to work on a problem that they created. We bought a phone, wrote a check. While we waited they verified the check.A month later, the bill for the phone showed up on our phone bill. We called customer service. Go to the store, they said.We asked at the store, wheres the check?Oh this is your banks problem, they deflected.Our bank says they have never seen this check!And where is the check? Last seen in YOUR hands Mr store manager. .His suggestion: call customer service.Now we are out $30 fee to our bank, as we have now paid on- line to ATT for the phone and some where at ATT is this check, and I am wondering when they will find it and deposit it.
No greeting when I walked in! It takes two seconds to just say hi! No attention what so ever! I would say go to different att store but, they are all the same! Really no loyalty! Helped other customer before others waiting! Then said ohhh I can help you on the way out!! Bs taking my hard earned money elsewhere bye Felicia!!
The store manager at this location is the rudest and most unprofessional person I’ve ever had dealings with. So much so will be canceling all personal and business phones!
Discount through work but hidden charges and set up fee, monthly fee, LTE fee, transaction fee, open the door for you fee, wait on nonsense fee, try to sell you everything, hours wasted on having fun at the work place and deception of FREE until you get the bill.... left a bad taste in my mouth...cell service wasnt that great either. NOPE!!

I would rate service as a zero. I can not get a signal in all of Northern Colorado. I called customer service and was told I do not pay for cell coverage. No help was given. This service is a complete sham.

Worst customer service!!! Apparently they are not empowered to make there own decisions and hide behind policies as an excuse. If youre not there to buy something and they dont get their commission then they dont care. I requested the district managers name and number and was denied.

Call customer service they will inform you of the no service! Also I am writing you this as the store will not inform you, as they are strictly worried about their sales quota and not your satisfaction! I called customer service and they said their policy is to wave the re stock fees if it is a service issue! AVOID THESE SCAMMERS! Call ATT customer service first they are willing to wave the fee if purchased through the online! If the store would of done a service check prior to me purchasing the phones I would not of bought them! This store knows this as they are local and should inform you but they wont! I will be contacting my financial institution regarding this matter as I was ripped off! As we asked them several times about the service and they lied!

Usually a long wait because they dont have enough staff. Also expensive, and they refused to help me with a phone that I had just purchased. They told me there was nothing they could do for the phone and wanted me to buy another. I have go phone because its cheap. They told me because of that I was a second rate customer, and that service was so bad for my phone because being prepaid I dont receive the same service as someone who pays $300+ a month.
90% of the staff is unwilling to help and just blow you off. It is some of the worst customer service experiences I have had. I expected more.
