They are never open on time!!!!! I have a full schedule and its hard to guess when they will be open. Frustrating

I got a phone for my upgrade and I wanted to exchange my phone not return it! The receipt specifically says in their return policy there are no returns refunds or credit for prepaid service fees monthly service application download add-ons and other fees return policy is for new device only it says nothing about exchanging devices so if that is the case and they need to upgrade their policy on exchanges!
When I switched over to metro they told me a phone was 5g . I had the service for 3 months just found out its not even a 5g phone
The most horrible customer service I have ever seen or experienced.
They never answer the phone I called them 8 times everyday for 4 days before they finally answered the phone. 6 months ago my husband bought a phone they had to order.. They told him 7 to 10 days for it to come from Denver to Greeley! No problem we wait 12 days and still no phone. We had to drive to Denver and get it ourselves. Not including she gave us the wrong metro store in Denver. I ordered my phone 13 days ago when i was told it would take 8 days at max. They cant tell me what color phone they ordered for me or when it will get here.

Worst experience ever was charged twice on my card now i have to wait for my money to be put back on my card i will never go there ever
They never answer there phones to assist you, made payment on one phone and they interrupted service on that one when I was told they would not on the two phones and the other coule be dropped or interrupted service, which is it, but no customer service!
