The store was ok but none that work here have cricket. So many stalls in purchasing a phone, so I decided to stay with my current carrier and negotiate more fair pricing. Maybe if the reps had Cricket phones, it might be more appealing. I have worked in many positions in mobile sales, and I really had to have the carriers phone to sale the product to be most knowledgeable.

This is the best location! Always pleasant, always helpful! Knowledgeable about products and services. Parking can be troublesome around lunchtime.

Entered the establishment about 1 pm 9/22/17. One employee present sitting on a bench near the front window. Ten frustrating minutes later I left. Seems her only interest is a paycheck. Her only response to my issues with the phone I purchased 8/25 was to tell me to call 611.Ive been a Cricket customer for six years and have two lines. Have purchased six phones from them. Use autopay. Guess Im not a customer they want to keep.10/19 Needed to make a purchase. Was helped by Diana. She was friendly, courteous, helpful and not in the least condescending. Helped me resolve some minor issues with my phone and went out of her way to find what I needed to purchase. Her I will give 5 stars.

Becuz they fixed it and you and your bonkers broke it by 2:00 oclock pm yesterday after I only had it for an hour.

Every experience here has been a NIGHTMARE. Kiesha is a horrible supervisor who allows her employees to constantly pass the buck and not conduct any type of typical in store services. They opted to either force me to buy an unnecessary item before they would activate my phone or to not service me at all. I have reported this store to 800-Cricket Wireless. What good is customer service if youre too lazy to perform any service at all?

Thanks for being conveniently located in an area that I have no service, this way I can just walk right in and pay you in person since over the phone is not an option.
