This place is so downgrading no customer service whats so ever, very rude, everytime i go make a payment its closed half hour before closing time displays on window, i bet if you had a great customer service you would have so much more happy business customers, defenetly picking another store to do my payments
Had an issue with phone that stopped working while under warranty so I paid the warranty shipping costs and waited for the store to notify me. After I heard nothing, the staff claimed they notified me that the warranty phone arrived and that we told them we didnt want it, so they sent it back and the warranty coverage was null and void. Since I never got a call at all, naturally I was angry. I offered the call log to show they never called but they still refused to accept responsibility. One of the two persons at the counter accused me of deleting my log so I asked her to pull up my records to verify it. She told me they had to contact corporate in FL and it would take a long time so she wasnt going to, and told me it wouldnt matter anyway because they have policies. The other person at the counter got frustrated when I wouldnt drop it, and began to mock me with s smirk on his face. Walked out and am switching carriers.
