The staff at this store has always gone above and beyond to be helpful. I drive by at least 2 other AT&T stores to go to this one because of the quality of service. I have never left this store feeling like the employees were anything but friendly, helpful, and caring. Keep up the great work.
Amie Smith helped me with my issue. She had all the answers, was very patient, friendly, and just plain awesome. She turned a stressful phone issue into a glad my phone broke when it did kind of day.

I cannot emphasize enough how positive our experience was at this store this past week! We had an absolutely terrible experience at the other AT&T store in town and decided to see if we could get answers at this store before we switched to another provider and I am so glad we did! Marcus was incredible to work with, he really took the time to explain each phone option we had as well as the promo options available to us as part of our upgrade. I had no idea there would be so many options, but he really broke things down for me and was very helpful in understanding what the cost of each option was. He even went the extra mile to make sure we were getting the best deal. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional, I was super impressed.But the whole teams commitment to services was on full display and did not end with Marcus, while we were there another customer had come in with a phone that they had purchased from a different non-ATT store and was experiencing some issues with that phone. Treshaun worked with that customer for at least 45 minutes next to us while we were doing our upgrade trying to figure out what was wrong with that phone. I know for a fact that he did not have to do that because it was purchased from another store and, even if it had been purchased there it was outside of the return window. He did everything he could to troubleshoot before it was discovered the phone itself had a manufacturer defect, but even then he provided the information to contact the company and told the customer exactly what to tell the representative so that they would be taken more seriously and find a resolution.These employees take care of the customer and I highly recommend anyone visit this store.
I feel bad I just spaced his name but I believe it was tre shawn helped me and did a great job. I’m terrible with tech and he showed me a couple things I needed to do to optimize my phone. Manny was doing a great job taking care of another customer and the manager was awesome, and helped both out when needed. Chill attitudes and very helpful by everyone there. Thanks

An employee that no longer works there made a huge error on my account when first began service with ATT wireless just over a month ago. The store is passing the buck to customer service and customer service is passing the buck back to the store and then the cycle starts over. This is the stores issue that the store created. The store needs to own the issue and fix it. Because honestly, Ive been patient. Now I am just angry. I dont know what to do to get them motivated to providing me with theWOW experience. Cuz right now, all I am getting is the whoa experience

This AT&T store is by far the best cell phone company I’ve ever been too. You are greeted and given to an associate quickly without waiting an hour like other stores! They offer friendly and reliable information, they aren’t pushy or hide what’s costs will eventually be (hidden costs) they are upfront and honest so you aren’t surprised by your bill. They offer great support if you have an issue with your phone. I would recommend this store to anyone! Also, I got my screen protector and cover for my phone here recommended by the manager Katie and it withstood countless times I dropped my phone! Money well spent!

My sales rep. Was outstanding, met me at the door when I arrived was very knowledgeable on the apple watch would have gotten the wrong color for work . The only thing there was no displays and trying to find a phone to get as a present and not able to see them was tough but Tyler had pics on his tablet and put us one the phone that was a hit . I did have a problem with the gentleman at the table next to us he was another employee very rude listening to our conversation and telling Tyler to just get this done without the non sales conversation was very embarrassed and felt I had no 1st amendment rights . This is our fourth or fifth year buying go phone plans from AT&T when we travel South as snowbirds. AT&T prices are fair, and coverage is reasonable. Ive never been to an AT&T store yet where I was not treated like royalty. They offered us an unlimited data plan this year, which I was happy to accept. They throttle the speed in congested areas after 22gb, but that is very generous.
Seriously helped me so much. Knowledgeable and courteous staff, great with technology illiterate people like myself lol. Will definitely be sticking with AT&T. The manager knows her stuff.

The manager at this store has really let me down. I have been dealing with an issue that, Katie, the manager has told me numerous times she was going to take care of and has yet to take care of it. For over 2 months I have had charges on my bill that resulted from a transaction that the store manager helped me with. I have text messages directly from her to me stating she was going to handle this on numerous occasions, and has not taken care of this yet. I have been to the store 3 different times to speak with someone, waiting for nearly 2 hours on one occasion, still not resolved. I just got off the phone with AT&T by dialing 611 to try and get this matter resolved, this phone call was over an hour might I add..... I still have to wait 2 days to hear back from AT&T back office to see if this will be resolved. Katie really dropped the ball on this one.

Great service staff. They got my AT&T - Consumer Cellur, service connected up to my new AT&T phone with voice and data. Only issue is the lack of AT&T service available in rural MT. That is a disaster.
If you like to wait forever you will like this store. Will never come back and hope they get new management. I can’t imagine the business they lose because so many people come in and leave because of the wait.

Walked in the last 30 minutes on Friday and had a GREAT experience with Steve! Had to come back with an authorized account person today and supposedly he was the manager and was SUPER RUDE! I work in customer service and I cant believe he was a manager. So rude!

Everytime, which I might add is often, is a relaxing and fun experience, the staff are knowledgeable and will make sure you leave happy and also make it a point to show you that you matter not your money, unlike the other companies I have visited where I was made to feel my money was what was important....Big shout out to all you guys thanks for everything.

I came into the store at 6:30 PM, I had to wait 30 minutes to be helped and by then it was 7:00 PM and closing time, I only had a quick question and I had been directed to the store by an ATT rep on the phone. I came in to ask about a promotion regarding the phone I had just spent 879.00$ on from the ATT site. I had preordered the phone and there was a promotion just after I ordered it. I get a gentleman named Sherman, I ask him about it and he said nope we dont do anything like that I let him know I just talked to someone and they directed me there. Again he insists they dont and wont do anything like that and doesnt know where I heard it. Was very unhelpful through the entire affair. I would never go to this store again. Since I bought my phone outright I will probably be switching because of this.
