The store manager is wonderful and very pleasent. My hubby and I have rented from here off and on since it opened here. We love the staff and the store.

Went through them for 2 items and after this last item was just paid off I will never go through them again or recommend them. The workers are horrible! They call everyday if your late multiple times day and treat you horribly. You think they’d be more kind to people who are paying 3-4x retail value for something. Take your business elsewhere. Our local loan and rental place is so much more friendly and offer more services in store.

Dennis and the crew take very good care of us and all of our needs for appliances, computers, furniture. I may pay more, but the quality and repair as well as customer service is the BEST!

Ive heard everything from pleasant experiences to nightmares when it comes to renting furniture. However, In my families and my experience with Rent-A-Center we have had nothing but good things to say about it. Of course everything is over priced but for someone who cannot outright pay for furniture this is the best way to go, short of being given furniture by family and friends. I have been a customer for a few years now and to say that Rent-A-Center hasnt made it easy would be a lie. Dennis whom is our initial sales spokesman and also happens to be the Manager at this location is a very easy person to work with. He will go out of his way to get you the best price for your budget.

Prices are high but the customer service and repair options for the life of the product are outstanding. If you want something now but can pay outright then Rent A Center is the place to look to. You know what the total cost will be plus you can pay off early for big savings.
