Needed assistance with me account today so went Into T mobile. Ricardo, recently new, to T mobile was great help. He was professional and conscious of his work. He was very kind to help me update and transfer for my new watch. The store was extremely busy and the entire staff was so pleasant and helpful to each other to ensure all customers mattered. Each person had a unique circumstance and I was amazed how they assisted and helped each other. Kudos to this young team!

Zero service in Great Falls compared to others. Every time Ive asked the people at the store they swear new towers are going up in a matter of weeks. Thats been the same story for over a year now. No price discount is worth not being able to use a smart phone downtown in one of the biggest cities in the state. Stay far away from this provider. Posted from my phone using wifi because I couldnt do it without the wifi.

I want to give a shoutout to Lauren and Jade for all of their wonderful help at T-Mobile about a month ago. Jade was the first one we talked to who very upfront and transparent with the cost of changing phones and how to take care of that. My mom and I went into the store, to get her a new phone (finally converted her over to iPhone) and Lauren was very knowledgable about 5G service, transferring from a Samsung to iPhone, etc. She made the process quick and easy. The day we finally switched my mom over, Lauren took care of us all day as we had to leave and come back to the store because we needed to run errands. She never seemed to get annoyed with us and we made a genuine connection with her.Thank you ladies for all the help! If you need any help, PLEASE talk to Lauren and she will get you situated.

Ive had TMobile for about 2 years now. I pay for 5 lines. One of which is the newest version of Samsung. It seems as if service is getting worse and worse everyday. Apparently the parking lot of Holiday Gas station in Fox Farm, Russell Country Credit Union on 2nd, Hardees on 10th, as well as many other places around Great Falls are dead zones for TMobile. Sadly my family member who has Straight Talk DOES get service in these locations. Ive gone in and told TMobile but they just give me the run around and tell me to change my settings or buy a newer phone. (Which Ive done both and it doesnt help)VERY disappointing! No matter which phone I buy, or which setting I change... I still dont get service in these certain parts of town. Thinking about switching to Straight Talk, Ive missed multiple calls from my boss and cant loose my job because of TMobile.

Worst phone service I have ever had. Every month there is a discrepancy in my bill. Thought putting it on auto pay would take care of that but nope!!! They billed the wrong payment and the disconnect phone. Again!!! I’m so over it! Would not recommend to anyone as a reliable phone service!!!!

My husband and I went to the Great Falls store and had an excellent experience. We were helped by Jade and she went above and beyond and had so much product knowledge. We were both very impressed by her honesty. I ended up getting the the Samsung G-21+ 5g and accessories and my husband bought a new phone case for his IPhone and screen protector. Those are great. He thought he had cracked his IPhone but was pleasantly surprised that it was only the screen protector. We will be back when the next new IPhones comes out to buy him one, and hopefully Jade will be there to help us. Sincerely, Janet McDonald

I wish I could give zero stars. I live in Montana and the service out here is GOD AWFUL. My phone will say I have full bars but when I attempt a call it will tell me I am not connected to a network. When I attempt a call using my wifi, it will say its not connected when it clearly is. This company is trash and Im going to Verizon ASAPEdit: Also the experts sound like theyre a million miles away in a call center in another country....... so not helpful

I have had the worst service for the past two months or more. I get absolutely NO service where I work near airport. I cannot use most or any of my apps. What is taking so long to get towers working?? We should get credit for lack of service. Don’t even deserve a 1 star

To be honest today was one of the most stressful days for me and my husband. We went into T-mobile needing to get an old number back which is extremely hard to do (close to impossible) Robert Rule, the store manager, spent a good amount of time doing everything in his power to get that number back. The store had closed and he still kept open for us. Long story short he ended up getting the job done. How many people will go that far for you? None really. BUT ROBERT RULE, RULES!!! LOL me and my husband were kinda fighting too (silently) but the tension was there, and Robert kept it super relaxed and cool as a cucumber with a positive attitude, with that being said we left in the best moods ever. Super relieved and we actually got over the stress because of Robert. We will be customers forever because of Robert!

Dont be fooled by the Unlimited 5G ads. Turns out you only have unlimited 5G if you dont go over the allotment allowed by AT&Ts contract with T-Mobile to utilize their towers in our area. Im a Door Dasher so my phone is in constant use and Im consistently losing signal. After losing a couple hundred dollars due to my expensive paperweight, a tech support guy told me I had a 4G SIM card put in my new phone in November, which was just compounding the 5G issue. Went into the GF store, asked David to just read the notes to get the history so I didnt spend a ton of time there (dinner service on Sunday - had already missed most of Saturday due to phone issues). The 3rd time I requested that he read the notes, I used the D word. He refused to replace the card. Continued to refuse until I called his supervisor and he was instructed to. A 5 min switch for their error took me 45 mins. Ive sure David would have used the D word if hed lost $300-$400 as well. TMobile is selling something they dont own in this area and doing nothing to back it up.

I had a great experience at this outlet. I had my old phone stolen so I was checking around town for a new service provider with a good promotion for new customers. I use to have straighttalk. The second I walked in I was greeted by a customer service representative very kindly. Shout out to Inken for all of the help, Thank you!! All of their representatives seem to know exactly what they are talking about. I started service on a Saturday, and got my new phone in by Tuesday afternoon and my old phone number transferred over within the hour. I would recommend this place to anyone in great falls getting a new phone or service provider. They are very kind and knowledgeable. Thank you TMobile of Great Falls!

Just want to say that the manager here, Chris, has been very helpful and has worked with us since the very beginning! Initially, the day when we switched from our old carrier (back in 2018), our sales rep wasn’t aware that the buy one, get one free phone promo ended the day before. We saw the ad/sign that day we switched. So when we signed, we had been given the BOGO free offer. So our first payment showed a charge for the free phone, we spoke with Chris and he explained what the sales rep did wrong. But Chris was more than happy to honor the mistake. So each month, he had to credit our account for that phone. When we moved last year (due to orders), he told us everything should be good by the time we move. We did catch that we were owed some money so we gave Chris a call. And although we don’t stay in Great Falls anymore, Chris has always been there and helped us. He’s friendly, professional, and has a great personality! So I definitely rate Chris a 5 star!The reason why I gave this place a 4 star is because the mistake the sales rep did and the fact that whenever we were in the store, the wait was long to be seen! It was definitely such a hassle going through what we went through.

We switched to T-Mobile last Jan. However, we switched back to Verizon in June because there was no coverage in parts of Montana that we needed. I went in to the Great Falls T-Mobile store today, to ask about having my screen protector replaced. We purchased 3 phones from T-Mobile in Jan and were told that we could get screen protectors replaced for free. I wasn’t sure if that still applied as we had switched our service back to Verizon. Chris, the store manager was very gracious, and kindly offered to replace the screen protector for me. Excellent customer service Chris. Thank you

I want to give Chris a 5 star rating for being amazing and answering all my questions and making the transition from At&T easy . Anytime we have had an issue or needed new cords or upgrade our phones . Chris is amazing and patient and gets the job done .the first time and makes you feel like number 1.However customer service in the store isnt always the best so Deal with Chris . I am glad we made the switch but remember customer service will either make it better or break it for current and future customers.

Terrible service that cuts out randomly yet still shows you have 4g although you can’t make a call or deliver a text, even when paying premium for the unlimited plan. Switched from Verizon bc I thought I could save money on an unlimited plan, but now I pay for service that doesn’t work and can’t switch carriers for 2 years because I’m financing a “free” iPhone unless I want to pay $1100 for a phone that’s worth half of that.I’ve talked to other T-Mobile users and they’ve had spotty service too, and not just in rural or mountainous areas. I went down to see if I could get this issue resolved and they told me to turn my phone on and off if this happens. I’ve been having to do this every couple of weeks since...

He put us on a perfect plan for our needs as well. I couldnt be more impressed. T mobile is our new favorite carrier.

I can’t really say enough about how great the customer service is at this store. Specifically one of the Supervisor/Managers Chris. I set up 6 lines transferring from Sprint and Verizon with users geographically separated between MT, NV, and CA.When i personally visited the store, Gage and Chris were extremely helpful and informational and made my switch easy. What really earns the five stars here is after my visit.Chris made himself available for my family at all hours taking phone calls, well past business hours, to help with their transfer and try to make it as easy as possible. In some cases this was multiple calls (nothing really ever goes entirely smooth when it comes to my family) but Chris stayed positive, polite and extremely helpful, going well above and beyond what I would expect, giving his personal cell phone number to certain members of my family to make him more accessible to call over the past few weeks for something he probably thought would only take a few days.Unparalleled customer service at this store. Service is getting better but you can’t beat the price either.

We switched over from at&t last month, traded in our phones and got new ones. A month later we get our final bill from our old carrier and they refused to pay the switch like we discussed. We are now left to pay $700. Do not recommend to anyone. Horrible customer service and we will be switching back as soon as possible.
