Great store awesome service per usual

One of three main places in Holiday Village mall.

Seems this location could be silently out stocking, seems like less and less are being sold in store.Otherwise, the experience here has been nice for the items Ive bought in the past.

Sad to see physical games dying. I remember the days of only physical media. Game stores were the only way to find out about games.

Great place, even though most games are available online I prefer a hard copy and I can always find what Im looking for, or even some cool game stuff.

As always a great place to get almost all your gaming needs.

They closed my favorite GameStop in town, but at least we still have one and Im glad its here.

Jason (aka Thor) was extremely great! He’s knowledgeable and helpful and gave a great experience that I hadn’t received at other gaming stores. I got the feeling like he, and the store, really cared about my customer satisfaction. 10/10 WILL come back again!

It was easy and fast to get what I wanted ordered.

The games in the store and things to make computers was once the theme and reminds me to day dream. It hasnt been that long since the days when I worked to make the future a better place.

Now that its under a different manager the place has gotten so much better. Its more comfortable and easy going. Plus the workers are just bloody awesome. I used to avoid the mall Gamestop but now I look forward to going.

Terrible service, customer service was so quick to tell me no to a product I was ignoring back even though it was posted as available through store only. Customer Rep sounded displeased and uninspired to help with my inquiry. Will not be back will not do business with this company anymore the lack of enthusiasm and professionalism is laughable and very disspointing. Why work if your not gonna be helpful during a crisis. Thank you for whoever works at the gamestop inside the mall in great falls your a trash employee and need to find another outlet for work.

This particular GameStop locations has a decent selection of games despite a city being in the middle of nowhere. Three times I needed to purchase a controller and they came through. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Employees were too busy talking about girls they had boinked to notice my kids and I enter the store. Promptly left when one employee exclaimed two in the pink, one in the stick, and then high fived each other.

Excellent service he even commented on my friends Bob Ross drink

Great staff, always friendly and helpful with our questions. A good collection of games, and some extra stuff that I was quite excited to see. Never had any problems with anyone.

I disnt discover Gamestops til to long ago but it is very desireable if you are a gamer like myself and my family. They offer every major gaming system (Xbox one,Playstation 4,WII,Nintendo DS,PSP,and etc.). They have the accessories such as discounted headphones, controllers, and everything in between. Besides having nee games they also sell amd buy used items as well. Great place if you love games but are tight on cash.

It has refurbished games but wish they were tested b4 sale. Got 2 that didnt work for wiiU

I work nights, I woke up early just to buy the Nintendo classic console, clerk allowed people to cut the line ahead of me and the store was sold out before I bought one. Not the first time clerks at this location have had other customers cut in front of me in line but it will be the last for I will never never shop game stop ever again.

The game I bought did not work

Poor selection and the staff is very rude and dont know anything about games or stuff, my husband knows way more than the staff works here, when my husband and I go here, my husband is literally telling them about the rewards program, and the short man with the glasses is so rude !
