Drive through cashier was rude. She was very impatient and was rushing me while order. Then when i got my donuts and opened them they looked like the end of day krispy creams at speed way and around half of them had deep finger imprints in them.

Ok, so something is up with their machines and I couldnt get a latte, chiller or a soda but I did get a cold coffee🤷🏾‍♀️ I also ordered donuts which we SMASHED cause theyre the bomb.com I probably wont order anything to drink the next time but HONEY THEM DONUTS 🤤 Ill be back*We devoured some before the picture lol*

Polite and quick service. Although they did almost get my order wrong, thankfully she asked me what I had so we got the right donuts. We moved here from Indianapolis, Indiana in July and all of the Krispy Kreme donuts drive-thrus had disappeared over the years so I was very happy to find this one :-) so were my kiddos!

Coffee was Luke warm and everyone in the back making donuts wernt wearing masks properly only one female worker did so. This establishment use to be clean and friendly... What happened?

This used to be a well managed business. When I walked in the first thing I notice is employees cleaning the equipment with water, letting the overspray onto the donuts on the shelves. The cooler in the front with the perishables is not the correct temperature as the thermometer on the front noted. This place is a health hazard! On the employee side of things… walked in to employees talking with each other.. which is great because I clearly needed to wait ten minutes while they finished up their hair and nail conversation. The donuts were terrible. Clearly not up to health code or customer service.

I hadnt been in Krispy Kreme in awhile. Their filled donuts had been getting gross. The insides were doughy and mushy. We went in just to get glazed donuts today because my grandson wanted them for his birthday instead of cake. When we opened the door it smelled terrible. The windows, where you watch the donuts, were filthy. The floors were so gross and filthy and had some puddle of something on it. There was a donut on the floor but thhere were employees just sitting at a table. I will never go there again. It was disgusting.

The staff are usually pretty rude. They act like you are wasting their time and gossip while the customer is right in front of them. Its a good thing the doughnuts are good, but the service is quite disappointing.

The donuts are good...But the lobby is completely sticky. Every counter and surface has been wiped with something and all of it is streaked. Very unappetizing.

Clean restaurant with COVID 19 protocol in place. Friendly staff. Delicious doughnuts- loved their raspberry glazed and glazed donuts. Chocolate glazed is on the sweeter side. Will try their donut holes the next time!

Went to Krispy kreme for the first time. The place is really big for a donut shop. We got a box of 6 assorted donuts. The glazed ones are just so tasty and soft. The chocolate iced ones are a bit too sweet.Its really cool to see the donut manufacturing process. All covid measures are being taken. The parking lot of DD was also being occupied by cars with Chick Fil-A takeaway crowd. The mini donuts looked great and we will be trying those next time we visit it.

I put in an order of specialty halloween donuts days in advance to make sure I got the correct donuts, and it was still completely wrong. 8 of the 12 donuts were not what Id ordered. To add insult to injury, the store staff was horrible, and was Krispy Kreme corporates response.When I pulled up through the drive-thru, I was asked can you come inside, to which I responded no. The drive-thru employee (Jayla) then told me that shed be unable to serve me, so I explained that I need to pickup an online order and have a kid that I cant take in strapped in a car seat. She said OK, itll be a while, and then SO RUDE. I was dumbstruck, so I wrote corporate … who sent me a coupon for donuts worth less than the ones missing from my order. Krispy Kreme’s willful disregard for their customers runs from the bottom all the way through to the top – do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Ive had Krispy Kreme donuts, so I like them but never have I had the chance to actually stop and pick them out in the building. I took my kids so they were so excited being their first time. They did have an assortment to pick out my kids went with the holiday donuts. It wasnt too busy but it was steady. We ate inside so my little ones were able to view how they were made which they enjoyed watching. Also because Im a Saint Patrick Day birthday I got a dozen donuts free with the app. Absolutely enjoyed it.

A rare but delectable treat. We dont indulge ourselves often, but we are never disappointed when we do.

I will never go back here again. I was talked to like a dog tonight at the drive thru! So sad that this is what customer service has come to! My little girl was really bummed that she didn’t get to have donuts, we don’t get to go often because we live so far away. I refuse to give any one my money that talks to me this way.

While I waited to be helped, which took longer than I felt necessary, an employee came over and asked if Id been helped yet. I said no, not yet and she said the register person would help me soon which is who I was already waiting for. Im not sure why she asked me if she wasnt going to help me. I was the only person in line after the customer at the register. Then after I placed my order and paid I was informed that there was no whip cream for my frozen latte. I wouldve gone somewhere else if I had known that. Overall, Im just disappointed with my experience there.

I was fortunate enough to grow up in the hometown of Krispy Kreme. So needless to say...There is NO OTHER doughnut! Theyre delicious!! Melt in your mouth when theyre hot like butter Wonderful!

Donuts are good poorly stocked was told they couldnt do most their coffees or hot chocolqtes due to no milk wasnt impressed with that wait times was a bit long to be helped get they are short staffed like everyone else but stilll wasnt impressed first time to this location.

The fresh classic glazed dounts are to die for even for those who try to eat healthy. Try a fresh one coming out of the conveyer inside a store, then you will be addicted.

Lately everything went down hill. Whenever I come in all the employees are just sitting in lobby chatting while there is a line and only one employee working. They also messed up my order and it was not a hard ordered.

First time we stopped at this location. They were understaffed ( according to an employee) but I would have never known. So fast. So helpful and nice. Super efficient. And the restaurant looked clean and kept up. We ordered 2 dozen donuts and were able to see them all being made and glazed and boxed up fresh for us. Ate one on the ride home and it was one of the best donuts i have ever tasted and was so warm and buttery it just melted in your mouth! We will be back for sure! Thanks so much for a wonderful experience Krispy Kreme!

I called 2 days in advance to ask if the lobby was open, they told me it was so I drove 4 hours to bring my family and there was no lobby.Im more than frustrated with this terrible service and obviously hard of hearing employees.

The light was on so it was a MUST stop. Yes, Ill take a few of those fresh hot donuts right off the rollers!! Only 2 out of 4 made it to the photos. Had to check the other 2 for quality assurance.

The service was Wonderful! We had never been there before so we wanted to check out the selection. We were helped by a staff member named Bridgett and she was so patient and kind. We stopped to get a treat after my daughters sleep study and it did not disappoint. The donuts and hot cocoa were fantastic!

I purchased a package of Krispy Kreme apple cinnamon bites at a Walmart. A few days later when I pulled one of the individual pouches out of the package the end of the pouch had not been sealed properly at the factory and the bites were rock hard when I called the number on the box and told them of the manufactured problem their solution was not a coupon or reimbursement from them they sent me to Walmart I felt they should have compensated me as it was a manufactured problem therefore I feel they do not stand behind their products

Bought a half dozen standard glazed donut for the first time in years and wow!!! A shadow of what they used to be. Now these tiny donuts, half the size they used to be, that were over $8 for 6. All done, never again and this was from a Krispie Kreme store.

Drive thru takes 15 minutes and they open at 6 but keep the doors locked until after... 7:45?

Customer service was good... But for what I paid for a dozen donuts... and to get NO creme in a creme filled donut is SAD!!! ( i ordered half of them creme filled). I emailed the corporate office with my concern and NOTHING!!! Not even an apology! I can spend that at my local bakery next time!

Workers are super friendly. Come when the red light is on to get hot doughnuts! Highly recommend downloading the app so you can be notified when the hot light is on, because we all know hot Krispy Kreme doughts are 1000 times better than cold ones!

Love KK donuts! Only kind I ever buy. Nearest store is 2+ hours away. So, when I was in town for doctor appointments and had a little time between them, I stopped. Little did I know that there was a deal on buying 1 dozen getting a second for a total of $12! I have a friend going through chemo and radiation and LOVES any form of donut. When I got home to deliver them to him, his face was all that I needed as a thank you!❤🙏❤🍩 donuts for the win!!

I am a high school senior this year and I heard from many other seniors that I could get a dozen donuts for free if I brought my senior ID, which I did. When I went to get the donuts, they told me my total was $15 and I said okay but when I went to show them my senior ID to see if that would make a difference, they didnt even look at it and just said the total again and I paid since there wasnt really anything else I could do. I told them I was a senior from the beginning and they still made me pay full price for donuts I thought was supposed to be free, as many people in my grade had gotten them for free as well.

Theyve got great donuts and fast service. Its really good.

Hello donut lovers, Krispy Kreme is it fantastic establishment to have some very good yum yums, as well as great coffee, very family-friendly, very enjoyable. The Krispy Kreme that I visited today is at 2700 East beltline.

Good experience overall! Quick service and good food. 4 stars because it wasnt completely clean inside (although it was by no means messy)There are no vegan options besides beverages, but thats what I expected from a doughnut chain. I would recommend going here.

Stopped at 630 after driving from lansing, Every employee is standing around. I get no service at the drive thru so I go to head in and get told they are closed for 10 or 20 minutes to figure out the situation.

Quick pass through the drive-thru during a busy lunch time. Great service from a young crew that have been well trained. Got back home and couldnt (wouldnt) wait for everyone and quickly devoured two.

They do not promote social distancing. I left the store without making a purchase. There were at least 14 people in a 8ft by 10 ft space.

Hours say they open at 6am. Pull up and Im told that unless I have a mobile order, they arent open until 7am.If you dont open until 7am, thats fine, just update your hours to reflect that

Every time I go through the drivethru the people sound angry. They mumble through the speaker and laugh with their friends. It’s unbelievably unprofessional and makes me wonder if they’re playing games like spitting through the donuts.

They were out of regular glazed donuts (the freebie for vaccinated patrons) but honored it by letting us choose any available donut type which was a great compromise. Thank you!

I have to say though I was disappointed there were no oreo donuts my disappointment was soon removed by the excellent customer service of Nevaeh she is a true gem.....

After ordering a mixed doz.,two of them were the Pina colada the frosting was rancid we took one bite and spit it out. We then ate a cream filled one each.and I have been sick since! We threw the rest away

Long line at drive through awesome welcome music gives customers up beat feeling but can never get freshly made warm pastries when ordering. Really would love to purchase freshly made donuts on future visits especially when we drive from a distance just to purchase them. Please keep that in mind that customers would like freshly made donuts.

We pulled up to look at the menu and the woman told us that once we were done looking at the menu to pull up to the second window, then while we were looking at the menu and deciding what to order she immediately repeated multiple times that we need to pull up. If we had been a few minutes Id understand a quick reminder but it wasnt even 30 seconds of us looking at the menu. She was just plain rude, then they didnt even give us our full dozen and the donuts that were supposed to have custard had literally no custard. The original donuts are still as great as they always are, wish we got all of them.

The woman taking the order and at the window was rude and clearly didn’t care about doing her job well, she walked away when I tried to ask her for something and they didn’t have a bunch of stuff from their menu. Definitely disappointing.

This is our third trip across town only to be disappointed once again. This time we specifically went for the valentines donuts. After waiting in the drive thru for 30 minutes we were told they were out of those donuts and I quote “actually we are running really low on all our donuts”. This is 2:30 pm on a Saturday, and they are once again out of their specialty donuts. The employees are downright rude and their service is slow. It’s so sad this is the only Krispy Kreme around and it is so terrible. We won’t be back. We will choose another donut place from now on.

Went at 9 oclock for coffee and glazed donuts. Worker says they dont serve coffee at night, dont know how to make it ...only the day workers can. What happened to the world? Cant get coffee at a donut shop SMH.

We needed 3 dozen of the original creme filled round doughnuts the without the hole in the middle we called ahead and were told that we didnt need to order ahead. When we got there they didnt have any, wouldnt make any for us so we ended up getting 3 dozen of the creme filled with holes in the middle and some of them had no creme and the others had very little.we ate very disappointed in this location!

This place is a joke! We placed our order online two days prior to our pickup and still half our order was Out of stock. That makes no sense. When we finally found a selection that we could substitute for the missing doughnuts, the employee (at the drive-thru) practically threw the box at us and said Heres your order! Then slammed the window. Never again!! I wish I could rate them with minus 5 stars.

It’s a Saturday night and all 3 employees are currently hanging out the window yapping to a car. Couldn’t even answer the speaker. They were clearly open. Bad service, hire people that actually want to work. Bad for business.
