We ordered a new phone from these folks last week, and went in tonight to pick it up. It was an excellent experience, just as it has been every time weve worked with this group. Caleb took care of us this evening. He made sure that we got the deal that was outlined when we ordered. He took care of all our accessory needs. And he made sure the new phones software was updated and all the info from the old phone transferred before we left. We were very appreciate, especially since it took longer than expected, and he had to stay slight past closing time. I would definitely work with Caleb again.

Michael is a rockstar! He solved my problem with lightning speed! I was on the Verizon chat for over 7 hours without a solution and Michael was able to help me in less than 15 minutes! Michael was pleasant and a problem solver. Verizon is lucky to have such a great employee!

Michael at this verizon location was so awesome to work with. Not only did he guide my husband to exactly what he wanted and needed, the rapport he so effortlessly established was such that I drove back the very next day to work with him especially. By comparison, Caleb, the manager is in entirely the wrong field. Working with inanimate objects would be far more suitable but, not with people and certainly not with women. Ordered through Verizon Online, but when I went to pick up they made me cancel my online order and go through them. I was there specifically for the $800 trade in promo that was going on and I was switching from Sprint. The first day I was there the internet went down and I was there waiting 3 hours before the associate told me to come back the next day. The next day I came back to finish and was there for another 5 hours while the same associate (super helpful and friendly, but brand new) helped me with no experience or knowledge and no one helped him help me. I was told I could not switch my Apple Watch to Verizon from sprint and had to purchase a new one and they promised the $800 credit would be applied to the cost of the $1100 phone and I’d only owe $300 to pay off and not have monthly payments after it was applied on my first or second bill. Now, 6 months later and I still haven’t seen my credit and over a month or two ago I reached out to support and they apologized and said I’d see my credit soon. Still haven’t seen it and have been paying $241 a month for my bill. Yikes. Just reached out to support again and they said the credit was only $176 and was already applied. I had a brand new perfectly working iPhone 8+ that I traded in and was promised $800, NOT $176. Keep getting the run around and now I have to call this store for them to correct it and I don’t anticipate any help from them either. Terrible experience and terrible customer service and promise.

Caleb, the store manager, did everything he could to give the best experience for my fiancé and I. He was so easy to work with and most importantly was REAL. He was knowledgeable about Verizon and the products being sold. Since my fiancé and I are both first responders, he made sure to give us the discount and shook our hands to thank us for our service. Caleb was easy to talk to and get along with as well! I would highly recommend going to this Verizon and working with Caleb!

In the past it had taken a long time to purchase and set up a new phone. I tried to talk my husband into getting me a new phone without me having to go into the store.Tonight I had a great experience. I set an appointment for 5:30p. Michal was ready and waiting to assist us at 5:30p exactly. He answered all my questions very professionally and was very knowledgeable.I anticipated it taking a while as I had two phones. Horrible experience. Had to wait outside for 15 minutes before an employee even let me into the store.Once inside I quickly checked in. I was 4th in line and was waiting when many customers formed a line. The reps started pulling people from that line. So I joined the line. At this point there was about 8 people in front of me who spoke to reps. A lady who came in about 20 mins after me was sitting at a table. The rep went to help her. When I spoke up at I was next in line and what was the purpose of checking in if they weren’t going by the list. I was told I needed to wait b/c she was there earlier. Needless to say after waiting for an hour at 4th in line, I walked out.

I came in needing to upgrade my phone because it had been almost 6 years since my last upgrade. We were waiting by the door before they opened on Sunday. They took us in with smiles on their faces ready to help. Michael helped me get setup with a brand new phone and was able to get me an amazing trade in deal with my old phone. He was very professional, nice, and easy to talk to. He was able to get everything transferred over from my old phone to my new one the exact way it was with no hassle. These guys are the best and highly recommend going to this store for any of your verizon needs.

I had a great experience at the Cascade Verizon store with Caleb. He went above and beyond my expectations and helping me. At my age the digital technology is a little difficult but he was very patient and understanding. I could not have done this without him. I went into the Verizon store in Cascade, Michigan today and was helped by Angie Schuster. She was excellent. She answered questions, made helpful suggestions, was very personable, and made everything seam easy! So glad I got her! I Had made a few other attempts online and by phone trying to determine if switching to a business account from a personal account would better meet our needs. The reps I spoke to just werent equipped to answer my questions or work through the best solution. Angie was great and she will definitely be my goto person for support moving forward!

Well, I just changed my review from 5 to 3 stars. My husband and I came in to get new phones and add a line to the family plan. We dealt with one associate who was very friendly and helpful. He offered to help us when we came back. We came back that same day and the OTHER associate greeted us. We explained that we were coming back for help with a deal we saw online. He quickly shut down my request and said, We cant help you with an online deal, there are literally cameras everywhere, and basically escorted us out of the store. He was extremely rude and didnt offer any type of explanation or apology for the miscommunication.I want to add that the first associate was newer to the company, which might have caused the miscommunication between us and them. Overall, he wanted to please us - the customers. The other guy was the complete opposite and the sole reason I went from 5 to 3 stars. Unfortunately, I did not see their names, but the rude guy was wearing glasses. Maybe the newer guys name was Christian?

I had one of the worst experiences of my life --- a 20-30 year old guy -- Jonathon worked with me --- my bill was all messed up --- phones on my bill I no longer owned, charges for iPads that I didnt use, and i found out that my monthly bill went from $170 per month to $325 per month. I didnt receive bills, I was on auto pay -----I was upset, but after 15 minutes of waiting Jonathan couldnt help me, I needed to do all of these corrections on my own --- Oh yea --- Said Jonathon --- I dont like your attitude -- I will never go back --- did not help me at all !!!!! why is the store there, If they cant help you. -----very very unprofessional Dave
