If this review was strictly about the buying process, I would have given them 5 stars. Initially Moe was fantastic to work with. He and my husband had been talking extensively about a 2007 Toyota Tundra. Moe had assured us the Toyota team had done extensive work to make sure it was in good condition.While test driving the vehicle, I had noticed intermittent acceleration issues and even had Moe come with to get his opinion. I was told “this is how Toyota’s drive”. Again, assured Toyota techs had checked out the vehicle we proceeded to buy the truck.We paid to get it delivered, the truck barely made it out of Grand Rapids when the transmission went out. Infiniti did take the truck back to get serviced and paid for the tow. They provided a loaner which was also nice.Communication at this point between us, the sales associate and manager was going well. We were updated appropriately and the transmission was replaced.Fast forward to less than a month into owning the vehicle and it began to go into Limp Mode. We contacted Infiniti again with concerns with possibly the transmission. We were told if we could get the truck to The dealership they would “look into it”. We live in Kalamazoo so arranged to have it towed to the dealership. From that point on we were very in the dark about the vehicle and what was going on. We told the dealership team we were leaving at the end of the week for vacation so just needed to be updated on the status and if the truck would be able to be serviced before then.Between my husband and myself we called servers times to get updated and were told we would “hear right back” after Moe was going to check with the service team. This was not the case. We finally got an update of value 2 days before we were supposed to leave town. Per Toyota the throttle body needed to be replaced and quoted $950.In the end my husband ended up driving to get the truck and replace the part himself. The sales team didn’t even come out to update him when he was there.Overall the buying process went smoothly but once the ink dried we felt like we were tossed to the wind. Sure loaners are nice but it doesn’t make up for lack of professional communication and reliability/trust in the service department.

Have been satisfied with the experience save for unclean explanation of what I was paying for in the maintenance/ oil change tire rotation. I believe it was in the 100,000km warranty not 100,000 miles. My previous Infiniti had the latter and I mistakenly thought the same quality warranty would apply to a vehicle made in Canada. I thought I had plenty of miles left to receive the service I believed I had purchased.

I brought my car to Infiniti of GR for an interior and exterior detailing. Omar and Adrian did a really good job. For example, even though I clean and interior weekly (including vacuuming the front seats with a small brush attachment) when I picked my car up, the front seats looked brand new. Similarly, even though I hand wash and wax my car very regularly, the exterior polishing and waxing they did made the black paint “pop”. I’ll be back.

Went to go look at a pre-owned Acura. For starters, when I asked about the condition of the car, the gentleman told me it was great. The photos online did not match what I saw. Online, it was in perfect condition. I drove an hour to go see it and had arranged a time and date to come test drive it. When I walked into the office of the gentleman I had an appointment with, I noticed he was searching vacation hotels and travel stays on his work computer and quick tried to cover it up. They didn’t even bother washing the car. The trim on the outside was coming up because it had been in an obvious accident and just pieced together half baked. Dents and scuffs all over the place. The trunk hatch was misaligned. Missing screws/clips from the wheel well. The clear coat on the impacted fenders from an accident was peeling and had an obvious texture difference (like an orange peel) compared to the rest of the car. When I addressed these concerns, they said they weren’t going to fix it and were going to sell it as is. Then he had the audacity to tell me to remember that it’s not going to be in perfect condition because it was pre-owned. I totally understand that. I have purchased pre owned cars in the past. I would have expected higher quality from Infiniti. It felt like this car came off an auction that no one wanted. I don’t know how this thing passed inspection. With so many exterior red flags, I can’t even imagine how neglected everything under the hood was. The gentleman pulled the whole “well you will want to make a decision quick because it’s an Acura and they sell fast”. This one had been posted for 30+ days and I could see why. I won’t be buying a car from here. Went to Sharpe BMW instead where they actually cared.

Purchased a used 2016 Honda in Oct. 2019. The vehicle had 59,000 miles, the powertrain warranty is typically good for 62,000 miles, I mentioned this in the purchase process, was not told otherwise. Transmission ($3000) failed 2 weeks after purchase. No assistance from Infinity, no assistance from Honda. Apparently if a vehicle is bought from a different country (Canada in the case) the powertrain warranty is null and void. Its referred to as a gray market. Id steer clear of this place.

I want to share my exceptional experience with Infiniti of Grand Rapids. I leased a 2019 QX50 last year and had it serviced at Bommarito Infiniti in Ellisville MO. Every 5000 and Prior to moving to MI one last time in Aug. to make a long story short the service tech did not tighten the oil pan plug and it worked it’s way loose and eventually during a trip let loose and the oil with it damaging the engine. This is not considered a warranty issue and The service Director at Bommarito denied any possible responsibility of the error. Two ways an oil plug fails. One it’s faulty or 2 it was not tightened and only people to ever touch under the hood was Bommarito you draw the conclusion.A huge thanks to Brandon Ruiz and the team at Grand Rapids on restoring my faith in Infiniti for they went to work to make sure that the issue was corrected when they had no real skin in the game. Saved me a ton in attorney fees and the one thing you don’t ever get back time.Bommarito and the service director Mike should be ashamed especially during a time when we are all facing challenges.

Purchased a used car from Infiniti of Grand Rapids. Agreed upon price, put deposit down then they came back and tried to charge me $200 additional dollars. Expect duplicity. Within three weeks or purchasing and their full inspection of the vehicle, I had $1800 in repairs on multiple items, including replacing the entire radiator. Took them two days to diagnosis, while I went with out a vehicle. They would not stand behind their inspection. They offered me a $300 discount. Had it all done by another mechanic for $800. From the service department, to sales, to the general manager, they were very unresponsive and arrogant, not interested in customer service whatsoever. First time going to a luxury dealership, very disappointing. The only thing luxurious is their superior attitude and their prices. Have your vehicle inspected by an independent mechanic, if you go here at all.

I am disappointed in the correspondence regarding a car purchased. I was told that the car went through inspection from the garage and felt ok about it because they actually sent the car (after the inspection) to the Audi dealership to have something repaired that was covered under warranty. The overall inspection was done at Infinity Motors where they changed the oil and tested various functions expected (brakes, etc). However, I took the car to my local Audi dealership because of a leak under the hood that appeared the first evening of ownership. First, I learned that the oil put into the vehicle was the wrong type of oil and had to pay $147.00 for an oil change to have it all drained. Second, I learned that the power steering unit needed to be replaced to the tune of $1229.00. There were other things missed in the inspection, but I only asked for these two, very obvious repairs to be covered. I asked for a response within two business days and they quit corresponding with me as soon as I pointed these two items out that could have been devastating the life of the car if not taken in right away (one day after purchase) I’m disappointed to say the least in the lack of being told, repeatedly, “I will make sure the car is good because I want this to go well and for you to like it.” At minimum, they should expect more out of their own auto technicians and make it right. It’s not my style to leave a review like this, but I have given plenty of time for them to respond. I need this fixed.

Infiniti of Grand Rapids refused to perform CPO warranty work stating the part was not OEM, despite the vehicle being CPO, having its inspection, and the part never being replaced after the vehicle was sold to me as a CPO. It seems the dealer does not stand by CPO Infiniti vehicles if from another dealer and refused to work with the other dealer.

We bought a used Toyota Highlander from Jon Busch last week. It was an awesome experience. The car was just what we were looking for and the price was good. We test drove it and the manager and Jon stayed late to make sure we drove the car home that night. To say they went over and above would be an understatement. When I got home I had a chance to see the vehicle better and I am very pleased. Buying a used vehicle is difficult but this vehicle is in awesome shape. Jon was very knowledgeable about the car even though it was not the brand he is a dealer for. The service at that dealership was what you would expect from a high level brand like Infiniti. Jon made us feel like we were the only customer in the store and devoted his time to making sure we got the right vehicle. I would highly recommend Jon as a salesman if you want to have a comfortable buying experience. I would highly recommend Infiniti of Grand Rapids. They are a class act.

RUN AWAY!! My husband purchased a used QX60 in 10/2019. The dealership did NOT do a thorough mechanical assessment /repair before they sold it. In 6 months, hes added 25K miles. He has had the following issues: Back bumper fell off (missing clip), ABS sensor broken, mice living under the hood (PU!), the hood cowl missing, resulting in water entry and chronically wet/mildewed carpet, rusted exhaust pipe -fell off, new front struts, and he just had it towed today because it wont start! Dealer/Craig/Scott were of little help - they did the initial clean the ABS sensor (no replacement) as a good will effort (and tried to sell a warranty) but that is all. As recourse, they tried to sell him a new 50K$ car (5600$) down that is not affordable with negative equity. Why not stand behind your dealership and take this POS back in no cost even trade for another QX60 with similar year/mileage?? The Audi he traded in ALSO had mechanical issues, which he disclosed. Unfortunately, the new owner is having issues, and contacted my husband about it after researching past repairs. Obviously Infiniti of GR are scam artists!

I have purchased 3 new Infiniti vehicles from this dealership over the last 10 years from the same sales person. The level of service I have received has never been less than excellent. Even though I am a customer, the staff in all departments take service to a higher level and treat me like a close friend. While so many businesses today talk about providing great service, this is one of the few that actually perform at that level and on a perpetual basis. My salesman welcomes me every time I stop in the showroom, even if I am there for a service appointment. The service department strives to ensure that maintenance related issues are resolved in one visit. Numerous times over the years when I have had minor vehicle performance issues arise, I stopped by the dealership expecting I would need to make an appointment and the staff fixed my issue on the spot. The service department staff are also very accommodating in providing a free loaner vehicle when I am unable to wait on-site during service appointments. I highly recommend this dealership not only for the facility location, cleanliness, convenience of operating hours, free beverages/snacks, usage of loaner vehicles, and fair pricing on service and sales, but most importantly for always treating me like a best friend and demonstrating that they are always there for me.

I recently bought a 2010 Ford Escape Limited from this dealership. I was very happy with the service that I received from them. I needed a new vehicle quickly because I had recently had an accident where my car was totaled. I signed my paperwork and went home with plans to pick up my new car the next day. When I got in the car to drive off the car was dead. They checked the battery and said that I needed a new battery. They changed it right away while I waited and I was able to make it to an appointment I had scheduled that afternoon. However, I continue to have problems with the car dying on the way to the appointment and on the way home. I stop by the dealership that evening and they gave me a loaner car until they could try to figure out what was wrong with my car. It turns out that it was just a loose wire on the battery which they fixed and I picked it up the next day. I havent had any problems with my car ever since. Even though we had a little bit of a hiccup in the beginning this dealership did whatever it took to make things right. I would definitely go back there or recommend this dealership to any of my friends.

What a great experience we had shopping for our 1st luxury car. I really liked the experience I had at Pfeiffer. I was looking for an Infiniti, and we dont have many options in Michigan. Despite the lack of options around, they were willing to negotiate the price, which was very important for me to close the deal. Craig Ressell did a great job. The dealership looks classy and quiet. We purchased a used Infiniti with 29K miles on it. During the the pre delivery inspection we had them check the tire tread depth. We were told that the tires had 70-80% (equivalent to 7/32- 8/32) tread left on them. A couple days later our son who is a mechanic noticed that the tread looked low so he measured and he said the tread was only 4/32. We took it a tire shop and they confirmed 4/32. Grand Rapids infiniti never should have sold us a vehicle with tires that low. We asked them to fix it and they said they wont replace them with new tires. The sales staff is friendly, however knowingly selling a vehicle that has unsafe tires is not acceptable. They didnt even try to work with us on getting it fixed like offering to get us tires at cost. These tires are expensive, $350 ea retail price.Edit: They contacted me and told me that they would offer me a set of tires at their cost..only if I removed this review. Ive been in touch with Infiniti customer care.
