Crook alert.Couldn’t get financed through our bank so they kept our deposit. What a joke of a business. We were searching for more options for financing and tried to sell our car outright so we could purchase the car. Just for them to list it back on the marketplace without telling us while keeping our deposit. Don’t waste your time with these crooks.

Jeff (the owner) gave me a great deal on a 2003 Escalade. While taking it for a test drive we saw that the A/C wasn‘t blowing cold but he immediately had it sent to a local auto center for a new compressor and recharge. It was quite a trip down to Grand Rapids from Cheboygan but I’m happy I did and would like to get another ride from him sometime ! ^.^

We have gone to the service dept on many occasions for various problems with our vehicles as well as routine maintenance. They have been awesome every single time! Always fairly priced and reasonable. I have referred several friends to the service dept and they have all been extremely satisfied. I had a problem with my transfer case a few months after purchasing my truck. Took it to a local service shop to have it fixed under warranty. The warranty wouldnt cover it originally because they said it wasnt internal in the transfer case. Called auto consider and they had me bring the truck in so their service department could look at it. They found an issue with the transfer case where it failed and put a tiny hole in the case. Within a few days they had gotten the warranty to cover a new transfer case! Eric and Dennis provided extraordinary customer service and got my truck back on the road! Thanks Auto Consider! DO NOT purchase a vehicle here! I didnt like the looks of this place when I first approached it. My boyfriend was the one purchasing a vehicle and we used my old car as a trade in. They were friendly enough to your face of course...they want to make a sale.A year after my trade in I received a letter from the courthouse that the vehicle was left abandoned and I am the last title holder and is responsible for the towing and storing fees! Something VERY SHADY happened here. If the car left the lot, youd think it was sold. That would mean they did not transfer the title to the new owner! Either that or they decided they did not want it and can dump it with me being responsible!Thankfully I still have proof I signed it over and cleared my name of the charges. Now the dealership will hopefully have to pay the $2200 fine!

Bought my car here in April it seems to still be running pretty good with minimal issues. So I suppose thats a good thing compared to other dealership reviews Ive read. Dennis was friendly.

Excellent experience when I purchased my Jeep about three months ago. It is driveable but totaled due to an accident. I am certain Ill buy another vehicle from them.

Other mechanics had quoted me insane prices or told me they could not fix it. This was not the deal here. They have great customer service and nice looking cars. The reason i am giving 3 stars is because of there macanics. I was told if i had any problems after i bought it that they would fix it if it was in a few weeks of buying it. A week later i took it to a shop because of an oil leak and i got a whole list of problems with . I took it back and they said they had fixed it. Cool. Took it back to the other shop and they said they did not do a thing. Took it back to auto consider and they said well we drove it around and it seemed fine. So they dont do it if they can get away with it. I probbly will not be returning

I bought a car from this place, and had an absolute terrible experience.I got a dodge stratus from these guys during the crazy winter we had and the first year of owning the car so far Ive had nothing but issues.From a gasket needing to be replaced, to having all 4 different tires on my car, AC nor heat working properly, and driver side window not working (They fixed that though).My biggest issue with this place was that for everything I eventually found out about the car, they refused or tried to charge me money to fix it within the first month. Due to the crazy winter we had as well, I could not see all the tires, and eventually noticed I have 4 sets of DIFFERENT tires on my car, with the tread nearly all worn out on most of them.That is extremely unacceptable, and when I called Jeff about it, he tried to get me to pay 350 for 4 new tires. That is NOT how you run a business, and thats being a shady businessman.I suggest never buying a car from these guys, they are shady and you cant trust them one bit, they are just looking for a sale, not to help you out at all.

Bought a car there, they had it more then i did when i first got it due to check enginge light. They never did fix it and there was a lot more wrong with it. Never again will i trust that company!

Gave me a car that I can’t even drive for a whole week without it having problems and they won’t even drop the price of it knowing all the problems that came w it m. I can’t even make it to from point A to point B don’t come here
