It’s been a while since we have purchased a new vehicle, and the staff at Gezon were absolutely amazing from the moment we set foot in the parking lot. Mike did a fantastic job that day (being the only salesperson that Saturday) of making sure he had the time for a few customers that day! I cannot thank the Gezon team enough for getting us into the most beautiful car that fits our family❤️ (3 grand babies in the U.P.) This car is so sharp and definitely draws attention which in turn I direct them right to Gezon!!!We definitely will purchase from them when needed in the future!!!

Cut down on the paperwork and all of the Mickey Mouse stuff when trying to buy the car. You have absolutely no inventory of Mitsubishis, which is ridiculous since you are a Mitsubishi dealer. I was not able to get the Mitsubishi that I wanted because it wasn’t available in Michigan, and you only had one of the kind I wanted On the floor, and it didn’t have all of the features and it was taxi yellow. Who buys a text yellow vehicle?

If I could I would give this place minus 5 stars. But I can not. I own a Mitsubishi and from today on I will have to find another dealership to service my car and another place to buy my next vehicle. My wife and I just got yelled at by the owner just because we had a question about conflicting information that was at the door. I believe that this guy was the owner and he would not give us time of the day not to mention answer a question. Even the lady that was still in the office turned around from her desk to see what he was yelling about. Never again will this dealership see me. The only thing is now I have to find another Mitsubishi dealer to deal with my warranty work.I was 15 years in retail and this is not a way to treat a customer. Now my daughter gets my car in about 3 months and they just lost a new car sale too. Oh well. Guys please steer away from these guys. They are nice and friendly when they need your money but that is it.

Car was in for recall. They worked with me on what day to drop off due to work conflicts. They had the rental car gassed and ready to go when I dropped off my vehicle. The service manager then emailed about other work that was due and could be done while waiting for the recall items to arrive at dealership. Very helpful and explained everything really well. Price was given at this time and I could chose what I wanted completed.

My car was passed from person to person. A simple tuneup and new alternator took SIXTEEN DAYS to complete. The entire time I was left without adequate communication to understand what was going on with my vehicle. Instead of them calling me to say “We checked this out and found this and that and it will be done at this time.” I had to call them every 4 days, most of the time getting a voicemail, to try and figure out why they are leaving me, a single dad with a job, with no car for weeks. Absolutely terrible customer service. Besides it taking so long, and me struggling getting in contact with anyone, the worst part is that they didn’t even perform all of the requested repairs or inspections. How hard is it to get a new key programmed, let alone call your customer back? Figured taking my car to the dealership would be a professional experience.. boy was I wrong.

Gezon was great. They found what was wrong when other garages couldn’t. Dollars were fair considering all the time I wasted other places. Their Mitsubishi guys were nice and informative and didn’t make me feel stupid like other places.

Just needed an oil change - no appointment needed. They were friendly, helpful and timely. Even got my tires rotated. My Outlander is happy!

I brought my old reliable rust bucket in for some recall work, and the experience was absolutely amazing. The staff were all incredibly kind, helpful, and respectful. They did great work on my car, and gave me an AWESOME rental vehicle. If I ever find myself able to purchase a new Mitsubishi, Ill definitely be coming back to Gezon!! By the way, I highly recommend the Outlander Sport. I loved everything about it!

Made an appointment to get my Ac looked at and serviced here. Asked for my system to be looked at as a whole. Because there was an issue with ac functionally properly. Upon retrieving my vehicle was told there was no issues they could see besides needing freon. Charged 200$ for a recharge and what do you know? My entire Ac system stops working very soon after. I go in to talk with Gary whom serviced/recharged my ac and instead of having some kind of concern or humility. And waiving any fees seeing I had just previously been there. Attempts to tell me that its a different issue and that there will be another 120$ fee to look at the Ac again. Then suggests it could be a blower issue which could run me 5-600$ to replace. I ask him did they not look at the blower when I first came. He tells me “no because the air was blowing so I didnt look at anything.” Maintaining my vehicle is not an issue. But I do have an issue with the fact I never had any troubles with my car previously. It had been maintained to the fullest and upmost services. And to have a newer suv and an entire heating/cooling system go out after it being serviced. Is truly disheartening and really sheds a light on the reprimands of putting your trust in these mechanics. Almost 100 degrees outside and no AC! Trying to stick to the cars manufacturers to repair has proven not to always be the best option. Should’ve known something was up when I was given a 7-800$ quote for front/back brake pads and rotors.😂 A joke! Making an appointment elsewhere to get the matter looked into.

Very busy place and care about their customers driving safe. A mom came in with a baby last minute. Heard a noise under her vehicle, they checked it out to make sure it was safe. I have no problem waiting extra time for that.

Only the very best at Gezon Mitsubishi. From the moment I was greeted to the end of purchasing, the Gezon team ran flawless. Bill is amazing. He went over my Outlander and showed me every gadget and how to use them. He introduced me to the parts manager where my remote start had been ordered and the manager recognized my name and told me when it would be available. Paper work was ready when I got there. Only took about 20 minutes to complete, including financing. I was shown the body shop and introduced to its manager also! It is easy to see why Gezon has been around for 100 years! Wonderful, Proficient, Friendly, Caring bunch of people. I love my Outlander with Smart All Wheel Control. Today being 12/30/2017 in the middle of a snow storm I have no problem with traction what-so-ever. The Outlander feels in control at all times and I feel safe! Best purchase ever!

I was treated with nothing but RESPECT and INTEGRITY from the moment I walked in the door. I could have gone elsewhere for my car, but chose Gezon based on their customer service. After inquiring about my new vehicle purchase, they not only gave me the best deal I was offered while shopping around for prices, bit then went to Ann Arbor for me to get the exact car I wanted. They had all my paperwork ready, I came in to sign and take possession of the vehicle it took less than 30 minutes, 20 of which I was walked thru everything in my car! I also appreciated this because everyone has been thru a car purchase where it takes hours and its exhausting and you just want to leave. ..NOT at Gezon, they even took a picture for me with my new car when I asked and called to check on how I liked the car several times after my purchase. I would recommend them ANYTIME. Tim and Mike were awesome!
