Bad prices...worse service

Sent parts for the rear of the bike when parts for the front were ordered. Charged $62.00 restock fee for them sending the wrong parts. the blue prints they have on the website are not accurate. Nor is their web site user friendly. I would guess they are making their money from sending wrong parts then getting paid to get the parts returned. Great deal; get paid to not sell any parts. Just resell the incorrect parts over and over so they get money for free. I will never shop here again.

Somebody kicked (?) my bike. I had to tape part of my faring to continue after lunch. I ordered the part from Partspitstop and it was there by the time I got home. Love these guys! Good prices and great service.

The website is easy enough to use but there is some kind of problem that exists with this company. They let you select any part you want for your shopping cart, and indicates they are in stock but it takes a week or more for the items to ship out. To me this means THEY are either buying the parts as you order them, or just EXTREMELY inefficient at throwing 2 parts into a box and mailing it to you. This also may explain their ridiculous SHIPPING CHARGES I placed 2 separate orders and my shipping was almost $16 dollars each time coming to more that 50% of the actual parts I ordered. I know shipping is slightly more expensive than it used to be, but I think its inherently dishonest to inflate shipping prices on customers. I will NOT be ordering from these folks again.

Parts are very cheap compared to my local dealer and PartspitStop has fast shipping. I love that i can find my own parts in the parts diagram. I love having my parts shipped to my doorstep instead of going to my local dealer!

I love Parts Pitstop and use them all of the time. I have a significant motorsports addiction and this site gives me excellent access to schematics and parts diagrams when I have to replace the things we break each week. I am fortunate enough to be able to pick the deliveries up locally as well so as to avoid shipping. Its the best of both worlds (online shopping and local pickup).

I have nothing but good things to say about Parts Pit Stop. I did a mild restore on a Yamaha Banshee and usually PPS had the lowest prices outside of sites like ebay etc.. Shipping times were accurate and acceptable considering many of the parts I needed were items that needed to be ordered directly from Yamaha. They were even able to get me parts directly from Japan. In the few occasions I needed help beyond the point and click realm, customer service was overall effective and friendly. They were a little misleading on delivery times of a couple items but in the end I got what I needed so it wasnt a problem. Overall for OEM parts Parts Pit Stop is a good choice. I cannot comment on aftermarket or accessory service because I didnt order anything like that from them, but if I needed to, I would not hesitate.

Ordered some parts for my Victory. They were on backorder through the manufacturer, cant blame PartPitStop. 2 weeks later finally get confirmation they arrived and had shipped out to my location. 5 days later I call questioning where my parts are! I get theyre here but damaged. WHY am I finding out five days later after I was told they shipped the week before! Normally they have great customer service but after I started getting angry, they decided to stop replying to emails.As I am writing this, I am still waiting on my parts.
