Cheap food. Staff was friendly. Parking lot was terrible. There were shopping carts all over the place. They were just scattered all over the parking lot. I witnessed a windstorm blow three carts into cars.

Im giving one star just because it doesnt let you write a review without a star.I went to the customer service window today because I needed to renew my vehicle registration and the very young, shy, inexperience guy they have there was assisting the customer in front of me He made a phone call and was put on hold, we waited for 30 mins while the line behind me was getting longer and longer. After 35 mins I approached the manager and asked if there was anybody else to help the only worker there and he said is just him, no body wants to work here, may be I dont pay them enough money because they dont last so I went back to my place in the line (my son was holding the place for me).So after a few mins the manager got inside the customer service dept and spoke to the employee and told him to assist other customer and try the call later. So then I was called to the window and This unexperienced boy told me that I had to go to the Tarrant tax office to get my registration. I live in Dallas county and this cost plus store is in Dallas county so I always go there to get my registration renewed. So I left then went back again and told him to try and see if the machine will get it done. And He just pretend He was doing ut and then came back to me and told me to go to the Tarrant office. Im sooo dissapointed. Is not fair because He was returning every person that was in the same situation as me. There was people in line that got there after work and they didnt get this done just because of him. I hope they replace him or get him TRAINED the right way.

I dont like this place at all. Well, maybe the bakery but thats it. The pricing feels like a scam. You pay more than the sticker price. The only way you pay a decent price is if youre going to spend a lot of money at the end.

I can get the same prices at other Mexican stores without paying the up charge. I was looking for 12 pk of flavored sparking water and only found 4pks of pierre.

The store is okay but everything is much more expensive I can go to to fiesta or Walmart and spend 100.00 dollars and get everything I need but at cost plus I spend twice as much and wasnt able to get everything I needed

Great service and prices, like most places their store is half overpriced and half sweet deals! 👍 However, their meat is at unbeatable prices, a few may not be cut but for 3/4$ less per pound its worth the extra stop just for it! :)

Every time I come here I always have a horrible experience with the staff in the meat/seafood department. I usually never write reviews, but today’s actions from one of the seafood employees warranted this review. Today when asking one of the employees for a dish, the woman that helped me out grabbed a fish that I did not want. Whenever I told her that I didn’t not want that fish she went on to tell me that it was “ too bad” because she had already caught it. Like excuse me, I am the customer and if I don’t want that fish I am certainly not getting it. She was adamant about not wanting to give me another fish until I told her I would complain to her manager. This is definitely not the type of service I would expect from ANY grocery store and that employees behavior was definitely not the best. Also, before I even ordered the fish I literally stood there for 10 minutes trying to catch the employees attention. Of course they would’ve noticed me, but they were too busy talking and ignoring me. If this would’ve been the first time I would’ve not made a big deal out of this,but this has happened PLENTY of times already. I honestly do not recommend anyone to get their seafood/meat from here. Trust me.

Love this place. I live 40 minutes away but i come shop for a whole month on the meat section. But please check on the chicken marinade twice it was very salty

The whole management is unprofessional. From the top to the bottom. The whole store is unsanitary, from the meat market to all the dirty floors. They work employees like if they were working under child labor. I’ve literally seen one of the managers talking to an employee so unprofessional in front of customers. Supervisors DO NOT know how to be supervisors, managers DO NOT know how to be managers. Cashiers talk back to customers and that is unacceptable when the customer was in the right. This whole store needs a change!!!! Bottom line!

Nothing fancy I went because they have the Rico popcorn. And went back for Nachos at heir hot bar, which they didnt have hot cheese OR chips so I ended up getting 3 sides and it was $8. Not again!!! I will stick to buy my popcorn here and there. Hot deli bar too expensive and I doubt the freshness of the food.

Cost Plus has went up on prices since the Coronavires, which is not right.I have started shopping at other stores, but the store going up $2.90 for eggs and $15 dollars and something for groind beef is ridiculous.I didnt look any further I left the store, but the store might have gone up on other items.I have since went back to Cost Plus today. Eggs are now $1.38 and ground beef was $8.00 and something which were great deals. I spent $133.00 and something and got a lot of groceries. I rate them a four star now.

First time here with my shop mate who was a bit skeptical. All areas of her concern were quickly put aside by the friendliness of all the employees we encountered, the quality of the food she bought, and the ease of moving within the store. She was more than pleased with the prices and it appears this will be on her favorite stores to visit regularly list.

I just went into this location for the first time and OMG 🤮🤢. First I seen the sign that says you must wear your mask inside the store. I dont have to do anything I dont want to do, especially when the govener says that I its my discretion if I want to or not. So me and another guy was walking in the door he didnt have one on neither. The rude security guard that was clearly in disquise because he had on dark sunshades with a mask on INSIDE the store, started tapping on the window at the sign. OK whatever so I go to my truck get my mask and then walk into the store, and OMG even with my mask on it smelled so bad in there, I didnt even shop I walked right back outside, it was disgusting. I have been to plenty of other Mexican grocery stores and they didnt smell like that. Obviously I will not be back.

The service is always friendly and I love the meat/dairy market they have. They also have a great small restaurant and bakery inside. I would recommend this place to anyone that is interested in good home style food.

Terrible experience. The prices are low for a reason. You are paying a surcharge on top of taxes for your groceries. It varies on the dollar amount of groceries that you buy, up to 20% surcharge. This means at the end of the day you are paying exactly what you would pay at any other grocery store like Fiesta etc.

Place too expensive. They charge you what they call surcharge and when you ask what that is, nobody, not even the nuckle head managers can explain it to you. Sorry mrketplace. Not original mexican merchandise, its all an imitation from somewhere in the us but they charge like it came from Mexico. Thats why i only give them one star out of five.

Prices are lower than most other retailers such as Walmart and Krogers. Meat is fresh and red. Chicken leg quarters are sold in 10 lb.. bags with skin or skinless and cut into leg and thigh sections for less than $6. Its recommended to shop around for the best deals.

Thankful that it was open today. Had to pick up somethings for home. Prices are better than other stores meat selection is well worth a look. They also have live tilapia and catfish for sale.

Very poor customer service came on the 5th of Dec passed my debit card they told me it didnt go thru so I put it again and it went thru. Going thru my bank account I find out that they charge me twice I go and talk to the store manager and tell him and showed him where they charged me twice and he tells me I have to come the next day when bookeeper is there and with a copy of my ID and bank statement and if I disputed with the bank to just dispute one not two amounts that hes not going to cry for a penny. Very poor customer service normally go there and spend 150$ to 250$ but after this I thought I go back

Enjoy the staff. We never shop there without stopping at the small restaurant they have inside. The food is delicious. The mane drawback is the fee added to your bill depending on how much you buy. So stopping in for a gallon of milk will cost you and extra 20%.

Dont like the added fee at checkout. Not much English spoken here, steaks are cut too thin for my liking

I like going to this place for the fresh, nice cuts of meat and seafood. Sure they have the surcharge at the end, but to me it is worth it. The meat at other places just does not cut it.

I worked at their meat market during the 2018 year. I learned spanish, how to cut and skin a pig. Trim and cut chicken, pork and beef. They serve literally every part your looking for from beef feet to their heads. Seadfood market as well and we cycle through over 500 pound of proteins everyday. They are prepared to have orders on call and also serve goat and Turkey, Quail also.

Always have bad produce. Employees are normally in your way from restocking items. Ive also never been charged so much. You have to spend over a hundred dollars here to not get screwed.
