The isles are wide and the place is always clean except for the bathrooms, they smell very strongly of sulfur.

Was confronted today by a security person by way of him yelling at me across all the check stands that I had to have a mask on. Over the speakers in store broadcast recommends wearing a mask if you are vaccinated. The sign on the front of the store says the same. The lady at the checkout stated that if we didn’t like it we could leave and that her name is Victoria should we want to report her. The security person walked by three non white customers to get to me that did not have a mask on. I’m white incidentally and a senior. We spend a lot of money weekly and should be treated better. Anyone should. If you are a customer and a actual mandatory mask policy is in place then approach the person and speak to them, don’t call them out by yelling across the front of the store on a Saturday morning.

They are in the middle of a remodel. I like Kroger for some things as they do carry some stuff other nearby grocery stores do not offer. for example they carry red gold canned tomatoes which are better than most better known national brands.In particular, the Pharmacy is busy for good reason as they have some very good prices on Good RX so I drive a few extra miles to save dollars. Not pennies but dollars, in one case several hundred dollars.

Not a bad store, usually have most of what I need but they really need to look at their cleanliness. It is always dirty in this store. My wife refuses to go to this store.

We got a cashier named Anita and she offered the worst customer service in my life. She didn’t even greet us when we came to her line and was very cold towards us. I went with my sister and we both went on the same line, we both had sprites and she didn’t allow us to get it because we supposedly had reached our limit. However we were paying separately and were within the limit for each customer. She gave us attitude when we explained that we were individually paying and that we had each gotten sodas for ourselves. We ended up having to leave the sodas to avoid the drama. Y’all need to have better employees with better attitudes and aren’t as rude as her.

Have got expired foods 3 seperate occasions!! Months old and still shelved. Workers always have a bad attitude. & I def quit going when they kicked me out for not wearing a mask.

Dr. Lauren, the pharmacist is such an angel! I came in last month to get my COVID-19 vaccine and then returned today for my second dose. Lauren was so kind and friendly both times! She called me a few days ago to help me schedule my second dose so that I can stay current and protected while taking care of my patients. I can tell that she really enjoys her career and that shes an excellent Doctor! I was a little nervous today but her calm and caring energy was so reassuring that everything would be fine! When she gave me the vaccine, I barely felt a thing! Excellent technique! I thank God for placing this angel here at this Kroger pharmacy location!

Today was my first time in a kroger store, they have really fresh fruits and veggies very well organized and there was an employee who went above and beyond for me in the meat department his name is George, I will definitely be back, thank you.

It is a very old Kroger. I have been shopping at this location for over thirty years. It could do with a major renovation. The service is good and getting checked out has been easy and fast. They do not offer curbside pickup at this location but you can order to have delivered on Instacart.Edit: This location now offers curbside pick up.

Poor customer service. Self checkout line super long and only one worker open for one lane. The manager was aware of the lines but continued to play on his phone for 10 minutes. The worker monitoring the self check out was horrible. Totally blew me off when I asked him a question. He walked away from me to go help another customer and didnt even acknowledge me at all. I then hollered at him that I would call corporate(which I did) and he still ignored me. I will not be returning to this location. The workers and manager are very unprofessional and do not care that the store is failing. Good day!

What is the point of requiring face masks and not enforcing that policy?? As well the store is dirty and they never clean their baskets and their parking lot looks like the city dump ground.

A lot of carts have random flyers in them which I find to be a bit weird. Over in the cosmetics/beauty section customers have decided to smear lipstick and nail polish on the display shelves? I know it’s their own fault but doesn’t Kroger clean up the messes? They may have cleaned it by now but I don’t know. At least the checkout is fast and prices are reasonable.

Went in store jokingly ask Miss Victoria Gonzalez if she could kindly grab me a 2 liter of Big Red thought she blew me off for being ridiculous but she actually took the.time to grab it for me. Never received service like this ever in my life Thank you Victoria

Their prices are amazing. Their produce is always fresh. The deli food is perfect. And best of all their meats from the butcher are pure satisfaction well after I marinade and grill them to perfection. Then again I wouldnt be able to do that without the meat and seasonings I get from here.

We like to shop here. Find competitive pricing and good value. Staff is helpful and capable. We definitely like using our Kroger points for fuel. Really wish there was a Kroger gas station at this location.

Usually dont shop this time of the day because of work but I liked it better for not being as crowded. Kroger is my main grocery store because prices are good and most items I buy regularly are in stock. But what irritates me is when bagging groceries only 2-3 items in one bag. I understand certain things need to be separated but 18 bags was really too much for what I bought. I had to carry in by myself.

I purchased a loaf of Sara Lee wheat bread and after opening it realized it was hard on top or stale. I noticed a long tear on the packaging so returned it to the store at Serv desk. I told the girl Sheena or Shana I would go grab another and she abruptly Stopped me and exclaimed,“No”! !She said,”when did you buy it and where is your receipt? I said I didn’t have my receipt on me but, it could be looked up via my Kroger card. She clearly was rude so I told her to call her manager. I waited several minutes and he had not come. I let her know I would go get a new bread to please have him wait for me instead of leaving me stand there. When I returned he still hadn’t come to the front. She had LaShonda another team member call for him again. He came to the front and said we don’t want the bread back our return policy has changed due to the Covid19 pandemic. I let him know that the problem was her attitude and rudeness. I shop this store all the time and LaShonda agreed. I know several Kroger employees by name and all but this particular member have always been very happy to help. He said, no problem he would give me the bread. “Thought to my self, “your not giving me anything.” I already paid over 3.00 for a bad loaf of bread but, kept my mouth shut. LolI did let him know that this wasn’t the first time she had been rude to me. He said he would handle it.Recently, I purchased groceries and was taking groceries to my car and a carton on soft drinks that the sacker loaded to the bottom of my cart fell off and was leaking. A team member in the parking lot saw and said to take them to the service desk for replacement. I brought them back in to the store. Sheena or Shana at the service desk (not sure of her name) left me standing there with the drinks leaking all over the floor turning her back to me when I told her what happened. I then put them up on the counter and went and got the replacement. Upon returning I saw the team member that told me to return them to the store. I let him know she ignored me and didn’t care and there was a mess to clean on the floor. He said he would go to take care of it. This lady does not belong in customer service!

Inconsistent.Generally do not have a problem with this particular pharmacy. But they have an issue with picking and choosing who they want to enforce the law with. For the past year that I or my partner has been picking up my medication here weve never been asked to show our ID. Same medicine, nothing changed. Just all of a sudden they want to see ID. which is a bit annoying when youve waited for 45 min just to be told to come back with ID. (Which I left in the vehicle because theyve never asked for it before.) Then by the time you get back in line there 8-10people confront of you again. Wasted time due to inconsistency.

If you have to use the restroom go across the street to McDonalds, Trust me because the store is filthy. Restrooms smell like a damn zoo everytime I go in there, If you really have to use it just make sure you hold your breath

One of the dirtiest grocery stores I have ever been in!!! Do not go to this store if you are looking for good produce, meat, or food for your pets. Poor selection of everything. This store reeks of disease!! I would give the store minus a star if it were possible. The only thing that keeps this Kroger open is due to its location.....And does the staff ever clean the store or parking lot??? I realize the store is old but that is no excuse for it being filthy. Truly disgusting!!!

This is the closest Kroger and for that fact the closest major grocery store chain close to my residence... so I consider myself a regular and shop there quite frequently. Ive never had trouble finding an item to complete a recipe and they pretty much have all your houseware items as well. Customer service and cashiers are always friendly as well as trying to keep the lines moving in a timely fashion. There may be some places that offer slightly cheaper prices but in my opinion Kroger provides many deals especially when using your Kroger card and they have fair prices as well. They have a good produce section, decent deals on meat, a good variety of beers and the bakery makes delicious birthday cakes.

This is like an okay store, because its not loud but not too quite. Theres also a self checkout. There items are also easy to find. They also have great sales, but some items are a little pricey, but if you look threw that its a pretty good store! 👍

Wheat can I say aboutamy local Kroger? I happened to go into the express lane. At first I thought this girl was singing to herself but realized she was talking on her phone via bluetooth. She started scanning and just piles my groceries on top of eachother. I looked at her and she was chatting away paying no mind. When I started bag my own groceries, then she took it upon herself to try to help. Worse service Ive ever had at my local Krogers.

This is one of the smaller signature stores, so much of the selection of products reflects the demographics of the neighborhood. And you can not special.request items sold at other Krogers markets. Hence I only rate it 4 stars.

Had everything I needed, but had a hard time finding Cool Whip. Its not with the other whip creams. Its in the freezer section with the ice cream.

Went around 3 oclock today and not one shopping cart was available. Had to retrieve one from parking alot as did other customers. Took about 30 minutes to shop and mentioned to staff member as they still had zero carts available. I assumed they must have had a rush of customers, but no, the corrals in the parking lot were full of carts. I walked my cart back in and asked to speak with manager but he/she was not available, was told by staff they were shorthanded and thats why no one was retrieving carts. Poor customer service, especially for the elderly or physically challenged. Very disappointed.

This store used to be alright. Its dirty and nasty now. Produce is absolutely gross. I cant believe they have the stuff on the shelves its so bad. Dont count on them for money orders to pay rent either. Go there at 5:00 pm on the 3rd of the month and the super friendly (sarcasm) clerk has a hand written sign saying they exceeded the number of money orders allowed for the day. Really? At 5:00pm? Yet Wal-Mart up the street cranks out 40,000 of them the same day until theyre closed? Right. Seems legit.

The layout of this place is so messed up and wierd. Wierd, like a store having groceries in the middle, toys one the left, cloths on the right, sports in the back, and a single isle for the car section right down the middle of the grocery section. This isnt exactly what is happening here, but its similarly wierd.

Horrible Bakery. Dont order a custom unless you want them to ruin it. First they forget my make and dont even send confirmation email, then they misspelled my name and the frosting letters are like a 1st grader writing them. They ruined my 21st Birthday cake, They even misspelled 21st as 21th.

Every Saturday this store runs out of the featured sale item very early in the day. The store supervisor says its the managers choice not to honor said sale with a raincheck. This happens EVERY SATURDAY. Time to hit up walmart or Albertsons where they are consistent.
