I had a terrible experience with shop. They are great salespeople but don’t do as they say. Total bait and switch. They promise the world but deliver nothing. I contacted century truck sales online, all of sudden these guys called me back. Unfortunately Ruben and his manager Jeremy were not of help AFTER I paid for new bed.

I bought and had a new service bed installed here and Ruben kept me updated the whole time. Afterwards, I had some metalwork changes I wanted to make to the bumper and the rack and the work was better than any other place I have tried in the past. Again, Ruben sent me pictures and kept me updated the entire time.

These guys went above and beyond. They fixed an electrical problem that the main dealership could not figure out.🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟🍻

My mother and youngest daughter are currently using Mainstreet Auto Repair and when we realized that a dear friend Ruben is employed there, we knew we were in good hands! Its been a little over a week because of parts that are ordered so I am rating a four instead of five star at this moment. The worst experience of my life with this shop! Took my car in for a timing belt they gave it back after 2 weeks and I had it for exactly a day and over night it leaked out fluids from the belt cause they didn’t put a cap back on or whatever! My alignment was messed up my engine was knocking like crazy it was struggling to fire up and it smelled burnt! Took it back they took ANOTHER TWO WEEKS and they kept changing the day for me to pick it up when they have it back there was no transmission fluid in it AFTER i told them I had to go out of town! on top of that they told the lot I purchased my car from that it had only been in for a job one time! Never taking my car back here if it ever needs work again.

I contracted them to build me a custom headache rack. Showed them pictures of the rack (it cost 410 online) and was told they could do it no problem. The build the rack and I went there to get it installed. Not even 2 weeks after install, I load some materials (under 1,000 lbs) and it folds on itself causing damage to my tailgate, roof and the rack itself essentially bend in half due to the fact that they never welded a support piece in the corner which is standard practice with every rack out there. They offered to fix the rack and reinforce it, but refused to repair my tailgate or roof. I am not having to take them to small claims court in order to try to repair my work truck. Stay away!

Expensive, but the work gets done right the first time. And expect your car to be there for a long time.
