Terrible place to work. Awful company to buy parts from as well. During my time there there were multiple complaints from customers that the managers ignored. Go to any other place but here for your auto parts.

I absolutely trusted this place when my friends brother told me it was a good place, but when I got there, it took them 3 weeks to respond back to me.

Its been two months since purchase of reman cylinder head. I drove the car for 180 miles and a spring snapped. I contacted Oriellys (Place of Purchase) the next day after the $500 tow back home. It took two weeks for LKQ to call me and the mechanic. I havent heard from LKQ since then. I call, leave messages, no response. Not Recommended.

Absolutely the worst customer service! I bought an engine for my Toyota Tacoma truck from this company and it stopped working less than 25,000 miles! My engine was ready to be picked up for a replacement on 7/7 but they didn’t pick it up until 7/17! 10 days of me contacting them back and forth to arrange a pick up! Nobody called or gave me an update on when it will be picked up! I called and emailed so many times to follow up on my waranty case and were told different stories every time. Today i called again and were told by Michelle with full of attitude that they received it last week and wasn’t checked in until 7/27! I will takes 3 more days before they can tell me anything! I asked to talk to her supervisor and were told there is nothing else they can do! I have to pay for a rental car from 7/7 until now, 3 weeks just to hear them tell me that! Totally unacceptable!

Great company! Have been doing business with them for years and they never disappoint. Always have the engine and transmission parts in need in stock!

Worst customer service! Engine is not worth your money and time! Stopped working after 20,000 miles or so. Its warranty service is the worst! Don’t waste your money and time here

They attended my needs promptly and directed me to the person who could sign my documents. He helped me offload the product as well. The actual location of this building is not easy to find by my Magellan gps nor by Google maps. However Google maps was better. If you have business to do there its a good place to go.
