Had no work done but very polite.

Its sad that even before I ever got to visit the place that I have a bad review. I called to find out how much an HID install would be, lowering spring install, carbon fiber parts and more, on more than one car. Youd think a shop would be itching to make money on this. I couldnt even make it past the HID before I was told that they cannot give prices over the phone, because the body shop is too busy. Excuse me? Who in the world cannot gives quotes these days?? I was told that due to the high volume in the body shop, I wouldnt be able to get my cars in for two months. I never even said when I was needing the work. I simply called for a quote. I was told that I could email the techs and when they had time, they could let me know the prices. First off, Ive never known of a tech who can quote parts and service. Second off, what body/performance shop does all the services their website shows but have no personal available to give out pricing on those services? Its truly pathetic that this is how they chose to do business. Theres no need to work with a company that cannot give pricing over the phone. Way too many other places that are willing to make money. Im sure they could do good work, but withot it pricing, I will never know.

Quick repair quality work friendly staff could expect more

Its time I go public with All Star. These guys are con artists, and theyre great at it. I was in a big accident, and I hired All Star to fix my car because they offered to drive out to Texarkana to tow it for me, and they waived my deductible. Upon receiving my car, they took nearly a month to service it. My car needed extensive work done to it, including a new engine. All Star returned the car to me as if all the repairs had been done.Months later, I took my car to a certified dealer repair shop because I was hearing noises. Turns out, my engine was sludged and beyond repair. I asked the dealer how that could have been possible since I got a new engine, so he ran the serial number against the one the car was originally built with, and they were the same. Additionally, they found that my serpentine belt was shredded, impact bar was cracked in half where the accident had occurred, impact absorber was completely missing, and several other problems under the hood that All Star was supposed to fix. I had $9000 in repairs that had to come out of my own pocket after All Star was finished.I lawyered up. Got a signed statement from the general manager of the dealership that it was his expert opinion that All Star committed fraud against me. My lawyer is sleeping on the case because we couldnt get any money out of All Star, as they are a small business and are protected by Texas law at every turn. Among other things, All Star is NOT properly insured as an auto repair company, and they do NOT own the land that they operate on. Nobody should be doing business with this company in the first place. They can do anything they want to your car, and they are sitting above the law and cant be touched, even when caught red handed.

They painted my celica came out amazing they threw in a racing strip it’s exactly what i wanted.

Their customer service was the worst, the women I spoke too was so in a rush that she got me off the phone in like 20 minutes asked if I had received the email and that if I needed towing to send the car info. I then waited for about 2 hours and had no response whats so ever, not by call or email anything at all. I then decided to call about 7 times and no response I left a voicemail, and messaged them as well. Funny thing is that they got in touch with my insurance in like 5 minutes and got a w9 everything they needed to get that check. While I was left for 4 hours with no response. They then proceeded to message me about where my vehicle was and that they were sorry they were busy. Well they werent to busy to get in touch with my insurance but left me abandoned. I would never recommend them to anybody, because at the end my insurance told them I was towing the car when I distinctly emailed her my car info and address to tow my vehicle and as well let her know I needed it towed. Flipped the script and then said they were busy??? sorry dont buy it. I would give a 0 star if I could but hey I cant.

All Star did an awesome job on my car after my wreck. Great customer service all around. Would highly recommend to anyone

Because I received quality wheel repair from Tim and Rimspec, I decided to have Tim and his auto body team, Allstar Autosalon, assess some damage I recently sustained to the side on my vehicle during a minor collision.Allstar not only quoted less than Service King in Plano, but also fully repaired and released my vehicle faster than Service King estimated for their repair.HUGE thanks to Tim and his teams, RimSpec and Allstar. I could not be more satisfied with their services.

I came in for wheel repair service at rimspec but their other side of the business is Allstar Body Shop. I got my fender and side skirt fixed and was greatly impressed would recommend.

Had my wheels powder coated gloss black and the turn around was quick with a great finish!!

You guys are the best! They helped with everything I needed and even helped with making some changes for free!

After being hit by an 18 wheeler over 6 months ago All Star Auto Salon made it look new again after the promised amount of days of maintenance. Highly recommended.
