The new iPhone 13 launched today. I went to see Megan at the Hwy. 70 store. She was very knowledgeable about the plans and products. I felt like she went over and beyond to explain the different plans as well as the pros and cons to each plan. She help me along with my two daughters upgrade our phones. She setup and transferred all our old info to our new phones, and even mailed our old ones back to Verizon . She was very patient!! However, my niece went to the other store in town. They gave her her phone, along with a box to mail her old one back. They didnt help or even offer to help set up her new phone. When she got home. She spent over an hour on the phone with customer service to get her phone set up. Thanks Megan for giving me A+ customer service, and not making me feel like just another number. It was a pleasure doing business with you. I will definitely go see her again for my cellular needs.
I visited the rosewood store and after several visits I will only deal with Missy and Megan. Theyre the best & most patient. Theyve been there the longest and are most knowledgeable. I recommend you see one of them.

We stopped at the store to see if we could get assistance with returning a trade-in phone that we had been trying to get resolved for over a month through Verizon call-in customer service. Ashley went way above what was expected of to her assist us, and personally called customer service to get the situation resolved, remaining on the call to the end to ensure things were taken care of. After the call she thoroughly explained the process of returning the phone once the shipping return label was received in the mail. Also, we received such great service from Ashley that we ended up upgrading my spouse’s phone on this same visit. It was nice to see true customer service in action!
I visited the store on 7/19/21. Alyssa went above and beyond to help me with my phone issues and stayed even after her shift was up. She was knowledgeable, kind and patient as we tried to get me set up. Excellent customer service! Id give 10 stars!!!!!
I finally decided to upgrade my malfunctioning phone. I went to the store on Berkeley Blvd and had a least a 45 minute wait, as well as being told the phones available in the store were extremely limited. Decided to check this location just to see if they had better selection available. After 9 years with Verizon and always going to the Berkeley location for anything, I learned these location are night and day. Derek was able to help us immediately, the phone I wanted was available in store, and the customer service experience felt like two friends discussing phones instead of the all to common used car salesman. Needless to say this will be my go to location for any future business with Verizon.

Stopped in to get rid of US Cellular and realized quickly why I’m not the only one . Megan not only educated us on the phones but also walked us through the differences between the various models and how each of them related to our current device . She took care of transferring all of the data over, let us select our new case and even installed the screen protector for us on our new device. Never expected this level of care and attention but I’ll never shop for cellular service/devices at any other location. From the Hogan family - thanks Megan!!!!!

The Verizon professional,who assisted me with my new phone selection is excellent. I failed to ask him to make sure I could operate the phone without trouble. He also did not mention that, probably, under the mutual assumption that I would have no problem, Wrong assumption!!! I could not figure out how to dial a new phone number, even after going online to learn how. So I traipsed back down there and the professional there, easily demonstrated the procedure. But its hidden instead of popping right up, like my last 10 phones did. Not quite a 5 !!
Excellent customer service! I needed to upgrade and wanted to get my granddaughter a phone. Megan, the sales associate took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my upgrade, she was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I took Megan’s advice on which phone to purchase for my preteen granddaughter, needless to say she knew exactly what she would like.

The sales woman gets them 1 star because of her rudeness. I believe it was on the evening of the 9th of March when I went in to learn about some features on my phone and talk about either a new phone or adding unlimited to my present phone... The blond woman with long hair who helped me was not familiar with my phone which I realized shortly after contact. She was like a non English speaking person that shakes their head yes when they dont understand you or just agree because they dont know the answers. When it got too frustrating to her I asked if there was someone more knowledgeable that could help me further because I would ask a question and she couldnt help much, she was guessing. She said l work here on commission and 3 people have come in since you. Well, there are 3 employees taking turns so she didnt loose a sale because they stayed briefly not buying anything. Another woman came to assist and the first woman got up grabbed her cigarettes and said, Im about to go off, I need a cigarette!. Talk about someone about to go off...that was me! I grit my teeth and politely left. So much for helping you with a phone you bought there! I am not real up on phone features and would rather talk to someone than read about it. Sales are very important to them, which I agree with, but customer service is what gets you sales. I did not update or renew because of this abrupt rude outburst of childish behavior! My contract is up next month so Im taking my service elsewhere. I have been with them since the beginning of Alltel !!! I hope her supervisor reads this. If the other woman was her supervisor, shame on her for not apologizing for her behavior and calling her out on it. I have not lied or embellished the truth!Goodbye Verizon!

Spent a lot of time here getting mine and Ginas phones situated. I had to get a new and Gina did also. I didnt have to get a new number but Gina did. The associate that helped us knew exactly what we needed and she knew exactly what she was doing.

Cecilia helped me with a new iPhone 11 to replace an 8 that I lost the day before. Though I didn’t have a lot of the info that would have made her job much easier, she patiently tried different possible codes and passwords until she activated the phone and installed the apps that I really wanted immediately. All the while, she carried on a pleasant conversation which made the time enjoyable.. Cecilia set me up with an Otter Box and screen protector and explained the features that were different from my previous phone and let me try things out. She did everything I asked and more for this 72 year old retired teacher. If you go to Verizon on hwy. 70 west, you will be blessed to figure out what you need with her!
I came here a few days ago to disconnect my Verizon service as my husband and I were planning to switch our cellular service to Straight Talk (the price of unlimited data with Verizon is a joke). The lady who assisted me was very helpful and friendly... until I told her why I was there. After that, she told me there was nothing she could do for me in the store and that I would have to call the 24/7 Verizon number myself to handle disconnecting my Hum device and everything. Seriously? Im only giving two stars because at least she let me use their Wifi to then deal with transferring my service by myself in their parking lot.

I have been trying for two weeks to pay a bill, with no success.
I went to this location for an issue I had with my iPhone about 4/5 days ago. Unfortunately I forgot to get the name of the young lady with glasses that help me. After having a bad experience with one of the reps at the location on N. Berkley with the unsatisfactory customer service. I was helped with my small phone issues ands then I was on my way. I think it took the young lady about 10 minutes to help me. Next time I am in town visiting relatives and I have an issue with my cellphone, I will definitely make the ride to Rosewood for better professional customer service.
This is THE Verizon to go to if you like REAL customer service! The entire staff will work as a team to ensure your needs are met....I want to recognize Bobby, Coco, and Megan for going out of their way to not only help me purchase a new phone (that I love!) but to send them a huge thank you for two afternoons of programming my phone AND teaching me things I didnt know how to do. Bobby was very patient with me as I had a ton of questions and if he did not have an answer, he either Googled it or talked with one of his team members to get the answer (answers)! They never made me feel as if I was a bother to them as I have been treated in other nearby Verizon stores. For once, I walked out as a truly satisfied customer instead of using language not appropriate in public.....you guys ROCK!!!

Its not that I hate it. I went and got myself a new phone and my husband and upgrade. We have had nothing but problems with it all. His phone was ordered but we were told it wasnt in but we found out that it had come in but someone had sold it and not told us the truth. Still having problems with my phone and we had to get a new phone for my husband bec9his kept messing up!!!
After drawing my final straw with Sprints atrocious customer service, my wife and I decided to make the switch to Verizon. We drove to this branch with our 11 month old son just as soon as I got home from work - before I could get to the front door, Missy was there welcoming us with a warm greeting. She was so kind and friendly, spoke to our baby boy several times, and gave us the most pleasant customer service experience of our mobile lives. If you ever need anything at all as a Verizon customer, please go visit Kendall! After multiple trips to a different Verizon corporate store we were basically told that we had no other option but to pay off the remainder of my husbands phone that wouldnt charge anymore so when we showed up to try to get an old flip phone activated until we could scrape together some money, Kendall immediately started looking for other options for us. He ended up finding a deal for us to where my husband was able to go ahead and upgrade and only pay the taxes on his new LG phone. I had been so stressed about the situation all day and Im so glad that we went to see him. He is our new Verizon guy and we will definitely be repeat customers. He goes above and beyond for his clients and is one of the best at his line of work!
This is my preferred Verizon store in Goldsboro. I drive farther to get better service. Always helpful, always courteous, never rushed.
We had a great experience at this store! The location is great and we experienced very helpful and polite employees. We worked with Megan, who helped us upgrade a line very painlessly! We were in and out within 30 minutes and she even found a way to save us a little money & get a credit back on our bill. We will definitely be using this location from now on!

Missy was very patient and helped me make the transition to a new phone. She took care of every problem I had She was very easy to talk to and exhibited a genuine interest in helping me. Missy was GREAT! As soon as I walked in on Friday she helped me and spent the time (Over an Hour) needed to make sure I upgraded to the phone that fit my business and personal needs. She was very knowledgeable and even helped me get a nice discount on a couple of accessories to go with the new phone. Kendall was my representative and he was amazing. I was so frustrated with Verizon I almost left and he saved this customer! If I were you I would call ahead and make an appointment with him because he really knows his stuff! He made everything so easy and he was quick and helpful and very knowledgeable. I was so frustrated I didnt know what to do and he solved all my problems so I ended up with a great new phone and it only took less than half an hour even with transferring all my stuff. Ive been a Verizon customer for a long time and I will continue to be one!

Stay away from this store. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Even though the marquee says Verizon, this is not actually Verizon. This is actually a sub contractor, Cellular Sales. Poor customer service on steroids!! They are supposed to have the same policy as Verizon, but they do not. They make it up as they go along. Also the agents work on commission, Their interest is in their bank account and not in giving you great customer service. Go to an actual Verizon store if you want to be covered by Verizon policy. I must say however, that Verizon Corporate made a horrible situation right. They were rock stars. But, save yourself grief and stay away from Cellular Sales. Go to the actual Verizon Store where you will be treated fairly and equitably.
I came into the Goldsboro store with a issue with my phone and Brock was very helpful with my phone. He was able to help me save some money and even upgrade my phone. I recommend this store highly to anyone.
Sales rep. didnt listen to what I was asking and tried to sale me a phone I didnt want. When he realized he didnt have the phone he got up from the desk and left my son and me sitting there while he starting helping another customer. Then he didnt want to speak or really look our way. If I live near Smithfield but will gladly make the drive to the new Rosewood Goldsboro store... since we have met salesperson Kendall. I have an older phone and he spent a great amount of time helping me fix it and cleaning everything up on it I really did not want to have to buy a new phone and he did not push me he just helped me and got accomplish what we needed to do. I will gladly make the drive here again to get the great service from Kendall. And obviously when I need to buy a phone next time!!!

I’ve been with Verizon since it was Altel and have yet to have great customer service. I was considering switching to another company until Duane resolved all of my issues. He went over all of the promotions going on and while telling me the benefits of each, he never tried to convince me to choose a certain phone or plan or anything of the sort. He answered other associates questions, so he knows his stuff. My only complaint is that he only gave me five business cards, which I’ve already passed out and referred others to him. If you have ANY questions with Verizon, I highly recommend Duane Hansley.

Jessica Webber was very knowledgeable, helpful and and very nice. She fixed my phone from not receiving text messages that noone with Verizon call center or corporate could fix for over a month and everybody tried and she fixed it in 8 minutes and Im so thankful because I now can receive text which is very important to me Ive been missing out on my church work and my business as well. She also did not charge me a dime. Her generosity and help has made me now a forever returning customer with this store and her only. I will also be sending business her way where she is so busy. Duane was great, I called and asked about the gold iPhone 8 plus and they had one, the corporate store wanted me to pay for it then wait for shipping which they didn’t know when it would come (go figure) because they didn’t have a gold one but Duane at Cellular Sales saved the phone for me and I came and picked it up the next day. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. The other employees were friendly as well so I will be returning to this store for all my accounts needs or wants, thinking Apple Watch 3 next...lol
