January is one of the best reps at this store she’s always helpful and very knowledgeable about every question i ask I would recommend her to anyone going to this store she has great customer service!
The associate who helped us was really nice. Our plan was a mess.Previously I was told I could upgrade every 15 months. Nowhere could he find it in my contract. Im just over at&t my bill is over 300 every month with 3 lines n 2 phones are paid off
Currently this store does not accept walk in customers. The options are to make an appointment online or attempt to walk in and wait for 2-3 hours for your turn, at which time they will call you from your car. The hours posted online are not the current store hours. So if you make an appointment for anytime after 4 p.m, you can forget about it. Also, if your car is not outside when its your turn, you can still forget about it.Once you successfully get into the store, you are eventually greeted by one of two sales associates. Greeted is really a step up from what you actually get...being acknowledged is what you should actually expect. The sales associates have no etiquette or customer service skills. Their attitudes are disgusting unless of course you are activating a new service, of which they get a commission. My advice is to go somewhere else!
Staff is always helpful. 👍 They need a restroom in the store, especially when you need to wait for long periods of time.

Entered the store at 1pm. I waited for 1 hour (not a problem because I was on my lunch break). One of the salespersons took my name; it appeared on the electric display screen. At 2pm, another salesperson let someone else go before me. I asked why and was just told “I was told to help him.” I just calmly walked out.... NO customer service at this location. I’ll take my business else where.

Representatives are very kind, but they are very adamant about adding accessories, which only costs you more money than what they are worth and the reps get commission pay so youre paying them the more you spend, dont fall for it. It also took two hours for me to switch from a prepaid account to post paid (contract). After all that mess I allowed my rep to install the new screen protector, but before he got to it he realized he grabbed the wrong phone which I had already paid for. It didnt add too much of an inconvenience, but it was just ridiculous since I could have walked out with it and not known. I preceded to let him apply the screen protector and he ended up screwing it all up, it had air bubbles and dirt under it. I just said its fine and walked out.
I was here with my dad to get him another phone. Anthony was exceptional with his help and didn’t come off as if he was annoyed. I’m really happy about how he handled everything and in a timely manner as well. We walked out of there with new phones, new tablet and new headphones so I know he had to do a lot of back and forth. He did all that with no attitude and really is a cool guy. Thanks Anthony and God bless you brother.

Got my new service plan and had problems with messenger, Adrian helped me immediately, great customer service, next day problem with I-pad connecting to hot spot, again Adrian helped get me on track .this store is lucky to have such a knowledgeable employee and very courteous, I highly recommend going in and seeing Adrian Valencia if you need Anything from ATT
My Mom, sister and I came in to get help with their phones and ended up staying late until they found what they needed. Sabrina and JT were patient and extremely helpful, and on top of that they were so fun to have conversations with to pass the time! Easily the best employee interactions we’ve ever had. Went into the store to inquire about several of their services. Adrain was my sales representative. He truly understands what real Customer Service is all about! After purchasing an AT&T service package, I dropped by the store several times with questions. Often consumers encounter totally different interactions from sales representatives when they return with post-sale inquiries, However, I can say that Adrain provided great customer service from start to finish. Adrain gets 5 Stars but my overall rating has to be 4 stars because the store manager does need to be conscious of what TV shows they tune into for their promotion of AT&T-TV. Language on the show that was airing while I was there contained very offense language. Fortunately, the sales staff was apologetic and found a channel suitable for a diverse customer base.
This store only wants to sell a plan/phone it does not and will not help trouble shoot and issue you may have with your phone. they have very poor customer relation.

This review is mostly on AT&T as a whole and not the store itself.My husband I needed new phones. I used to have AT&T about 5 years ago and was happy with them, but switched to Straight Talk. However, we both wanted a better carrier. We go to the AT&T store and they wanted to charge us $600 just for 2 phones even with my good credit. I looked at the girl and simply said No. Im not giving you 30% of the retail price for each phone that will be outdated in 2 years, PLUS $200 a month for service. That is just outrageous! Also, they checked my credit history for the past 15 YEARS. What?! NO OTHER PLACE CHECKS BEYOND 7 YEARS!!! I was asked by the representative on the phone who was verifying my identity where I worked and who I was married to in (get this)......2003?! These days I can barely remember what I ate for breakfast, much less where I was working 15 years ago!We left AT&T highly irritated and very angry. We decided to go to US Cellular to see what they had to offer. Low and behold, we got the EXACT phones we wanted (iPhone 8 Plus 256GB & LG V30 64GB) WITHOUT A CONTRACT for mere $116 all together. Basically, the sales tax of the retail value of the phones.AT&T USED TO BE a good company, but they have gotten WAY BEYOND GREEDY! Thank you to US CELLULAR for having good HONEST deals! We will never again go back to AT&T. Absolutely NEVER!

My family and I had a great experience in this store yesterday. All the staff was friendly, but I was most impressed by the associate Jarell, who helped us. He was very knowledgeable, accommodating and patient with us. He was an example of what providing great customer service is!
All of the staff was attentive, and equipped with multiple solutions to solve my issue. The manager, was extremely personable and ensured that all needs were met. They have a great selection of products and accessories.
Customer Service is horrible! Stood in the store for 45 minutes and not ONE associate greeted me, said we will be with you in a moment or NOTHING!!! They make eye contact, but dont say a WORD!!! Please work on your customer service. I understand that Im not your only customer, but every customer matters. Need to have more staff on the floor!
Ive been there multiple times to get things changed about my phone or my plan and theyve never actually been helpful. Its easier for me to spend hours online figuring stuff out than actually driving there, waiting in line, and being told they cant (or wont) help.
There were 4 sales associates in the store and only one of them doing anything. I waited 45 minutes before some one even talked to me. Even then it was just too see what I was in there store for. I will not go back I will drive to another town or online to do my business.

Was lied to, I enjoy watching METV. The customer represent said it was available and it is not. Was told that I need to buy an antenna in order to see it. So I need to spend money to see something that I enjoy. Dont like the. Way On Demand is set up. Going to cancel service
Worst customer experience I’ve ever encounter at any retail store. Skipped twice after rep had began to help me. Employee standing around while me and others were waiting. One customer was upset at his wait and the employee told him to leave. I Waited over 1 hour and decided to leave. I called customer service and my new phone will be here tomorrow.
Just walked out of the store. Was concerned after reading the reviews that it would be a headache....it was unfounded concern. We were greeted and helped quickly. Speight was super helpful and knowledgeable. Will be back for help with the next upgrade. Thank you Speight for your help today.
Waited 45 minutes and then left. I could been on and off all I needed was a SMS card. But were interested in the folks needing phones. Went to Verizon and no lie I was out in nine minutes
In town from Texas and the service on my pre-paid phone went out so I had no communication with home.Went into this location and was helped immediately by Gabrial. He was kind and personable as well as knowledgeable and fixes my problem in about 5 minutes. Well done! Happy customer. Its so refreshing to have help with a smile.
I love att, but this store is terrible. I waited forever before getting any help. I traded in my iPhone 7+ for a new iPhone X. I asked the employee if he could change my pics and videos to the new phone, he said yes. I told him my 7+ never finished backing up to the cloud he said it did. I said are you a 100% sure because these pics and videos are very important to me. He said I do this everyday I’m sure everything on your 7+ will be on your new phone. Before he got me to erase my 7+ I asked again and he said I’m 100% sure everything will be there. Told me it would take 2-3 hours. Well I lost 5000+ pics 240 videos all my contacts and text messages. He backed up my wife’s iPhone 6 to my new phone. So I lost a whole year of pics and videos of my son at Disney, his birthday etc..... I will do my business with att in Wilson from now on.

I was not impressed - the guy who finally helped me, was no help at all. The store is 30 minutes from my house. Unfortunately they seem to have a big turn-around with employees.
Much much too long of a wait even with COVID on a Saturday
Really irritated right now with AT&T. I ordered new Direct TV and internet service last week and scheduled installation for this morning between 9-11. At 10 AM I hadnt heard anything, so decided to check my app for a status. The app told me there was a problem with my installation and prompted me to call. However, I never got notified about any issue in any way, shape or form, I only found out when I checked myself. I called and the agent on the phone told me the address was incorrect. This was beyond me because it is the correct address and there has been service at this house before! She verified it was correct and helped me get a new installation appointment for Tuesday, but how incredibly inconvenient to be without internet for 3 days longer than expected. Not ideal, especially as someone who works from home. Incredibly disappointed and regretting my decision to use this company as my service provider. Dont waste your time, folks.

My older mother went to this store with her brand new cell phone that she received for Christmas. We purchased her new phone from an AT&T store in Virginia. Upon going to the store and trying to get her phone activated, she was informed by the gentleman working there that We do not sell unactivated phones and we cant activate this phone. So, my mother left the store. She then found out that her old phone was no longer active and her new phone was only partially activated. So, she went back to the store and 21/2 hours later a girl got her activated. Only to realize the next day that she no longer had a hotspot. She returned to the store the next day and was told she had to buy a 90 dollar plan to get a hotspot! Meanwhile, on their website it clearly states that with a 45 dollar plan she could get a hotspot. One certain gentleman is obviously very incompetent and does not know or care about their plans and customer service. If my mother did not have someone to look further into this, she would either not have a hotspot or be suckered in to a plan that she cant afford. 3 times to the store in 2 days and they still didnt get her contacts and photos switched to her new phone. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!! VERY INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORK HERE!!! The manager Chris wasnt much better and would not give me their regional managers contact information. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
