Absolutely terrible experience. Waited for 40 minutes as no one greeted me asking how they could help me or anything. Ok, granted they were alittle busy but that didnt stop them from greeting and helping the two gentlemen who came in after me!!!! Not to mention a young lady was before me for over an HR and ignored her as well!!! Absolutely ridiculous will cancel my service ASAP an would never ever recommend US Cellular to my worst enemy!!!

The customer service from this carrier is top notch. The service is spotty in the Goldsboro area. The 5G service is stellar if youre located anywhere in the city proper. The second you venture 1 mile or more from the city limit sign ie. The suburban housing areas, you cant rely on any level of service consistently.

Went to this store today since TalkTime Wireless on Spence closed. Trevor was condescending and dismissive. He lied to my daughter and I regarding the issue with her iPhone 7. Apple tech support actually did have a fix for the crash caused by IOS 13.2 upgrade. While my daughter was in the store she witnessed Trevor being short and condescending with 3 other customers who left without any purchase or resolve for the reasons that brought them in. This person does NOT belong in customer service and he will definitely drive away more customers than he ever maintains or wins over.

If I could rate this place 0/5 I would. Heck I would go as far as to make it -5/5 as all I did here was waste my time. All I wanted to do was activate my phone, we had already paid for it as well as had our plan setup. It took them an hour and a half to get to me, and in that time I spent it talking to another person beside me who was angry because they were calling people up there who had walked in AFTER they had. Not only this but when it was their turn they further complicated the issue and put them at the bottom of the list causing the never ending loop of chaos to continue. When it was finally my turn I walked up there and was politely greeted by a nice lady, but it all went downhill from there. After I gave her my phone information and everything she needed all that had to happen was her to simply click a button and itd all be over with. But of course that would make things far too easy! Nope, I figured out that because I wasnt the account owner, my FATHER had to be present there as well. Which I guess could be understandable. So I asked if I could call him to see if he could stop by so it would all be over with. Guess what their answer was? NOPE! They sent me packing and told me to try again next morning. They werent even polite about anything, they are possible the epitome of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. You are more likely to be more pleased by one of those mechanical telephone robots. They may not be real but they will always be more sincere than the horrifying service I received here. I hope for the love of god that you STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Another US Cellular store told my husband the phone he bought on Amazon was not compatible with US Cellular and there was nothing they could do to help him. The next day we took the phone to this US Cellular store and they activated it no problem!

When i walk in no one there spoke to me walked around for awhile and when someone ask if they could help me they were very rude told me false information and didnt even care when i wanted to activate 3 new contract lines. Its a shame how they act to customers.( i didnt activate my lines there i done everything online.)
