I came to the store today due to issues with my phone that I had ported over yesterday in wilson and JONATHAN was a great help. When I tell you he fixed every problem I had and did it with a smile on his face. I spent over 500 dollars in wilson and ended up disappointed with the service came to rosewood and leaving with a smile. Thank you Jonathan once again for great customer service I will be back!

I love love love this location. Cristian (I hope I spelled it right) is amazing. I called in one day to get info about the new IPhone 11 and she provided me with everything I needed to know. When my phone arrived on Monday her and the lady that she was working with made sure my phone was set up and showed me how to use it (I had no clue I switched to apple from android) they were the most friendliest people ever. I will never shop at another location!!!

This is my go-to Cricket store . I absolutely love the girls that work at this location .The store is always clean and has a great atmosphere. Leanna is very knowledgeable about all the different phone and deals . All the girls are always so sweet and patient while dealing with customers. Go to this store for your cricket wireless needs !

Alright, so, staff wise this place is awesome and Id give 5 stars if it was just for them, but...the cell service sucks horribly. I thought they were part of AT&T? Either way...we barely have service even being a few miles away from a tower. While in town we were less than a quarter of a mile away from a tower and only had 3 bars. I dont want contract service but Ive got to go somewhere else.

Helpful and attentive staff. Definitely enjoy the atmosphere. The store always smells/looks clean as well.
